1A NEW LOW-COST DEMODULATOR FOR 2.4 GHZ ZIGBEE RECEIVERS显示文摘A new low-cost demodulator for ZigBee receivers satisfying requirements of IEEE802.15.4 standard is presented,which is designed for ISM 2.4 GHz band and based on Zero-IF receivers.This demodulator extracts symbols directly from baseband signal rather than recovering PN code chips,so its structure is simple.Two main techniques are used to improve the performance of demodulator.One is Phase-Axis Crossing Detector(PACD) which detects the phase correlation of baseband signal.The other is symbol synchronization and sampling clock correction algorithm.The result shows that this demodulator performance,Symbol Error Rate(SER) and Packet Error Rate(PER) meet IEEE 802.15.4TM standard requirements and the demodulator can handle frequency offset in excess of 200 kHz,involving a Zero-IF receiver with a Noise Figure(NF) lower than 17 dB,which is easily imple-mented in standard CMOS technology.Yu Yunfeng Meng Xin Xiao Shimao Ma Chengyan Ye Tianchun 2009Journal of Electronics(China)2009,26,2:2
2Comprehensive utilization of complex rubidium ore resources:Mineral dissociation and selective leaching of rubidium and potassium显示文摘Currently,the process of extracting rubidium from ores has attracted a great deal of attention due to the increasing application of rubidium in high-technology field.A novel process for the comprehensive utilization of rubidium ore resources is proposed in this paper.The process consists mainly of mineral dissociation,selective leaching,and desilication.The results showed that the stable silicon–oxygen tetrahedral structure of the rubidium ore was completely disrupted by thermal activation and the mineral was completely dissociated,which was conducive to subsequent selective leaching.Under the optimal conditions,extractions of 98.67% Rb and 96.23%K were obtained by leaching the rubidium ore.Moreover,the addition of a certain amount of activated Al(OH)_(3) during leaching can effectively inhibit the leaching of silicon.In the meantime,the leach residue was sodalite,which was successfully synthesized to zeolite A by hydrothermal conversion.The proposed process provided a feasible strategy for the green extraction of rubidium and the sustainable utilization of various resources.Quankuang Zhang Baozhong Ma Chengyan Wang Yongqiang Chen Wenjuan Zhang 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,5:2
3Understanding the geometric and electronic factors of PtNi bimetallic surfaces for efficient and selective catalytic hydrogenation of biomass-derived oxygenates显示文摘Ni-base catalysts are promising candidate for the hydrogenation of furfural(FAL) to high-value chemicals.However,slow intermediate desorption and low selectivity limit its implementation.Identifying the catalytic performance of each active sites is vital to design hydrogenation catalyst,and tuning the geometrical sites at molecule level in PtNi could lead to the modification of electronic structure,and thus the selectity for the hydrogenation of FAL was modulated.Herein,PtNi hollow nanoframes(PtNi HNFs) with three dimensional(3 D) molecular accessibility were synthesized,EDX results suggested that Ni was evenly distributed inside of the hollow nanoframes,whereas Pt was relatively concentrated at the edges.DFT calculation demonstrated that PtNi significant decrease the desorption energy of the intermediates.This strategy could not only enhance the desorption of intermediates to improve the catalytic performance,but also transfer the adsorption mode of FAL on catalyst surface to selective hydrogenation of FAL to FOL or THFA.The PtNi HNFs catalyst afforded excellent catalytic performance for selective hydrogenation of a broad range of biomass-derived platform chemicals under mild conditions,especially of FAL to furfuryl alcohol(FOL),in quantitative FOL yields(99%) with a high TOF of 2.56 h^(-1).It is found that the superior performance of PtNi HNFs is attributed to its 3 D hierarchical structure and synergistic electronic effects between Pt and Ni.Besides,the kinetic study demonstrated that the activation energy for hydrogenation of FAL was as low as 54.95 kJ mol^(-1).Jingcheng Wu Chuangwei Liu Yuting Zhu Xiangbo Song Chengyan Wen Xinghua Zhang Chenguang Wang Longlong Ma 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9:1

8A review of lithium extraction from natural resources显示文摘Lithium is considered to be the most important energy metal of the 21st century.Because of the development trend of global electrification,the consumption of lithium has increased significantly over the last decade,and it is foreseeable that its demand will continue to increase for a long time.Limited by the total amount of lithium on the market,lithium extraction from natural resources is still the first choice for the rapid development of emerging industries.This paper reviews the recent technological developments in the extraction of lithium from natural resources.Existing methods are summarized by the main resources,such as spodumene,lepidolite,and brine.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared.Finally,reasonable suggestions are proposed for the development of lithium extraction from natural resources based on the understanding of existing methods.This review provides a reference for the research,development,optimization,and industrial application of future processes.Yubo Liu Baozhong Ma Yingwei Lü Chengyan Wang Yongqiang Chen 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,2:1
9Improving ModeⅡdelamination resistance of curved CFRP laminates by a Pre-Hole Z-pinning(PHZ)process显示文摘This paper presents an experimental investigation of the ModeⅡdelamination resistance of curved CFRP laminates reinforced with Z-pins.A Pre-Hole Z-pinning(PHZ)process is developed to reduce the in-plane damage of the Z-pinned laminates.The microstructural observation of the Z-pinned laminate specimens indicates that the PHZ process can effectively decrease the defects including the Z-pin offset angle and the area of eyelet zone.The influences of the volume fraction and diameter of Z-pin on the fracture toughness and the delamination crack growth rate of the specimens under End Notch Flexure(ENF)loading are then determined experimentally.The test results show that Z-pin increases the interlayer stiffness of the laminate.The delamination crack growth rate is reduced with the increase of Z-pin diameter and volume fraction,and a reduction up to 40%is achieved compared with the specimens without pins.Furthermore,the ModeⅡfracture toughness is significantly improved with the increase of Z-pin volume fraction.When Z-pin volume fraction increases by 1%,the achieved fracture toughness is about 200%higher compared to the unpinned laminates.Xuebei TENG Yingjie XU Weihong ZHANG Xinyu HUI Weiwei LIU Chengyan MA 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2:0
10Fabrication of a sinter-resistant Fe-MFI zeolite dragonfruit-like catalyst for syngas to aromatics conversion显示文摘Direct conversion of syngas to aromatics has great potential to decrease fossil fuel dependence.Here,a unique structured hybrid catalyst composed of Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles intimately dispersed inside an acidic zeolite is developed.1 to 4 nm sized Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles end up evenly dispersed in an acidic and slightly mesoporous Al-ZSM-5 based on Fe_(3)O_(4) restructuring during co-hydro thermal synthesis using organosilane modification.A very high aromatic productivity of 214 mmolaromatics h^(-1) gFe^(-1) can be obtained with a remarkable 62%aromatic selectivity in hydrocarbons.This catalyst has excellent sintering resistance ability and maintains stable aromatics production over 570 h.The synthetic insights that postulate a mechanism for the metastable oxide-zeolite reorganization during hydrothermal synthesis could serve as a generic route to sinter-resistant oxide-zeolite composite materials with uniform,well-dispersed oxide nanoparticles in close intimacy with-and partially confined in-a zeolite matrix.Chenguang Wang Chengyan Wen Zheng Liang Zhipeng Tian Qian Jiang Yuhe Liao Xunzhu Jiang Lungang Chen Qiying Liu Longlong Ma Michiel Dusselier 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0

15Optimization and design of a novel prescaler and its application to GPS receivers显示文摘In this work,a novel prescaler based upon new current mode logic (CML) flip-flop architecture applied to global positioning system (GPS) receivers is proposed.Compared to traditional static current mode logic (CML) flip-flop,it introduces a clock-controlling transistor to reduce the time constant at sensing period.As a result,the speed has been maximized and the working range has been enlarged.The phase noise of local oscillator (LO) signals coming from the prescaler can be lowered by 6 dB,and the interference of voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) to radio-frequency (RF) front-end apartments (low noise amplifier,mixer,etc.) will be diminished so that the sensitivity of GPS receivers is enhanced.This prescaler's maximum input frequency rises up to 6.9 GHz,30% higher than that of traditional architecture,and its power is only 2.16 mW when the supply voltage is 1.8 V.The prescaler was manufactured in 0.18-μm CMOS process,and it has been successfully applied to GPS receivers.YU YunFeng YE TianChun MA ChengYan 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,9:0
