1Phase unwrapping based on deep learning in light field fringe projection 3D measurement显示文摘Phase unwrapping is one of the key roles in fringe projection three-dimensional(3D)measurement technology.We propose a new method to achieve phase unwrapping in camera array light filed fringe projection 3D measurement based on deep learning.A multi-stream convolutional neural network(CNN)is proposed to learn the mapping relationship between camera array light filed wrapped phases and fringe orders of the expected central view,and is used to predict the fringe order to achieve the phase unwrapping.Experiments are performed on the light field fringe projection data generated by the simulated camera array fringe projection measurement system in Blender and by the experimental 3×3 camera array light field fringe projection system.The performance of the proposed network with light field wrapped phases using multiple directions as network input data is studied,and the advantages of phase unwrapping based on deep learning in light filed fringe projection are demonstrated.ZHU Xinjun ZHAO Haichuan YUAN Mengkai ZHANG Zhizhi WANG Hongyi SONG Limei 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,9:0
2Macrophage LMO7 deficiency facilitates inflammatory injury via metabolic-epigenetic reprogramming显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a formidable disease due to its complex pathogenesis.Macrophages,as a major immune cell population in IBD,are crucial for gut homeostasis.However,it is still unveiled how macrophages modulate IBD.Here,we found that LIM domain only 7(LMO7)was downregulated in pro-inflammatory macrophages,and that LMO7 directly degraded 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase 3(PFKFB3)through K48-mediated ubiquitination in macrophages.As an enzyme that regulates glycolysis,PFKFB3 degradation led to the glycolytic process inhibition in macrophages,which in turn inhibited macrophage activation and ultimately attenuated murine colitis.Moreover,we demonstrated that PFKFB3 was required for histone demethylase Jumonji domaincontaining protein 3(JMJD3)expression,thereby inhibiting the protein level of trimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 27(H3K27me3).Overall,our results indicated the LMO7/PFKFB3/JMJD3 axis is essential for modulating macrophage function and IBD pathogenesis.Targeting LMO7 or macrophage metabolism could potentially be an effective strategy for treating inflammatory diseases.Shixin Duan Xinyi Lou Shiyi Chen Hongchao Jiang Dongxin Chen Rui Yin Mengkai Li Yuseng Gou Wenjuan Zhao Lei Sun Feng Qian 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
3Many-Objective Optimization-Based Task Scheduling in Hybrid Cloud Environments显示文摘Due to the security and scalability features of hybrid cloud architecture,it can bettermeet the diverse requirements of users for cloud services.And a reasonable resource allocation solution is the key to adequately utilize the hybrid cloud.However,most previous studies have not comprehensively optimized the performance of hybrid cloud task scheduling,even ignoring the conflicts between its security privacy features and other requirements.Based on the above problems,a many-objective hybrid cloud task scheduling optimization model(HCTSO)is constructed combining risk rate,resource utilization,total cost,and task completion time.Meanwhile,an opposition-based learning knee point-driven many-objective evolutionary algorithm(OBL-KnEA)is proposed to improve the performance of model solving.The algorithm uses opposition-based learning to generate initial populations for faster convergence.Furthermore,a perturbation-based multipoint crossover operator and a dynamic range mutation operator are designed to extend the search range.By comparing the experiments with other excellent algorithms on HCTSO,OBL-KnEA achieves excellent results in terms of evaluation metrics,initial populations,and model optimization effects.Mengkai Zhao Zhixia Zhang Tian Fan Wanwan Guo Zhihua Cui 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,9:0
