2碳水化合物对绵羊小肠内瘤胃微生物氨基酸利用的影响显示文摘用 4只装有瘤胃、十二指肠和回肠瘘管的去势成年萨福克羊 ,饲喂按不同比列混合的鸭茅草和特制精饲料日粮 ,研究小肠对瘤胃微生物氨基酸利用情况 .结果表明 :1瘤胃细菌所含二氨基庚二酸( DAPA)浓度在中性洗涤纤维含量为 6 5 .94 %~ 4 0 .35 %的日粮条件下很稳定 ;十二指肠和回肠食糜干物质中 DAPA浓度随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低而增大 . 2体重换算为 4 0 kg的绵羊 ,每只每天进入十二指肠和回肠的 DAPA量差异不显著 ;3随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低 ,每 1 0 0 g细菌体含 Cys,Met和Trp量显著减少 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,DAPA量则显著增加 ( P<0 .0 5 ) . 4随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低 ,小肠内被吸收的瘤胃细菌体氨基酸量显著减少 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,其中 6 5 .94 %组低于 5 0 .5 9%组而接近于 4 0 .35赵国琦 贾青 孙龙生 丁健 Nakashima Y 2001扬州大学学报(自然科学版)2001,4,4:4
