1Porous graphene:Properties,preparation,and potential applications显示文摘Graphene has recently emerged as an important and exciting material.Inspired by its outstanding properties,many researchers have extensively studied graphene-related materials both experimentally and theoretically.Porous graphene is a collection of graphene-related materials with nanopores in the plane.Porous graphene exhibits properties distinct from those of graphene,and it has widespread potential applications in various fields such as gas separation,hydrogen storage,DNA sequencing,and supercapacitors.In this review,we summarize recent progress in studies of the properties,preparation,and potential applications of porous graphene,and show that porous graphene is a promising material with great potential for future development.XU PengTao YANG JiXiang WANG KeSai ZHOU Zhen SHEN PanWen 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,23:18
2Equilibrium dialysis study on the interaction between Cu(Ⅱ) and HSA or BSA显示文摘The interaction of Cu(Ⅱ) and human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) at physiological pH is studied by equilibrium dialysis. The successive stability constants are obtained by non-linear least square methods fitting Bjerrum formula. For both the Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA systems, the order of magnitude of K 1 and K 2 was found to be ≈10 4 mol -1·dm 3. There are about twenty stoichiometry binding sites found in one HSA or BSA molecule. They can be divided into two or three sets. Results of equilibrium dialysis experiments suggest that there exists one strong metal binding site in both Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA. It is the imidazol group nitrogen atoms of His 3 that are primarily concerned with copper binding site. After reaching dialysis equilibrium, there is the interaction among the different binding sites, the values of K all deviate from the simple statistical effect except for K-1 and K-2 in both Cu(Ⅱ)-HSA and Cu(Ⅱ)-BSA systems, and the positive cooperative effect is found.LIANG Hong 1, XIN Bengang 1, WANG Xiujian 1, YUAN Yuzhou 1, ZHOU Yongqia 2 and SHEN Panwen 2 1. 3Colonoscopy surveillance for high risk polyps does not always prevent colorectal cancer显示文摘AIM To determine the frequency and risk factors for colorectal cancer(CRC) development among individuals with resected advanced adenoma(AA)/traditional serrated adenoma(TSA)/advanced sessile serrated adenoma(ASSA). METHODS Data was collected from medical records of 14663 subjects found to have AA, TSA, or ASSA at screening or surveillance colonoscopy. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or known genetic predisposition for CRC were excluded from the study. Factors associated with CRC developing after endoscopic management of high risk polyps were calculated in 4610 such patients who had at least one surveillance colonoscopy within 10 years following the original polypectomy of the incident advanced polyp. RESULTS84/4610(1.8%) patients developed CRC at the polypectomy site within a median of 4.2 years(mean 4.89 years), and 1.2%(54/4610) developed CRC in a region distinct from the AA/TSA/ASSA resection site within a median of 5.1 years(mean 6.67 years). Approximately, 30%(25/84) of patients who developed CRC at the AA/TSA/ASSA site and 27.8%(15/54) of patients who developed CRC at another site had colonoscopy at recommended surveillance intervals. Increasing age; polyp size; male sex; right-sided location; high degree of dysplasia; higher number of polyps resected; and piecemeal removal were associated with an increased risk for CRC developmentat the same site as the index polyp. Increasing age; right-sided location; higher number of polyps resected and sessile endoscopic appearance of the index AA/TSA/ASSA were significantly associated with an increased risk for CRC development at a different site. 6A case of large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma harboring rare ALK fusion with initial response to the ALK inhibitor crizotinib and acquired F1174L mutation after resistance显示文摘A 51-year-old,male,non-smoker with a 3.4 cm mass in the right middle lobe was diagnosed with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma(LCNEC).Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)gene translocation,in agreement with the immunohistochemistry result obtained with use of ALK-Ventana.Radiographic examinations showed both bone and brain metastasis.After two cycles of chemotherapy consisting of etoposide and cisplatin,the patient achieved stable disease,and was subsequently switched to crizotinib.Both computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed partial response after 4 months of crizotinib,but progressed after treatment for 10 months,when several hard lymph nodes were palpable in the left supraclavicular fossa.Lymph node biopsy showed similar histology of tumor cells and targeted next-generation sequencing revealed ALK F1174L on exon 23 with two rare forms of ALK rearrangements.This case provides evidence of responsiveness of ALK inhibitors for a rare pattern of ALK-rearranged LCNEC,and suggests that F1174L,a common resistant mutation found in non-small-cell lung cancer,also causes crizotinib resistance in LCNEC.Ye Wang Panwen Tian Weiya Wang Yalun Li Yu Wang Weimin Li 2019Precision Clinical Medicine2019,2,1:1

13Transformation of the salttolerant gene of Avicennia marina into tobacco plants and cultivation of salt-tolerant lines显示文摘Salt-tolerant gene, CSRG1, which was isolated from a kind of salt-tolerant mangroves, Avicennia marina, constructed the transgenic plasmid, pGAM189/CSRG1. CSRG1, GUS, Kmr and Hyg^r could be transferred into tobacco genome by the ameliorated leaf discs method of agro-bacterium-mediate transformation. Thirteen stable resistant lines were obtained when fifty transgenic explants were selected through 50 mg/L hygromycin and 150 mg/L kanamycin. Assessments of PCR amplification, Southern blot analysis and GUS histochemical staining showed that CSRG1 has been integrated into the genome of the eleven transgenic lines (frequency of transformation was 22%). Northern bolt analysis revealed that CSRG1 had expressed in transgenic lines. The assessments of salt-tolerant ability and photosyn-thetic rates indicated that the survival rate of the transgenic lines is 80%—90% and the transgenic lines could increase by 30%—40% in plant height, even when they were cultivated in MS medium containing 2% NaCl and the total seawater (salinity 24). 14Influence of Four Factors on Discharge Capacity and Self-Discharge Rate of Iron Electrode显示文摘Ni-Fe rechargeable batteries possess the advantages of long cycle life, high theoretical specific energy, abundant raw material,Iow price and environmental friendship. It has a wide applied perspective. The advantages, disadvantages and preparation methods of iron electrodes were summarized. The influence of four factors on discharge capacity and self-discharge rate of iron electrode were discussed by means of orthogonal experiments, galvanostatic charges and discharges. The influences of graphite on the discharge capacity and self-discharge rate of iron electrode were the most remarkable, the most unapparent influences on the discharge capacity and self-discharge rate were HPMC (hydroxy propoxy methoxy cellulose) and sodium sulphide, respectively. 15Characteristics of TP53 germline variants and their correlations with Li-Fraumeni syndrome or Li-Fraumeni-like syndrome in Chinese tumor patients显示文摘Li-Fraumeni syndrome(LFS),a rare autosomal-dominant inheritance condition,is associated with a family cancer history as well as pathogenic/likely-pathogenic TP53 germline variants(P/LP TP53 GV).The current clinical methods for detecting LFS are limited.Here,we retrospectively investigate P/LP TP53 GV among Chinese cancer patients by next-generation sequencing and evaluate its relationship with a family cancer history.A total of 270 out of 19,226 cancer patients have TP53 GV,including 53 patients with P/LP TP53 GV.Patients with P/LP TP53 GV are mainly found in male with glioma,lung cancer or sarcoma.The median age of diagnosis for P/LP TP53 GV patients is significantly lower than that of non-P/LP TP53 GV patients(31-years vs.53-years;P<0.01).One LFS patient and 3 Li-Fraumeni-like syndrome(LFL)patients are among the 26 followed-up P/LP TP53 GV patients.Among 25 types of P/LP TP53 GV,the highest variant frequencies occurred at codon 175 and 248.p.M237 I,p.R158 H,p.C238 Y and p.C275 R,are firstly identified among the Chinese LFS/LFL patients.This study reports the(P/LP)TP53 GV characteristics of Chinese pan-cancer patients.These findings suggest analyzing the P/LP TP53 GV in cancer patients is an effective strategy for identifying cancer predisposition syndrome.Panwen Tian Xiaoyan Zhang Sheng Yang Yu Fang Hongling Yuan Wei Li Honglin Zhu Fangping Zhao Jinlei Ding Yunshu Zhu Sizhen Wang Guochen Sun Hongbin Ni Tonghui Ma Ting Lei 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,7:0
