2A low power and small area all digital delay-locked loop based on ring oscillator architecture显示文摘A 133-500 MHz,5.2 mW @500 MHz,0.021 mm2 all digital delay-locked loop(ADDLL)is presented.The power and area reduction of the proposed ADDLL are achieved by implementing a high frequency ring oscillator(ROSC)to count the reference clocks such that the one-clock cycle delay chain and the phase detector in a conventional Master block are no longer needed.The proposed ADDLL has better immunity to PVT(process,voltage,and temperature)than most conventional DLLs,which do not update the control word signals after the locking process,since the control signals for slave delay line are updated in every 256 reference cycles.Fabricated in 0.13 um CMOS process,the measured RMS jitter is 10.83 ps at 500 MHz while the RMS jitter of the input signal is 9.97 ps.ZHENG JiaPeng LI Wei LU XueQing CHENG YuHua WANG YangYuan 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,2:2
3Preliminary investigations into surface molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for Helicobacter pylori eradication显示文摘This paper reports investigations into the preparation and characterization of surface molecularly imprinted nanoparticles(SMINs) designed to adhere to Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).Imprinted nanoparticles were prepared by the inverse microemulsion polymerization method.A fraction of Lpp20,an outer membrane protein of H.pylori known as NQA,was chosen as template and modified with myristic acid to facilitate its localization on the surface of the nanoparticles.The interaction between these SMINs with the template NQA were evaluated using surface plasmon resonance(SPR),change in zeta potential and fluorescence polarization(FP).The results were highly consistent in demonstrating a preferential recognition of the template NQA for SMINs compared with the control nanoparticles.In vitro experiments also indicate that such SMINs are able to adhere to H.pylori and may be useful for H.pylori eradication.Jiaying Han Yinjing Sun Jiapeng Hou Yuyan Wang Yu Liu Cao Xie Weiyue Lu Jun Pan 2015Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,6:2

7Oxygen-coordinated low-nucleus cluster catalysts for enhanced electrocatalytic water oxidation显示文摘The oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity of single-atom catalysts(SACs)is closely related to the coordination environment of the active site.Oxygencoordinated atomic metal species bring about unique features beyond nitrogen-coordinated atomic metal species due to the fact that the M-O bond is weaker than the M-N bond.Herein,a series of metal-oxygen-carbon structured low-nucleus clusters(LNCs)are successfully anchored on the surface of multiwalled carbon nanotubes(M-MWCNTs,M=Ni,Co,or Fe)through a foolproof low-temperature gas transfer(300℃)method without any further treatment.The morphology and coordination configuration of the LNCs at the atomic level were confirmed by comprehensive characterizations.The synthetic Ni-MWCNTs electrocatalyst features excellent OER activity and stability under alkaline conditions,transcending the performances of Co-MWCNTs,Fe-MWCNTs and RuO_(2).Density functional theory calculations reveal that the moderate oxidation of low-nucleus Ni clusters changes the unoccupied orbital of Ni atoms,thereby lowering the energy barrier of the OER rate-limiting step and making the OER process more energy-efficient.This study demonstrates a novel versatile platform for large-scale manufacturing of oxygen-coordinated LNC catalysts.Jiapeng Ji Yunpeng Hou Shiyu Zhou Tong Qiu Liang Zhang Lu Ma Chao Qian Shaodong Zhou Chengdu Liang Min Ling 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:1
8Material patterning on substrates by manipulation of fluidic behavior显示文摘Patterned materials on substrates are of great importance for a wide variety of applications.In solution-based approaches to material patterning;fluidic flow is inevitable.Here we demonstrate not only the importance of fluidic behavior but also the methodology of engineering the flow pattern to guide the material crystallization and assembly.We show by both experiment and simulation that substrate heating;which is generally used to accelerate evaporation,produces irregular complex vortexes.Instead;a top-heating-bottom-cooling(THBC)set-up offers an inverse temperature gradient and results in a single Marangoni vortex,which is desired for ordered nanomaterial patterning near the contact line.We then realize the fabrication of large-scale patterns of iodide perovskite crystals on different substrates under THBC conditions.We further demonstrate that harnessing the flow behavior is a general strategy with great feasibility to pattern various functional materials ranging from inorganic;organic,hybrid to biological categories on different substrates,presenting great potential for practical applications.Yitan Li Hao Wang Henglu Xu Shiting Wu Xuemei Li Jiapeng Yu Chaoyu Huang Zeyao Zhang Hao Sun Lu Han Meihui Li Anyuan Cao Zhenhai Pan Yan Li 2019National Science Review2019,6,4:0
9Modification of the substrate specificity of leucine dehydrogenase by site‑directed mutagenesis based on biocomputing strategies显示文摘Synthesis of chiral amines by amine dehydrogenase has the advantages of environmental friendliness,high stereoselectivity,and mild reaction conditions.However,amine dehydrogenase has low catalytic activity,which greatly limits its application in the large-scale synthesis of chiral amines.In this study,a novel amine dehydrogenase was obtained by modifying the substrate specificity of leucine dehydrogenase via computer-aided protein engineering strategy.Furthermore,conservation analysis,homology modeling and molecular docking analysis were carried out via biocomputing strategy to select the mutation sites,and the mutants L52S and T143C were obtained.The enzyme activities of the two mutants to 2-pentanone were 1.55 U/mg and 2.06 U/mg,respectively.The enzyme activity of the latter was 188%and the Tm value was 2.55°Chigher than those of the original mutant,which laid a foundation for the efficient preparation of chiral amines by using this novel enzyme.Jiapeng Lu Zengyu Wang Yingying Jiang Zhoutong Sun Wei Luo 2023Systems Microbiology and Biomanufacturing2023,3,2:0

11Carbon-covered Tungsten Carbide Nanoparticles: Solid-state Synthesis and Application as Stable Electrocatalysts for the Hydrogen Evolution Reaction显示文摘Carbon-covered tungsten carbide nanoparticles(cc-WCNPs) were prepared via a one-step solid-statereaction between W(CO)6 and triphenylamine at 850 ℃ tinder a sealed Ar atmosphere. As novel electrocatalysts forthe hydrogen evolution reaction(HER), cc-WCNPs exhibit an onset potential of-0.14 V vs. reversible hydrogenelectrode(RHE) and a Tafel slope of 64.6 mV/dec in a 0.5mol/L H2SO4 solution. 13The design, manufacture and application of multistable mechanical metamaterials-a state-of-the-art review显示文摘Multistable mechanical metamaterials are a type of mechanical metamaterials with special features,such as reusability,energy storage and absorption capabilities,rapid deformation,and amplified output forces.These metamaterials are usually realized by series and/or parallel of bistable units.They can exhibit multiple stable configurations under external loads and can be switched reversely among each other,thereby realizing the reusability of mechanical metamaterials and offering broad engineering applications.This paper reviews the latest research progress in the design strategy,manufacture and application of multistable mechanical metamaterials.We divide bistable structures into three categories based on their basic element types and provide the criterion of their bistability.Various manufacturing techniques to fabricate these multistable mechanical metamaterials are introduced,including mold casting,cutting,folding and three-dimensional/4D printing.Furthermore,the prospects of multistable mechanical metamaterials for applications in soft driving,mechanical computing,energy absorption and wave controlling are discussed.Finally,this paper highlights possible challenges and opportunities for future investigations.The review aims to provide insights into the research and development of multistable mechanical metamaterials.Rui Xu Chuanqing Chen Jiapeng Sun Yulong He Xin Li Ming-Hui Lu Yanfeng Chen 2023International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2023,5,4:0
14Frailty and Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients Aged 65 Years or Older with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘Background:Elderly adults with atrial fi brillation(AF)are at increased risk of frailty and thromboembolic complications.However,studies on the prevalence of frailty in AF patients and data on the relationship between frailty and the use of anticoagulants are limited.Methods:We conducted a cross-sectional study involving 500 participants.Patients aged 65 years or older were consecutively selected from the Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry study.The patient’s frailty status was assessed with use of the Canadian Study of Health and Aging Clinical Frailty Scale.We assessed the prevalence of and factors associated with frailty,and how frailty affects anticoagulant therapy.Results:In 500 elderly adults with AF(age 75.2±6.7 years;51.6%female),201 patients(40.2%)were frail.The prevalence of frailty was higher in females(P=0.002)and increased with age and CHA 2 DS 2-VASc score(P for trend less than 0.001 for both).The factors associated with frailty were a history of heart failure(odds ratio[OR]2.40,95%confi dence interval[CI]1.39–4.14),female sex(OR 2.09,95%CI 1.27–3.43),and advanced age(OR 1.13,95%CI 1.09–1.17).Frail patients were signifi cantly less likely to have ever been prescribed anticoagulants compared with nonfrail patients(81.7 vs.54.9%,P<0.001).Conclusions:Frailty is prevalent in elderly adults with AF,especially in females,those of advanced age,and those with heart failure.Frailty status has a signifi cant impact on prescription of anticoagulants for high-risk AF patients.Jiapeng Liu Xin Du Mengmeng Li Zhaoxu Jia Shangxin Lu Sanshuai Chang Ribo Tang Rong Bai Jianzeng Dong Gregory Y.H.Lip Changsheng Ma 2020Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2020,,1:0
15Highly interconnected macroporous MBG/PLGA scaffolds with enhanced mechanical and biological properties via green foaming strategy显示文摘In this study,mesoporous bioactive glass particles(MBGs) are incorporated into poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) to fabricate highly interconnected macroporous composite scaffolds with enhanced mechanical and biological properties via a developed supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO_(2)) foaming method Scaffolds show favorable highly interconnected and macroporous structure through a high foaming pressure and long venting time foaming strategy.Specifically,scaffolds with porosity from 73% to 85%,pore size from 120 μm to 320 μm and interconnectivity of over 95% are controllably fabricated at MBG content from 0 wt% to 20 wt%.In comparison with neat PLGA scaffolds,composite scaffolds perform improved strength(up to 1.5 folds) and Young's modulus(up to 3 folds).The interconnected macroporous structure is beneficial to the ingrowth of cells.More importantly,composite scaffolds also provide a more promising microenvironment for cellular proliferation and adhesion with the release of bioactive ions.Hopefully,MBG/PLGA scaffolds developed by the green foaming strategy in this work show promising morphological,mechanical and biological features for tissue regeneration.Chaobo Song Jiapeng Zhang Shuang Li Shengbin Yang Eryi Lu Zhenhao Xi Lian Cen Ling Zhao Weikang Yuan 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1:0
