1esveratrol inhibits necroptosis by mediating the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway in myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury显示文摘Resveratrol(RES)protects myocardial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-caused injury.However,the mechanism of this effect has not been clarified.Thus,in this study,we aimed to determine whether RES attenuates H/R-induced cell necroptosis by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)/receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIP1)/RIP3/mixed-lineage kinase domain-like(MLKL)signaling pathway.Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models and H/R-injured cell models were constructed.Our study showed that myocardial H/R injury significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL by western blot analysis.Cell viability assay and 4,6-dianmidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)-propidium iodide staining showed that the cell viability was decreased,and necroptosis was increased after myocardial H/R injury.The expressions of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL in H/R myocardial cells treated with different concentrations of RES were significantly downregulated.In addition,we also found that the cell viability was increased and necroptosis was decreased in dose-dependent manners when H/R-injured cells were treated with RES.In addition,the enhanced effect of TNF-αon necroptosis in myocardial H/R-injured cells was improved by RES,and the effect of RES was confirmed in vivo in I/R rats.This study also showed that RES suppresses necroptosis in H9c2 cells,which may occur through the inhibition of the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL signaling pathway.Our data suggest that necroptosis is a promising therapeutic target and may be a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of myocardial I/R injury.Yongjun Hu Hongwei Pan Jianqiang Peng Jin He Mingxiang Tang Sulan Yan Jingjing Rong Junshan Li Zhaofen Zheng Haijun Wang Yanfu Liu Xin Zhong 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4:6
2Flexible photodetector based on large-area few-layer MoS_2显示文摘Developing flexible photodetectors is crucial for both military and civil fields. Large-area MoS_2 films from several to dozens of layers are controllably synthesized via a facile atmospheric-pressure sulfurization route of predeposited Mo films and transferred onto other substrates(e.g. SiO_2/Si wafers, quartz slides, polymers). The flexible photodetectors were fabricated by transferring as-synthesized MoS_2 films onto interdigital electrodes patterned on polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrates. No additional complex lithography positioning techniques were needed during the device fabrication process due to the large area of as-grown atomic thin MoS_2 films. As-obtained flexible photodetectors showed responsibilities of ~ 20 mA/W and response time of several seconds. 5Ultrahigh rate binder-free Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon cathode for sodium-ion battery显示文摘Sodium ion batteries(SIBs)are very promising for large-scale energy storage in virtue of its high energy density,abundant sodium resources and low environmental impact,etc.However,it is still a big challenge to develop high-performance and durable cathode materials for SIBs.Among different candidate materials,Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3has attracted great attentions due to its high theoretical capacity(117 mAh/g),stable framework structure and excellent ionic conductivity.However,Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3delivers inferior rate capability and cycling stability due to its poor electronic conductivity.In this work,free-standing Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon nanofiber membranes are synthesized by an electrospinning-sintering route.The sample could deliver excellent cycling capability with specific capacity of 112 mAh/g at 1 C after 250cycles and ultrahigh rate capability with 76.9 mAh/g even at 100 C,which is superior to many state-ofthe-art SIB cathode materials.This can be attributed to the hierarchically distributed Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3crystals in carbon nanofiber network,which possesses outstanding electronic/ionic conductivity and thus leads to an ultrahigh rate capability.Le Yang Wei Wang Mingxiang Hu Jiaojing Shao Ruitao Lv 2018Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5:1
6Domain structure of hard magnetic NdAlFeCo bulk metallic glass显示文摘Magnetic domain structure of hard magnetic Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 bulk metallic glass (BMG) has been studied by using magnetic force microscopy. In the magnetic force images it is shown that the exchange interaction type magnetic domains with a period of about 360 nm do exist in the BMG, which is believed to be associated with the appearance of hard-magnetic properties in this system. As the scale of the magnetic domain is much larger than the size of the short-range ordered atomic clusters existing in the BMG, it is believed that the large areas of magnetic contrast are actually a collection of a group of clusters aligned in parallel by strong exchange coupling interaction. After fully crystallization, the BMG exhibits paramagnetism.
