| 1 | Overview of Citrin Deficiency:SLC25A13 Mutations and the Frequency显示文摘Citrin deficiency,autosomal recessive disorder,caused by mutation of SLC25A13 gene on chromosome 7q21.3 has two major phenotypes:neonatal intrahepatic cholestatic hepatitis(NICCD)and adult-onset type Ⅱ citrullinemia(CTLN2).So far,we have identified 52 SLC25A13 mutations and diagnosed the patients not only in Japan(166 CTLN2 and 238 NICCD) but also in other countries.We have detected 76 Chinese,13 Korean and 15 Vietnamese patients with the same mutations as Japanese,and 13 patients(from Israel,UK,USA or Czech)with mutations different from those found in Japanese,indicating a wide distribution of citrin deficiency.DNA diagnoses of 13 known SLC25A13 mutations revealed that the carrier frequency was high in East Asian populations:Chinese(73/4 600=1/63),Japanese(21/1 372=1/65) and Korean(25/2 690=1/108),suggesting that near by 100 000 East Asians are homozygotes.It is important to find out patients with citrin deficiency,to treat them,and to prevent onset of severe CTLN2. | Keiko Kobayashi Miharu Ushtkai Yuan - Zong Song Hong - Zhi Gao Jian - Sheng Sheng Ayako Tabata Furnihiko Okumura Sayaka lkeda Takeyori Saheki | 2008 | 实用儿科临床杂志2008，23，20： | 26 |
| 2 | Present status of endoscopic mastectomy for breast cancer显示文摘Endoscopy is now being used for breast cancer surgery. Though it is used for mastectomy, lymph node dissection, and breast reconstruction, its prime use is for mastectomy. Because an incision can be placed inconspicuously in the axillary site, a relatively largeincision can be created. A retractor with an endoscope, CO2, and an abrasion device with the endoscope are used for operation space security. It is extremely rare that an endoscope is used for lymph node dissection. For breast reconstruction, it may be used for latissimus muscle flap making, but an endoscope is rarely used for other reconstructions. Endoscopic mastectomy is limited to certain institutions and practiced hands, and it has not been significantly developed in breast cancer surgery. On the other hand, endoscopic surgery may be used widely in breast reconstruction. | 3 | p53 negativity, CDC25B positivity, and metallothionein negativity are predictors of a response of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma to chemoradiotherapy显示文摘AIM: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is generally sensitive to chemoradiotherapy (CRT), but some cases are not. Using a retrospective analysis, we aimed to identify the predictors of the response by esophageal squamous cell carcinoma to definitive CRT.METHODS: The intensities of expression of p53, Ki67,Bcl-2, Bax, cyclin D1, VEGF, CDC25B, and metallothionein (MT)were evaluated immunohistochemically in the biopsy specimens obtained before CRT, and the intensities of their expression were tested for correlations with the clinical effects of CRT.RESULTS: The esophageal squamous cell carcinomas with negative p53, positive CDC25B, and negative MT expression were found to be significantly more sensitive to CRT. In addition, p53 positivity and CDC25B positivity respomd well to CRT.CONCLUSION: Esophageal squamous cell carcinomas with negative p53,positive CDC25B, and negative MT expressions respond well to CRT. The blade outlet angles of the impellers are 35° and 25° respectively. The unsteady flow behavior in the passage of the impeller 35° is quite different from that in the steady flow behavior. The large flow separation occurs in the steady flow field and unsteady flow field of the impeller 35°, the flow distribution in the circumferential direction varies remarkably and the flow separation on the blade occurs only at the back region of the fan; but the steady flow behavior in the impeller 25° is almost consistent with the unsteady flow behavior, the flow distribution of the circumferential direction doesn't vary much and the flow separation on the blade hardly occurs.
