| 1 | 浙江省2005—2014年肾综合征出血热时空分析显示文摘目的分析浙江省肾综合征出血热疫情的流行病学时空特征,探讨其时空变化特点,识别疾病高发地区,为肾综合征出血热的防控提供参考。方法收集2005—2014年浙江省肾综合征出血热病例,采用时间、空间和时空联合分析方法,分析浙江省肾综合征出血热分布特征。结果 2005—2014年,浙江省累计报告肾综合征出血热5 712例,年平均报告发病率为1.34/10万。发病呈明显季节性特征,每年5—7月和11月至下年1月是发病的2个高峰期。除2010年外,其余年份各县(区)年发病率均存在空间相关性,空间自相关呈逐年下降趋势。2005—2014年时空扫描共发现2个时空聚集区,聚集时间分别为2005年1月持续至2009年6月,2011年9月持续至2013年8月,聚集区均位于浙江东中部地区,2次聚集区空间分布上呈现扩大趋势。结论浙江省肾综合征出血热发病存在时空聚集性,在高发地区应继续做好周边扩散的控制,防止出现疫情聚集。对已有聚集区应加大联防联控,采取必要的防控措施。 | 江涛 蔡剑 刘魁 孙继民 柴程良 李秀央 E Marian Scott | 2016 | 中国公共卫生2016，32，10： | 21 |
| 2 | Significance of endothelial dysfunction in the pathogenesis of early and delayed radiation enteropathy显示文摘This review summarizes the current state of knowledge regarding the role of endothelial dysfunction in the pathogenesis of early and delayed intestinal radiation toxicity and discusses various endothelial-oriented interventions aimed at reducing the risk of radiation enteropathy. Studies published in the biomedical literature during the past four decades and cited in PubMed, as well as clinical and laboratory data from our own research program are reviewed. The risk of injury to normal tissues limits the cancer cure rates that can be achieved with radiation therapy. During treatment of abdominal and pelvic tumors, the intestine is frequently a major dose-limiting factor. Microvascular injury is a prominent feature of both early (inflammatory), as well as delayed (fibroproliferative) radiation injuries in the intestine and in many other normal tissues. Evidence from our and other laboratories suggests that endothelial dysfunction, notably a deficiency of endothelial thrombomodulin, plays a key role in the pathogenesis of these radiation responses. Deficient levels of thrombomodulin cause loss of vascular thromboresistance, excessive activation of cellular thrombin receptors by thrombin, and insufficient activation of protein C, a plasma protein with anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, and cytoprotective properties. These changes are presumed to be critically involved in many aspects of early intestinal radiation toxicity and may sustain the fi broproliferative processes that lead to delayed intestinal dysfunction, fi brosis, and clinical complications. In conclusion, injury of vascular endothelium is important in the pathogenesis of the intestinal radiation response. | 5 | Mitochondrial protection by low doses of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰin experimental cirrhosis显示文摘AIM: To characterize the mitochondrial dysfunction in experimental cirrhosis and to study whether insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) therapy (4 wk) is able to induce beneficial effects on damaged mitochondria leading to cellular protection. METHODS: Wistar rats were divided into three groups: Control group, untreated cirrhotic rats and cirrhotic rats treated with IGF-Ⅰtreatment (2 μg/100 g bw/d). Mitochondrial function was analyzed by flow cytometry in isolated hepatic mitochondria, caspase 3 activation was assessed by Western blot and apoptosis by TUNEL in the three experimental groups. RESULTS: Untreated cirrhotic rats showed a mitochon- drial dysfunction characterized by a significant reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential (in status 4 and 3); an increase of intramitochondrial reactive oxigen species (ROS) generation and a significant reduction of ATPase activity. IGF-Ⅰtherapy normalized mitochondrial func-tion by increasing the membrane potential and ATPase activity and reducing the intramitochondrial free radical production. Activity of the electron transport complexes Ⅰand Ⅲ was increased in both cirrhotic groups. In addition, untreated cirrhotic rats showed an increase of caspase 3 activation and apoptosis. However, so far it is unclear how to diagnose these physical conditions. A solar microwave type Ⅲ burst is believed to be a sensitive signature of primary energy release and electron accelerations in solar flares. This work takes into account the effect of the magnetic field on the plasma density and develops a set of formulas which can be used to estimate the plasma density, temperature, magnetic field near the magnetic reconnection site and particle acceleration region, and the velocity and energy of electron beams.We apply these formulas to three groups of microwave type Ⅲ pairs in an X-class flare, and obtained some reasonable and interesting results. This paper investigates the complete and phase synchronization in a heterogeneous small-world chaotic Hindmarsh- Rose neuronal network. The effects of various network parameters on synchronization behaviour are discussed with some biological explanations. Complete synchronization of small-world neuronal networks is studied theoretically by the master stability function method. It is shown that the coupling strength necessary for complete or phase synchronization decreases with the neuron number, the node degree and the connection density are increased. | 15 | Soil Stabilizing Capability of Three Plant Species Growing on the Three Gorges Reservoir Riverside显示文摘Plant regrowth capacity and soil protection were investigated using three flooding-tolerant Yangtze River riverside species (Arundinella anomala, Hemartria compressa and Cynodon dactylon). The root and leaf surface growth, the plant regrowth capacity and the mitigation of soil runoff were analyzed using potted plants that were covered with 5, 10 and 18 cm new sediments, respectively. A. anomala reacted most slowly to the recovery from new sediments, while H. compressa had the highest recovery rates. The latter could produce 24 times the initial root length and 41 times its original leaf surface during the growth period of 12 weeks. C. dactylon showed no significant change in growth in relation to the rising sediment thickness, which means that even 18 cm of new sediments were tolerated by C. dactylon. Erosion tests showed that all three plant species can reduce the soil runoff by more than 63%. Compared to other species, A. anomala was less capable of stabilizing new sediments. The soil protecting abilities of H. compressa decreased after more than 10 cm of new sediments. C. dactylon showed the best soil retention compared to the other species examined, since it could reduce the soil runoff up to 87%. | 19 | Intestinal pseudo-obstruction caused by herpes zoster:Case report and pathophysiology显示文摘Herpes zoster(HZ) infection occurs in approximately 10% to 30% of individuals. Visceral neuropathies secondary to HZ can cause cystitis and urinary retention. But colonic pseudo-obstruction can also occur. Peripheral neuropathy may reveal segmental motor paresis of either upper or lower limbs, the abdominal muscles or the diaphragm. We report the case of a 62-year-old male patient who presented with abdominal distention and cutaneous vesicular eruption on the left side of the abdominal wall. Plain X-rays and computed tomography scan showed distended small bowel. A diagnosis of intestinal pseudo-obstruction was made secondary to segmental paresis of the small intestine and visceral neuropathy. Conservative management was successful and the patient was discharged uneventfully.
