| 1 | Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network. | Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing | 2020 | Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3: | 57 |

| 5 | A water-evaporation-induced self-charging hybrid power unit for application in the Internet of Things显示文摘A self-charging hybrid power unit has been developed by integrating a water-evaporation-induced nano- generator with a flexible nano-patterned supercapacitor. The nanogenerator can harvest environmental thermal energy and mechanical energy through the water evaporation process, and the supercapacitor can be charged simultaneously. The former offers stable electrical power as output, whereas the Ppy- based supercapacitor shows a capacitance of 12.497 m F/cm^2 with 96.42% retention after 4,000 cycles. After filling the power unit with water as the fuel, it can be fully charged in about 20 min. The power unit can be flexibly integrated with electronic devices such as sensor nodes and wireless transmitters employ- ing the Internet of Things. | 6 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 8 | Sn02 nanoparticles anchored on graphene oxide as advanced anode materials for high-performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) with high energy density have attracted great attention for their wide applications in electric vehicles, and the exploration of the nextgeneration anode materials with high theoretical capacity is highly desired. In this work, Sn02 nanoparticles with the particle size of 200 nm uniformly anchored on the surface of graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by combination of the ultrasonic method and the following calcination process. The Sn02/GO composite with the weight ratio of Sn02 to GO at 4:1 exhibits excellent electrochemical performance, which originates from the synergistic effects between GO and Sn02 nanoparticles. A high discharge capacity of 492 mA·h·g^-1 can be obtained after 100 cycles at 0.2C, and after cycling at higher current densities of 1C and 2C, a discharge capacity of 641 mA·h·g^-1 can be restored when the current density goes back to 0.1C. | 11 | A male-ABCD algorithm for hepatocellular carcinoma risk prediction in HBs Ag carriers显示文摘Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) development among hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) carriers shows gender disparity, influenced by underlying liver diseases that display variations in laboratory tests. We aimed to construct a risk-stratified HCC prediction model for HBs Ag-positive male adults.Methods: HBs Ag-positive males of 35-69 years old(N=6,153) were included from a multi-center populationbased liver cancer screening study. Randomly, three centers were set as training, the other three centers as validation. Within 2 years since initiation, we administrated at least two rounds of HCC screening using Bultrasonography and α-fetoprotein(AFP). We used logistic regression models to determine potential risk factors,built and examined the operating characteristics of a point-based algorithm for HCC risk prediction.Results: With 2 years of follow-up, 302 HCC cases were diagnosed. A male-ABCD algorithm was constructed including participant's age, blood levels of GGT(γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase), counts of platelets, white cells,concentration of DCP(des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin) and AFP, with scores ranging from 0 to 18.3. The area under receiver operating characteristic was 0.91(0.90-0.93), larger than existing models. At 1.5 points of risk score,26.10% of the participants in training cohort and 14.94% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk, with sensitivity of identifying HCC remained 100%. At 2.5 points, 46.51% of the participants in training cohort and 33.68% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk with 99.06% and 97.78% of sensitivity, respectively. | 14 | Ubiquitin-specific protease 24 promotes EV71 infection by restricting K63-linked polyubiquitination of TBK1显示文摘TANK-binding kinase 1(TBK1)is an essential protein kinase for activation of interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF3)and induction of the type I interferons(IFN-I).Although the biochemical regulation of TBK1 activation has been studied,little is known about how enterovirus 71(EV71)employs the deubiquitinases(DUBs)to regulate TBK1 activation for viral immune evasion.Here,we found that EV71 infection upregulated the expression of ubiquitinspecific protease 24(USP24).Further studies revealed that USP24 physically interacted with TBK1,and can reduce K63-linked polyubiquitination of TBK1.Knockdown of USP24 upregulated TBK1 K63-linked polyubiquitination,promoted the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of IRF3,and in turn improved IFN-I production during EV71 infection.As a consequence,USP24 knockdown dramatically inhibited EV71 infection.This study revealed USP24 as a novel regulator of TBK1 activation,which promotes the understanding of immune evasion mechanisms of EV71 and could provide a potential strategy for treatment of EV71 infection. | Lichao Zang Jin Gu Xinyu Yang Yukang Yuan Hui Guo Wei Zhou Jinhong Ma Yan Chen Yumin Wu Hui Zheng Weifeng Shi | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,1: | 2 |

| 20 | Sulfur vs. tellurium: the heteroatom effects on the nonfullerene acceptors显示文摘The effect of chalcogen heteroatom variation on donor materials has been systematically investigated. However, this effect on acceptors has rarely been explored. Herein, nonfullerene acceptors BFPSP and BFPTP were reported by simply changing the chalcogen atoms from S to Te. The differences between BFPSP and BFPTP in light absorption, energy levels, excited-state lifetimes, energy loss, charge mobilities, morphology, and photovoltaic properties were systematically investigated to understand the heteroatom effects.
