| 1 | A NEW LOW-COST DEMODULATOR FOR 2.4 GHZ ZIGBEE RECEIVERS显示文摘A new low-cost demodulator for ZigBee receivers satisfying requirements of IEEE802.15.4 standard is presented,which is designed for ISM 2.4 GHz band and based on Zero-IF receivers.This demodulator extracts symbols directly from baseband signal rather than recovering PN code chips,so its structure is simple.Two main techniques are used to improve the performance of demodulator.One is Phase-Axis Crossing Detector(PACD) which detects the phase correlation of baseband signal.The other is symbol synchronization and sampling clock correction algorithm.The result shows that this demodulator performance,Symbol Error Rate(SER) and Packet Error Rate(PER) meet IEEE 802.15.4TM standard requirements and the demodulator can handle frequency offset in excess of 200 kHz,involving a Zero-IF receiver with a Noise Figure(NF) lower than 17 dB,which is easily imple-mented in standard CMOS technology. | Yu Yunfeng Meng Xin Xiao Shimao Ma Chengyan Ye Tianchun | 2009 | Journal of Electronics(China)2009,26,2: | 2 |

| 5 | Optimization and design of a novel prescaler and its application to GPS receivers显示文摘In this work,a novel prescaler based upon new current mode logic (CML) flip-flop architecture applied to global positioning system (GPS) receivers is proposed.Compared to traditional static current mode logic (CML) flip-flop,it introduces a clock-controlling transistor to reduce the time constant at sensing period.As a result,the speed has been maximized and the working range has been enlarged.The phase noise of local oscillator (LO) signals coming from the prescaler can be lowered by 6 dB,and the interference of voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) to radio-frequency (RF) front-end apartments (low noise amplifier,mixer,etc.) will be diminished so that the sensitivity of GPS receivers is enhanced.This prescaler's maximum input frequency rises up to 6.9 GHz,30% higher than that of traditional architecture,and its power is only 2.16 mW when the supply voltage is 1.8 V.The prescaler was manufactured in 0.18-μm CMOS process,and it has been successfully applied to GPS receivers. | YU YunFeng YE TianChun MA ChengYan | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,9: | 0 |
| 6 | Policy Network-Based Dual-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning for Multi-Resource Task Offloading in Multi-Access Edge Cloud Networks显示文摘The Multi-access Edge Cloud(MEC)networks extend cloud computing services and capabilities to the edge of the networks.By bringing computation and storage capabilities closer to end-users and connected devices,MEC networks can support a wide range of applications.MEC networks can also leverage various types of resources,including computation resources,network resources,radio resources,and location-based resources,to provide multidimensional resources for intelligent applications in 5/6G.However,tasks generated by users often consist of multiple subtasks that require different types of resources.It is a challenging problem to offload multiresource task requests to the edge cloud aiming at maximizing benefits due to the heterogeneity of resources provided by devices.To address this issue,we mathematically model the task requests with multiple subtasks.Then,the problem of task offloading of multi-resource task requests is proved to be NPhard.Furthermore,we propose a novel Dual-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning algorithm with Node Received:Jun.20,2023 Revised:Aug.31,2023 Editor:Wang Chaowei First and Link features(NF L DA DRL)based on the policy network,to optimize the benefits generated by offloading multi-resource task requests in MEC networks.Finally,simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the benefit of task offloading with higher resource utilization compared with baseline algorithms. | Feng Chuan Zhang Xu Han Pengchao Ma Tianchun Gong Xiaoxue | 2024 | China Communications2024,21,4: | 0 |
