| 1 | 2011年和2013年武汉市病毒性胃肠炎病原监测与分析显示文摘目的监测和分析2011年和2013年武汉市婴幼儿和成人病毒性胃肠炎病原。方法用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及RT-PCR对胃肠炎患者腹泻大便样本进行轮状病毒、诺如病毒、星状病毒以及札幌样病毒检测,部分样本测序并比对同源性。用PCR检测腺病毒。结果轮状病毒、诺如病毒、星状病毒、札幌样病毒检出率分别为21.6%(296/1 368)、35.7%(488/1 368)、10.2%(140/1 368)和7.7%(105/1 368);肠道腺病毒在儿童患者中的检出率为8.2%(70/853)。诺如病毒和轮状病毒易感人群为13~24月龄和7~24月龄儿童,及40~59岁成人。轮状病毒检出高峰在秋冬季。星状病毒、札幌样病毒和腺病毒多发于2岁以下的婴幼儿,无明显季节分布。196人份A组轮状病毒基因型以G9P[8]为主(40.8%),其次为G1P[8](26.5%),G3P[8](16.3%)和G2P[4](11.7%)。经测序比对诺如病毒基因型分别为GⅡ.4型(7/12),GⅡ.3型(5/12);星状病毒为1型(8/13),8型(4/13)和5型(1/13);札幌样病毒为GI.1型(2/6),GI 2型(2/6)和GⅡ.1型(2/6)。结论 2011年和2013年武汉市婴幼儿和成人胃肠炎主要病原是诺如病毒,其次是轮状病毒。 | 庞蓓蓓 周璇 Nobumichi Kobayashi 彭劲松 王远虹 | 2016 | 中国人兽共患病学报2016，32，5： | 10 |
| 2 | Metastatic basaloid-squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus treated by 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin显示文摘Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma (BSC) of the esophagus is a rare malignant disease. We report here a patient with recurrent esophageal BSC,who was successfully treated by systemic chemotherapy containing 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and cisplatin (CDDP). A 57-year-old woman was diagnosed as having squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus upon endoscopic examination. Curative esophagectomy with lymph node dissection was performed under the thoracoscope. The pathological diagnosis of the surgical specimen was BSC. Five months after operation,the patient was diagnosed as having a recurrence of the BSC with metastases to the liver and spleen,and a right paraclavicular lymph node. She was given systemic chemotherapy consisting of continuous infusion of 800 mg/d of 5-FU and 3 h infusion of 20 mg/d of CDDP for 5 consecutive days every 4 wk. The metastatic lesions in the spleen and right paraclavicular lymph node disappeared,and the liver metastasis was apparently reduced in size after 2 courses of chemotherapy. The tumor regression was seen over 6 courses,with progression afterwards. | 3 | Unsteady Behavior of Leading-edge Vortex and Diffuser Stall in a Centrifugal Compressor with Vaned Diffuser显示文摘The characteristics of a rotating stall of an impeller and diffuser and the evolution of a vortex generated at the diffuser leading-edge(i.e., the leading-edge vortex(LEV)) in a centrifugal compressor were investigated by experiments and numerical analysis. The results of the experiments revealed that both the impeller and diffuser rotating stalls occurred at 55 and 25 Hz during off-design flow operation. For both, stall cells existed only on the shroud side of the flow passages, which is very close to the source location of the LEV. According to the CFD results, the LEV is made up of multiple vortices. The LEV is a combination of a separated vortex near the leading-edge and a longitudinal vortex generated by the extended tip-leakage flow from the impeller. Therefore, the LEV is generated by the accumulation of vorticity caused by the velocity gradient of the impeller discharge flow. In partial-flow operation, the spanwise extent and the position of the LEV origin are temporarily transmuted. The LEV develops with a drop in the velocity in the diffuser passage and forms a significant blockage within the diffuser passage. | 4 | Unsteady Behavior and Control of Vortices in Centrifugal Compressor显示文摘Two examples of the use of vortex control to reduce noise and enhance the stable operating range of a centrifugal compressor are presented in this paper.In the case of high-flow operation of a centrifugal compressor with a vaned diffuser,a discrete frequency noise induced by interaction between the impeller-discharge flow and the diffuser vane,which appears most notably in the power spectra of the radiated noise,can be reduced using a tapered diffuser vane(TDV) without affecting the performance of the compressor.Twin longitudinal vortices produced by leakage flow passing through the tapered portion of the diffuser vane induce secondary flow in the direction of the blade surface and prevent flow separation from the leading edge of the diffuser.The use of a TDV can effectively reduce both the discrete frequency noise generated by the interaction between the impeller-discharge flow and the diffuser surface and the broadband turbulent noise component.In the case of low-flow operation,a leading-edge vortex(LEV) that forms on the shroud side of the suction surface near the leading edge of the diffuser increases significantly in size and blocks flow in the diffuser passage.The formation of an LEV may adversely affect the performance of the compressor and may cause the diffuser to stall.Using a one-side tapered diffuser vane to suppress the evolution of an LEV,the stable operating range of the compressor can be increased by more than 12 percent,and the pressure-rise characteristics of the compressor can be improved.The results of a supplementary examination of the structure and unsteady behavior of LEVs,conducted by means of detailed numerical simulations,are also presented. | Yutaka Ohta Nobumichi Fujisawa | 2014 | Journal of Thermal Science2014，23，5： | 5 |
| 5 | Gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the stomach with axillary lymph node metastasis: A case report显示文摘Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common type of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors, although metastasis to the perigastric lymph nodes is relatively rare, compared with liver or peritoneal metastasis. In this report, we describe a case of stomach GIST with a solitary simultaneous metastasis in the left axillary lymph node. A 68-year-old man was diagnosed with a large upper-stomach GIST, and computed tomography and positron emission tomography revealed masses in the left axilla and right mediastinum. We did not detect evidence of metastases to the liver, or other sites including the perigastric lymph nodes, although findings from the surgically resected axillary lymph nodes were compatible with GIST metastasis. Treatment using imatinib markedly reduced the gastric and mediastinal lesions, and this response persisted for 3 years. The patient subsequently experienced rapid growth of the gastric lesion without mediastinal or axilla recurrence, which required palliative surgery. Despite continuing medical treatment(sunitinib and regorafenib), the patient died of liver metastases 23 mo after the surgery. | 6 | TiO2单晶中亚稳氧空位有序态增强的忆阻特性显示文摘氧空位作为氧化物材料的本征缺陷对材料的性能有很大的影响,利用氧空位来调控材料性能近年来备受关注.关于氧空位在材料中的工作方式,一个重要的观点认为,氧空位倾向于组成有序结构,以集体的而非个体的方式影响材料性能.目前,虽然文献中有大量关于氧空位有序的研究,但大多仍限于理论方面.本文对金红石相TiO2单晶氧空位的高温行为进行了系统实验研究.介电谱研究结果发现,在330℃附近出现了一个由氧空位无序-有序相变引起的介电峰,高温同步辐射原位劳厄衍射进一步证明了氧空位有序发生在200~500℃温度区间,沿c轴方向形成超点阵.第一性原理计算也表明,氧空位之间存在相互作用,氧空位有序态稳定地出现在(110)面,沿c轴方向形成'之'字形一维链.与TiO2中熟知的氧空位有序相--Magnéli相不同,观察到的氧空位有序相是一种新的亚稳相.这种有序相的出现导致一级相变,造成介电常数的巨大增强.同时本文还发现,在很小的直流电场作用下,TiO2晶体中的这种氧空位一维链容易形成导电通道,导致低电场下的忆阻特性.后续工作如能把氧空位有序态移到室温附近,将使制造极小电压驱动的超低能耗忆阻器件成为可能. | 李天宇 洪方 杨柯 岳彬彬 Nobumichi Tamura 吴骅 程振祥 汪春昌 | 2020 | Science Bulletin2020，65，8： | 2 |
