| 1 | The clinicopathological and immuohistochemical analysis of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas:report of 9 cases显示文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical features,pathological characteristics and immunophenotype of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP).Methods:Nine surgically treated cases of SPTP were retrospectively reviewed.Hematoxylin and Eosin(HE) staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze all cases,and the general clinical data was collected.Results:Six patients were asymptomatic except for a palpable mass.Two patients complained of vague-epigastric pain.One patient appeared jaundice.The tumor was encapsulated and solid tissues alternately with cystic tissues.Histologically,the histological structure of solid portion was pseudopapillary with a fibrovascular core.Tumor cells were uniform and medium-sized which were arranged in sheets ets or nests or pseudopapillary patterns.Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that SPTP proved positive in vimentin(9/9 cases),AAT(9/9 cases),NSE(9/9 cases),ACT(7/9 cases),CK20(2/9 cases),CgA(1/9 cases),S-100(3/9cases),PR(4/9cases),Syn(3/9 cases) and CD56(5/9cases),negative in CEA and ER.Conclusion:SPTP is a tumor predominantly occurring in young women frequently without special symptoms.This tumor has various characteristical histological patterns with different immunophenotype. | Shaoqin Chen Shengquan Zou Qibao Dai Peisheng Huang Weihua Cai Hong Li | 2007 | Journal of Nanjing Medical University2007,21,6: | 2 |

| 4 | Electrohydrodynamic 3D printing of orderly carbon/nickel composite network as supercapacitor electrodes显示文摘Electrohydrodynamic(EHD)3D printing of ca rbon-based materials in the form of orderly networks can have various applications.In this work,microscale carbon/nickel(C-Ni)composite electrodes with controlled porosity have been utilized in electrochemical energy storage of supercapacitors.Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)was chosen as the basic material for its excellent carbonization performance and EHD printing property.Nickel nitrate(Ni(NO_(3))_(2))was incorporated to form Ni nanoparticles which can improve the conductivity and the capacitance performance of the electrode.Well-aligned PAN-Ni(NO_(3))_(2) composite structures have been fabricated and carbonized as C-Ni electrodes with the typical diameter of 9.2±2.1μm.The porosity of the as-prepared C-Ni electrode can be controlled during the EHD process.Electrochemical results show the C-Ni network electrode has achieved a 2.3 times higher areal specific capacitance and 1.7 times higher mass specific capacitance than those of a spin-coated electrode.As such,this process offers a facile and scalable strategy for the fabrication of orderly carbon-based conductive structures for various applications such as energy storage devices and printable electronics. | Bing Zhang Jiankang He Gaofeng Zheng Yuanyuan Huang Chaohung Wang Peisheng He Fanping Sui Lingchao Meng Liwei Lin | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,23: | 1 |
| 5 | Effective modification of MgO with surface transition metal oxides for NF_3 decomposition显示文摘NF3 decomposition over transition metal oxides coated MgO reagents in the absence of water is investigated. The results show that NF3 can be decomposed completely over pure MgO but the time of NF3 steady full conversion kept as short as 80 min, while the reactivities of coated MgO reagents were remarkably enhanced by transition metal oxides, for example the time of NF3 complete conversion over 12%Fe/MgO extended to 380 min. | 8 | Regulation of RNA methylation and immune infiltration patterns by m5C regulators in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘5-Methylcytosine(m5C)methylation contributes to the development and progression of various malignant tumors.This study aimed to explore the potential role of m5C methylation regulators(m5CMRs)in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).Methods:The transcription data of HNSCC samples were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)databases.Subsequently,the m5C patterns in HNSCC were evaluated based on 14 m5CMRs.Then,the m5Cscore was developed to quantify m5C patterns by using principal component analysis(PCA)algorithms.Two single-cell RNA sequencing datasets and various methods were employed to assess the prognostic value and sensitivity to immunotherapy.Finally,key prognostic m5CMRs were identified using univariate COX regression analysis,and their clinical significance was validated based on the Human Protein Atlas(HPA)database and by using immunohistochemistry.Results:Two distinct m5C clusters were identified.m5C cluster A is characterized by an immune-activated microenvironment and is associated with a favorable prognosis.Notable differences were observed in prognosis,immune infiltration,and immunotherapy response between the high-and low-m5Cscore groups.Patients in the high-m5Cscore group exhibited high TMB,which is correlated with poor prognosis.The m5Cscore of epithelial cells in HNSCC was higher than that in other cells.Key prognostic m5CMRs,including NSUN2,DNMT3B,ALKBH1,and Y-Box Binding Protein 1(YBX1),were associated with poor prognosis.Conclusion:Our research indicates that in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,the m5C modification profoundly affects the TME’s diversity and complexity,influencing prognosis and the success of immunotherapy.Targeting m5C regulatory elements may be a new method for enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy in HNSCC. | SHIDA HOU TIANJUN LAN YAOCHENG YANG PEISHENG LIANG XIN LIU JUNJIE WANG ZHIFENG CHEN RONGSHENG ZENG ZIJING HUANG | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,12: | 0 |
| 9 | Angiopoietins/Tie-2 expression and angiogenesis in stomach carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To explore angiopoietins (Ang-1, Ang-2)/Tie-2 expression and angiogenesis in stomach carcinomas. Methods: RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect angiopoietins/Tie- 2 mRNA and protein expression in stom- ach carcinomas and their adjacent normal mucosa. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted according to CD34 immunohisto- chemical staining. Results: There was positive expression of Angiopoietins/Tie-2 mRNA and protein in stomach carcinomas and their paired adjacent normal mucosa. It was found that correlation between Ang-1 protein, Tie-2 mRNA expression and MVD was negative (r=–0.440, r=–0.267; P<0.05), while the correlation between Ang-2 mRNA and its protein, Ang-2/Ang-1 protein ratio and MVD was positive (r=0.319, r=729, r=739; P<0.05). Moreover, MVD in groups with Ang-2 mRNA T/N ratio over 1.2 (the ratio of Ang-2 mRNA in stomach carcinoma to its adjacent normal mucosa) was higher than those with the ratio under 1.2. Conclusion: It was suggested that Ang-1 and Ang-2 antagonizes in the angiogenesis and the angiogenesis in tumor ultimately depended on Ang-2/Ang-1 ratio, once the expression of Ang-2 is higher than Ang-1 in some degree, the angiogenesis in tumors was promoted, otherwise oppositely.
