1Synthesis of Z-scheme g-C3N4 nanosheets/Ag3PO4 photocatalysts with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic performance for the degradation of tetracycline and dye显示文摘Graphene-like C3N4/Ag3PO4 photocatalysts are synthesized by calcination and solutions precipitating method.The obtained g-C3N4/Ag3PO4 composites display excellent photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methylene orange(MO),rhodamine B(RhB)and tetracycline(TC)under visible light irradiation.The solutions containing RhB(10 mg/L)and MO(10 mg/L)can be efficiently degraded within15 min and 30 min.Especially,nearly 80%of TC(50 mg/L)is degraded within 20 min.which are much better than those of pure g-C3N4 nanosheets and Ag3PO4,implying that strong interaction and reasonable energy band alignment in the contact interface can effectively transfer the carries.Furthermore,the g-C3N4/Ag3PO4 composites exhibit the improved stability,and only a slight decrease is observed after three recycling runs.Moreover,the impact of inorganic ions and PH values on the degradation performance is rather small.The Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism of the g-C3N4/Ag3PO4 composites based on the active species trapping experimental is proposed.This work demonstrates the promising applications of the g-C3N4/Ag3PO4 composites in environmental issues.Meng Ding Juanjuan Zhou Hongcen Yang Ruya Cao Shouwei Zhang Minghui Shao Xijin Xu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:6

3Enhanced efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells by 2D perovskite vapor-assisted interface optimization显示文摘Organic–inorganic perovskites solar cells(PSCs)have attracted great attention due to their rapid progress in power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,there is still an enormous challenge to achieve both high efficiency and stability devices as the decomposition of perovskite materials under humid and light conditions.Herein,we demonstrate that high efficiency and stability of PSCs can be obtained by the reaction of three-dimensional(3D)perovskite with 1,4-butanediamine iodide(BEAI2)vapor.The incorporation of BEAI2 intensively promotes the crystallization of perovskite film with large grain size(~500 nm).Further characterization reveals that the post-treatment perovskite film delivered low interface trap density with long carrier lifetime(>200 ns),long carrier diffusion length(>600 nm)and large carrier mobility(>1.5 cm^2 V-1S-1).Solar cells employing such post-treatment films demonstrated 19.58%PCE without hysteresis.Moreover,the post-treatment devices can retain over 90%original efficiencies stored under ambient atmospheric conditions and exhibit better stability under 85℃and continuous illumination as a two-dimensional(2D)perovskite thin layer is formed on the surface/or at the grain boundaries of 3D perovskite.This study offers an effective way to obtain PSCs with high efficiency and stability.Minghui Chen Pengwei Li Chao Liang Hao Gu Weishuang Tong Shiping Cheng Weili Li Ganqing Zhao Guosheng Shao 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6:1

5A novel measurement method of temperature model for bioreactor显示文摘A novel measurement method of temperature model for bioreactor has been proposed.Temperature is the key parameter in monitoring the bioreactor operation.However,the system input signal of bioreactor is delayed,and model parameters are uncertain,so the output of temperature is non-steady-state.Many dynamic measurements are not steady so that it cannot be described by variables constant in time.In this paper,we adopt the monopulse signal as input so that the output of the bioreactor system is steady.This method has a powerful ability to steady the output of the bioreactor.In view of the measurement results,it can be seen that the model dynamic measurement approaches the real process.The analytical expression of the monopulse response for the temperature model of the bioreactor is obtained.The novel measurement approach is simple and can be easily adopted by industry.Minghui HU Fuzhen XUAN Huihe SHAO 2010Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2010,5,2:0
6Perioperative risk factors for delayed gastric emptying after pancreaticoduodenectomy:a meta-analysis of the complications显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the correlation between the incidence of delayed gastric emptying(DGE)in pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)and the perioperative possible risk factors.Methods:We searched PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and Medline for studies describing complications related to PD from 2018 to 2022.Statistical analysis was performed using Stata/SE16.0 software.Results:In 6 retrospective studies,1 systematic review,and 1 randomized controlled trial(RCT)experiment,12,419 patients(2174 and 10,245 patients,respectively,in DGE and no delayed gastric emptying[NDGE]groups).The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)score between DGE and NDGE groups(log odds ratio[OR]=0.23,95%credible interval[CI]:0.11-0.35,P<.01),operation time(mean diff.=21.87,95%CI:15.96-27.78,P<.01),estimated intraoperative blood loss(EIBL;mean diff.=70.67,95%CI:17.75-123.58,P<.05),postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF)(log OR=0.85,95%CI:0.24-1.46,P<.05)were statistically significant.No significant differences in preoperative body mass index(BMI),preoperative biliary drain-age,and pancreatic texture were observed(P>.05).Conclusion:The incidence of DGE is significantly correlated with the operation time,preoperative ASA score,POPF,and EIBL,which suggests that the surgeon should thoroughly evaluate the patient through adequate preoperative examination before the operation.Finally,standardized practice and perfect technology are undoubtedly necessary to reduce complications.Xiaowei Deng Ting Niu Zhaolong Han Xing Liang Zhiping Fu Liang Tang Guang Yang Judong Li An’an Liu Junfeng Peng Minghui Zheng Chenghao Shao 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,2:0
7Boosting synergism of chemo- and immunotherapies via switching paclitaxel-induced apoptosis to mevalonate metabolism-triggered ferroptosis by bisphosphonate coordination lipid nanogranules显示文摘Conventional chemotherapy based on cytotoxic drugs is facing tough challenges recently following the advances of monoclonal antibodies and molecularly targeted drugs.It is critical to inspire new potential to remodel the value of this classical therapeutic strategy.Here,we fabricate bisphosphonate coordination lipid nanogranules(BC-LNPs)and load paclitaxel(PTX)to boost the chemo-and immuno-therapeutic synergism of cytotoxic drugs.Alendronate in BC-LNPs@PTX,a bisphosphonate to block mevalonate metabolism,works as both the structure and drug constituent in nanogranules,where alendronate coordinated with calcium ions to form the particle core.The synergy of alendronate enhances the efficacy of paclitaxel,suppresses tumor metastasis,and alters the cytotoxic mechanism.Differing from the paclitaxel-induced apoptosis,the involvement of alendronate inhibits the mevalonate metabolism,changes the mitochondrial morphology,disturbs the redox homeostasis,and causes theaccumulation of mitochondrial ROS and lethal lipid peroxides(LPO).These factors finally trigger the ferroptosis of tumor cells,an immunogenic cell death mode,which remodels the suppressive tumor immune microenvironment and synergizes with immunotherapy.Therefore,by switching paclitaxel-induced apoptosis to mevalonate metabolism-triggered ferroptosis,BC-LNPs@PTX provides new insight into the development of cytotoxic drugs and highlights the potential of metabolism regulation in cancer therapy.Ge Song Minghui Li Shumin Fan Mengmeng Qin Bin Shao Wenbing Dai Hua Zhang Xueqing Wang Bing He Qiang Zhang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,2:0
8Pancreatic head cancer with gastrointestinal bleeding as the initial manifestation:a case report and literature review显示文摘Gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB)as the initial symptom is rare in patients with pancreatic cancer,which is prone to misdiagnosis and should be paid attention to by clinicians.Here,we present a patient with pancreatic head cancer whose first symptom was only severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which initially led to misdiagnosis.However,subsequent imaging revealed a mass in the pancreatic head which was considered a malignant tumor.After surgical resection,the pathology confirmed that the mass in the pancreatic head was pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,and the duodenal bulb’s full thickness was infiltrated.A literature review found that pancreatic cancer can present gastrointestinal bleeding by invading the digestive tract and blood vessels,left-sided portal hypertension(LSPH),digestive tract metastasis,and canceration of ectopic pancreatic tissue in the digestive tract.For these cases,clinicians should utilize multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment based on digestive endoscopy,imaging,interventional therapy,and surgery to control bleeding,identify etiology,and remove tumors.Minghui Zheng Zhiping Fu Ting Niu Anan Liu Danlei Chen Junfeng Peng Judong Li Zhiyuan Hao Qingyang Yu Zechao Lyu Chenghao Shao 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,3:0
9Engineered poly(A)-surrogates for translational regulation and therapeutic biocomputation in mammalian cells显示文摘Here,we present a gene regulation strategy enabling programmable control over eukaryotic translational initiation.By excising the natural poly-adenylation(poly-A)signal of target genes and replacing it with a synthetic control region harboring RNA-binding protein(RBP)-specific aptamers,cap-dependent translation is rendered exclusively dependent on synthetic translation initiation factors(STIFs)containing different RBPs engineered to conditionally associate with different eIF4F-binding proteins(eIFBPs).This modular design framework facilitates the engineering of various gene switches and intracellular sensors responding to many user-defined trigger signals of interest,demonstrating tightly controlled,rapid and reversible regulation of transgene expression in mammalian cells as well as compatibility with various clinically applicable delivery routes of in vivo gene therapy.Therapeutic efficacy was demonstrated in two animal models.To exemplify disease treatments that require on-demand drug secretion,we show that a custom-designed gene switch triggered by the FDA-approved drug grazoprevir can effectively control insulin expression and restore glucose homeostasis in diabetic mice.For diseases that require instantaneous sense-and-response treatment programs,we create highly specific sensors for various subcellularly(mis)localized protein markers(such as cancer-related fusion proteins)and show that translation-based protein sensors can be used either alone or in combination with other cell-state classification strategies to create therapeutic biocomputers driving self-sufficient elimination of tumor cells in mice.This design strategy demonstrates unprecedented flexibility for translational regulation and could form the basis for a novel class of programmable gene therapies in vivo.Jiawei Shao Shichao Li Xinyuan Qiu Jian Jiang Lihang Zhang Pengli Wang Yaqing Si Yuhang Wu Minghui He Qiqi Xiong Liuqi Zhao Yilin Li Yuxuan Fan Mirta Viviani Yu Fu Chaohua Wu Ting Gao Lingyun Zhu Martin Fussenegger Hui Wang Mingqi Xie 2024Cell Research2024,34,1:0
