| 2 | Influence of Recirculated Flue Gas Distribution on Combustion and NOx Formation Characteristics in S-CO_(2) Coal-fired Boiler显示文摘Supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_(2))Brayton power cycle power generation technology,has attracted more and more scholars'attention in recent years because of its advantages of high efficiency and flexibility.Compared with conventional steam boilers,S-CO_(2) has different heat transfer characteristics,it is easy to cause the temperature of the cooling wall of the boiler to rise,which leads to higher combustion gas temperature in the furnace,higher NOX generation concentration.The adoption of flue gas recirculation has a significance impact on the combustion process of pulverized coal in the boiler,and it is the most effective ways to reduce the emission of NOX and the combustion temperature in the boiler.This paper takes 1000MW S-CO_(2) T-type coal-fired boiler as the research target to investigate the combustion and NOX generation characteristics of S-CO_(2) coal-fired boilers under flue gas recirculation condition,the influence of recirculated flue gas distribution along the furnace height on the characteristics of NOX formation and the combustion of pulverized coal.The results show that the recirculated flue gas distribution has the great impact on the concentration of NOX at the boiler outlet.When the bottom recirculation flue gas rate is gradually increased,the average temperature of the lower boiler decreases and the average temperature of the upper boiler increases slightly;The concentration of NOx at the furnace outlet increases. | Peipei WANG Mingyan GU Yao FANG Boyu JIANG Mingming WANG Ping CHEN | 2021 | Mechanical Engineering Science2021,3,2: | 0 |
| 3 | MECOM promotes supporting cell proliferation and differentiation in cochlea显示文摘Permanent damage to hair cells(HCs)is the leading cause of sensory deafness.Supporting cells(SCs)are essential in the restoration of hearing in mammals because they can proliferate and differentiate to HCs.MDS1 and EVI1 complex locus(MECOM)is vital in early development and cell differentiation and regulates the TGF-βsignaling pathway to adapt to pathophysiological events,such as hematopoietic proliferation,differentiation and cells death.In addition,MECOM plays an essential role in neurogenesis and craniofacial development.However,the role of MECOM in the development of cochlea and its way to regulate related signaling are not fully understood.To address this problem,this study examined the expression of MECOM during the development of cochlea and observed a significant increase of MECOM at the key point of auditory epithelial morphogenesis,indicating that MECOM may have a vital function in the formation of cochlea and regeneration of HCs.Meanwhile,we tried to explore the possible effect and potential mechanism of MECOM in SC proliferation and HC regeneration.Findings from this study indicate that overexpression of MECOM markedly increases the proliferation of SCs in the inner ear,and the expression of Smad3 and Cdkn2b related to TGF signaling is significantly down-regulated,corresponding to the overexpression of MECOM.Collectively,these data may provide an explanation of the vital function of MECOM in SC proliferation and trans-differentiation into HCs,as well as its regulation.The interaction between MECOM,Wnt,Notch and the TGF-βsignaling may provide a feasible approach to induce the regeneration of HCs. | Peipei Chen Na Zuo Cheng Wu Jun Ma Yao Li Junfei Gu Wen Li Shaofeng Liu | 2022 | Journal of Otology2022,17,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Self-healable gels in electrochemical energy storage devices显示文摘In the green energy and carbon-neutral technology,electrochemical energy storage devices have received continuously increasing attention recently.However,due to the unavoidable volume expansion/shrinkage of key materials or irreversible mechanical damages during application,the stability of energy storage and delivery as well as the lifetime of these devices are severely shortened,leading to serious performance degradation or even safety issues.Therefore,the utilization of self-healable gels into electrochemical energy storage devices,such as electrodes,binders,and electrolytes,is proven as an effective method to realize long-term stable operation of these devices via the self-repairing of mechanical and electrochemical characteristics.Herein,this review first summarizes the feature and fabrication of different gels,paying special attention to hydrogels,organohydrogels,and ionogels.Then,basic concepts and figure of merit of self-healable gels are analyzed with a detailed discussion at the healing mechanisms,from reversible dynamic bonds to physical molecular diffusion,and to external healing trigger.Then we introduce all the important parts of electrochemical energy storage devices,which could be replaced by healable gels to enhance the durability,including electrodes,binders,and electrolytes.Finally,the critical challenges and future perspectives regarding the future development of healable gels based high-performance electrochemical energy storage devices or electronics are provided. | Yang Li PeiPei Ding Yuzhe Gu Sheng Qian Yuncong Pang Lele Wang Jiayang Feng Baoguang Liu Qi Wan Ping Li Zhiwei Liu | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Pulmonary rehabilitation protocols in urgent lung transplantation patients显示文摘BACKGROUND:Prolonged invasive respiratory support and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in patients requiring urgent lung transplantation(ULTx)present signifi cant challenges to clinical practice due to severe underlying diseases and complex conditions.The aim of the study was to report the clinical outcomes of patients who received ULTx and followed the perioperative rehabilitation protocol implemented in a lung transplant center.METHODS:A retrospective analysis was conducted in ULTx patients who required preoperative invasive mechanical ventilation(IMV)and ECMO between January 2018 and January 2023.Data were retrieved from electronic medical records at our lung transplant center.RESULTS:Fourteen patients(mean age 57.43±10.97 years;12 males,2 females)underwent ULTx with bridging ECMO and IMV.The mean body mass index was 23.94±3.33 kg/m²,and the mean Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE)II score was 21.50±3.96.The Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002)scores were≥3.ULTx was performed after an 8.5-day waiting period(interquartile interval[IQR]5.0-26.5 d).Following the surgeries,the average lengths of ECMO and IMV were 1.0(IQR 1.0-2.0)d and 5.0(IQR 3.0-7.3)d,respectively.The total length of hospital stay was 60.1±30.8 d,with an average intensive care unit stay of 38.3±22.9 d and post-operative hospitalization stay of 45.8±26.1 d.Two patients died within 30 d after ULTx,with a 30-day survival rate of 85.71%.CONCLUSION:Patients receiving ULTx showed an acceptable short-term survival rate,validating the practicality and safety of the treatment protocols implemented in our center. | Fei Zeng Lingyun Cai Luyao Guo Meijuan Lan Jiangshuyuan Liang Peipei Gu | 2024 | World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,1: | 0 |
