[Result]All isolates were sensitive to carbendazim and prochloraz in Hubei Province,and carbendazim was still valuable in controlling Fusarium head blight. | 6 | On the measurements of individual particle properties via compression and crushing显示文摘An experimental study is presented to measure the elastic,yielding,and crushing properties of individual particles under compression using substrates made of aluminum alloy,stainless steel,and sapphire.Carefully selected,highly spherical individual Ottawa sand particles of 0.75e1.1 mm in nominal diameter were compressed between two smooth substrates,and the loadedeformation curves were analyzed by Hertz elastic contact theory to derive their reduced modulus and Young’s modulus as well as yielding and crushing strengths,which vary significantly with the type of substrate materials.Further analysis of the yielding and plastic deformation at the particle-substrate contact shows that the yield strength or hardness of the substrate materials dominates the local contact behavior and hence affects the measured apparent yielding and crushing strengths.The two softer substrates(aluminum alloy and stainless steel)actually lead to underestimated apparent shear yield strengths of quartz particles by 60.4%and 54.2%,respectively,which are actually the yielding of substrates,while the true particle yielding occurs in the sapphire-particle contact.Moreover,the two softer substrates cause much overestimated crushing strengths of the quartz particles by 50.4%and 36.4%,respectively.Selection of inappropriate substrate materials and inappropriate interpretation of the particle-substrate contact can lead to significant errors in the measured yielding and crushing strengths.It is recommended that single particle compression testing uses substrates with yield strength greater than that of the tested particles and result interpretation also considers the elastic and yielding behaviors of the substrates. | Chunlong Liu Fengyin Liu Jinliang Song Fuli Ma Dongfang Wang Guoping Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,2: | 1 |
| 7 | Unraveling Passivation Mechanism of Imidazolium-Based Ionic Liquids on Inorganic Perovskite to Achieve Near-Record-Efficiency CsPbI_(2)Br Solar Cells显示文摘The application of ionic liquids in perovskite has attracted wide-spread attention for its astounding performance improvement of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the detailed mechanisms behind the improvement remain mysterious.Herein,a series of imidazolium-based ionic liquids(IILs)with different cations and anions is systematically investigated to elucidate the passivation mechanism of IILs on inorganic perovskites.It is found that IILs display the following advantages:(1)They form ionic bonds with Cs^(+)and Pb^(2+)cations on the surface and at the grain boundaries of perovskite films,which could effectively heal/reduce the Cs^(+)/I−vacancies and Pb-related defects;(2)They serve as a bridge between the perovskite and the hole-transport-layer for effective charge extraction and transfer;and(3)They increase the hydrophobicity of the perovskite surface to further improve the stability of the CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs.The combination of the above effects results in suppressed non-radiative recombination loss in CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs and an impressive power conversion efficiency of 17.02%.Additionally,the CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs with IILs surface modification exhibited improved ambient and light illumination stability.Our results provide guidance for an indepth understanding of the passivation mechanism of IILs in inorganic perovskites. | Jie Xu Jian Cui Shaomin Yang Yu Han Xi Guo Yuhang Che Dongfang Xu Chenyang Duan Wenjing Zhao Kunpeng Guo Wanli Ma Baomin Xu Jianxi Yao Zhike Liu Shengzhong Liu | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1: | 1 |

| 9 | Inhibitory Effects of Phenamacril, Tebuconazole and Their Mixtures on Fusarium graminearum in Wheat显示文摘Fusarium head blight caused by Fusarium graminearum is one of the most serious diseases in wheat production worldwide, which seriously affects the yield and quality of wheat. Wheat grains carrying the pathogen are poisonous to human and livestock health. With the long-term use of single chemical pesticide, the drug-resistance of F. graminearum is increasing day by day, and mixed agent is one of the effective strategies to improve the efficacy and delay the resistance. The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibition rates of phenamacril, tebuconazole and their mixtures(1∶1, 1∶3, 1∶5, 1∶7, 3∶1, 5∶1 and 7∶1). The synergistic coefficient(SR) was calculated by Wadley method, and the combined action types of the two agents were evaluated. The results showed that the EC_(50) of tebuconazole was 0.418 28 mg/L, and that of phenamacril was 0.489 8 mg/L; the optimum mixture ratio of phenamacril and tebuconazole was 1 ∶1, with the EC_(50) value of 0.053 74 and the synergistic coefficient of 4.2696, and the control effect of mixed agent was significantly better than that of single agent. | 11 | Genome-wide Analysis of a Plant AT-rich Sequence and Zinc-binding Protein (PLATZ) in Triticum Aestivum显示文摘Plant AT-rich sequence and zinc-binding protein(PLATZ)is a plant transcription factor that has been studied in corn.PLATZ can non-specifically bind to sequences rich in A/T bases to induce transcriptional repression.It is involved in the regulation of dehydration tolerance in seeds.In this study,we performed bioinformatics analysis to identify and characterize wheat PLATZ(TaPLATZ)genes.We identified 49 wheat PLATZ genes by searching the wheat genome by using known PLATZ gene sequences from rice,Arabidopsis,and maize.Phylogenetic analysis on PLATZ gene sequences from different species was performed.We found that PLATZs could be divided into three groups.The chromosome(chr)distribution analysis revealed that the 49 identified wheat PLATZ genes are distributed in 15 chrs.Gene structure and motif analyses indicated that most PLATZ genes possess conserved exon/intron arrangements and motif compositions.Our analysis of transcriptional data indicated that several wheat PLATZ genes may play an important role in abiotic stress resistance given that they are expressed under salt stress.The results of qRT-PCR further confirmed that TaPLATZ is involved in plant abiotic stress and is also related to the cell differentiation of plant tissues.Our results lay the foundation for further studies on the function of the wheat PLATZ gene family. | Xiaohang He Minjie Liu Zhengwu Fang Dongfang Ma Yilin Zhou Junliang Yin | 2021 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3: | 1 |

[Method] The endophytic bacteria of wheat with antagonistic effect were screened using plate confrontation method; the antagonistic bacteria were identified through physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis; the antagonistic spectrum of antagonistic bacteria was studied using plate confrontation method. [Result]The antagonistic bacterium XY-3 was isolated from wheat leaves,and was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens according to the physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis.
