| 1 | Thermal performance of a 3D printed lattice-structure heat sink packaging phase change material显示文摘Thermal storage technology is becoming more and more significant with the increase of high-power equipment in space applications. In this paper,3 D printing technology and Phase Change Material(PCM)were combined into a Thermal Energy Storage(TES)system, which could fulfill the requirements of light weight and high thermal conductivity.A 3 D-printed lattice-structure TES plate with N-tetradecane as the PCM and aluminum alloy as the thermal conductivity enhancer was manufactured, and experimentally tested in a thermal vacuum chamber. In addition,a simplified simulation model of the lattice cell was established to clearly analyze the heat transfer process of the TES plate. The effects of initial temperature distribution and heat load gradient on the thermal storage performances were investigated experimentally and theoretically. The equivalent thermal conductivity of the 3 D-printed lattice-structure TES plate turns out to be 13 times of the pure PCM thanks to the aluminum skeleton. The heat transfer enhancement appears at the end of the phase change stage due to the sudden mixture of the PCM with different temperature. The simulation results agree well with the experimental data. The equivalent thermal conductivity obtained by the phase change simulations are a little higher than those of the experiments, which is mainly caused by the initial uneven temperature distribution in the tests.Additionally, the effects of non-uniform heat load and the presence of the PCM in the TES plate are studied. This work successfully validates the feasibility and effectiveness of 3 D printing technology and TES technology for the temperature control in space applications. | Yuandong GUO Huning YANG Guiping LIN Haichuan JIN Xiaobin SHEN Jiang HE Jianyin MIAO | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5: | 2 |
| 2 | Angiopoietins/Tie-2 expression and angiogenesis in stomach carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To explore angiopoietins (Ang-1, Ang-2)/Tie-2 expression and angiogenesis in stomach carcinomas. Methods: RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect angiopoietins/Tie- 2 mRNA and protein expression in stom- ach carcinomas and their adjacent normal mucosa. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted according to CD34 immunohisto- chemical staining. Results: There was positive expression of Angiopoietins/Tie-2 mRNA and protein in stomach carcinomas and their paired adjacent normal mucosa. It was found that correlation between Ang-1 protein, Tie-2 mRNA expression and MVD was negative (r=–0.440, r=–0.267; P<0.05), while the correlation between Ang-2 mRNA and its protein, Ang-2/Ang-1 protein ratio and MVD was positive (r=0.319, r=729, r=739; P<0.05). Moreover, MVD in groups with Ang-2 mRNA T/N ratio over 1.2 (the ratio of Ang-2 mRNA in stomach carcinoma to its adjacent normal mucosa) was higher than those with the ratio under 1.2. Conclusion: It was suggested that Ang-1 and Ang-2 antagonizes in the angiogenesis and the angiogenesis in tumor ultimately depended on Ang-2/Ang-1 ratio, once the expression of Ang-2 is higher than Ang-1 in some degree, the angiogenesis in tumors was promoted, otherwise oppositely. In other words, Ang-2 plays dominant role in the action of angiogenesis in tumors. | Zhenzhen Zhang Sheng Zhang Jianyin Lin Peisheng Huang Yupeng Chen | 2006 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2006,5,6: | 0 |
| 3 | Characteristics of implicit schemas in patients with major depressive disorder显示文摘Background Many psychotherapy theories emphasise the importance of self-schema and other-schema,but most previous studies focused on the explicit self-schema in major depressive disorder(MDD).However, the limited studies of implicit self-schema in MDD have shown inconsistencies in their findings.Furthermore, only a few studies have investigated the implicit other-schema,and the pathway illustrating how implicit schemas influence depression remains unclear.Aims The primary aim of our study was to explore the characteristics of implicit self-schema and otherschema in patients with MDD.We also examine the chain-mediating effect of attachment relationships and interpersonal trust. Methods The present study included 88 patients with MDD and 88 healthy controls(HCs).The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17,Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory—Revised Questionnaire,Trust Scale and the Extrinsic Affective Simon Task(EAST)were used to assess depressive symptoms, attachment relationships, interpersonal trust and implicit schemas, respectively.Paired sample t-test was used to compare the reaction time(RT)for positive and negative words within the two groups.Analysis of covariance was used to explore the difference between two groups from the perspective of implicit schemas and interpersonal patterns. The chain mediation model was verified by bootstrap.Results(1)For interpersonal patterns, patients with MDD scored significantly higher on attachment anxiety(F=82.150,p<0.001)and attachment avoidance(F=23.192,p<0.001)and scored significantly lower on the predictability(F=30.297,p<0.001),dependence(F=39.728,p<0.001)and faith(F=60.997,p<0.001)dimensions of interpersonal trust.(2)As for implicit schemas,no significant difference was found between the RT for positive self-words and negative self-words in patients with MDD(t=−1.056,p=0.294).However,the HC responded faster to positive self-words than negative self-words(t=−3.286,p=0.001).The RT for positive other-words and negative other-words were significantly different in both patients with MDD(t=2.943,p=0.004)and HCs(t=−2.482,p=0.015),with opposite directions. The EAST effect of other-schema in patients with MDD was significantly different from that in HCs(F=13.051,p<0.001).(3)For the total sample, the EAST effect of other-schema significantly correlated with attachment avoidance, interpersonal trust and depressive symptoms.Attachment avoidance and interpersonal trust were the chain mediators between the EAST effect of other-schema and depressive symptoms(95%CI:−0.090 to−0.008).However,no significant results were found for the EAST effect of other-schema when correlation and mediation analyses were performed for HCs and patients with MDD separately. Conclusions This study verified that patients with MDD have abnormal interpersonal patterns and negative implicit schemas. However,no mediating effect of attachment relationships and interpersonal trust was found. | Jiayu Yao Qingqing Lin Ziwei Zheng Shuangyi Chen Yuan Wang Wenhui Jiang Jianyin Qiu | 2022 | General Psychiatry2022,35,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Low glucose metabolite 3-phosphoglycerate switches PHGDH from serine synthesis to p53 activation to control cell fate显示文摘Glycolytic intermediary metabolites such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate can serve as signals, controlling metabolic states beyond energy metabolism. However, whether glycolytic metabolites also play a role in controlling cell fate remains unexplored. Here,we find that low levels of glycolytic metabolite 3-phosphoglycerate(3-PGA)can switch phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase(PHGDH)from cataplerosis serine synthesis to pro-apoptotic activation of p53.PHGDH is a p53-binding protein, and when unoccupied by 3-PGA interacts with the scaffold protein AXIN in complex with the kinase HIPK2,both of which are also p53-binding proteins. This leads to the formation of a multivalent p53-binding complex that allows HIPK2 to specifically phosphorylate p53-Ser46 and thereby promote apoptosis.Furthermore,we show that PHGDH mutants(R135W and V261M)that are constitutively bound to 3-PGA abolish p53 activation even under low glucose conditions, while the mutants(T57A and T78A)unable to bind 3-PGA cause constitutive p53 activation and apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells, even in the presence of high glucose. In vivo,PHGDH-T57A induces apoptosis and inhibits the growth of diethylnitrosamine-induced mouse HCC,whereas PHGDH-R135W prevents apoptosis and promotes HCC growth, and knockout of Trp53 abolishes these effects above.Importantly, caloric restriction that lowers whole-body glucose levels can impede HCC growth dependent on PHGDH.Together, these results unveil a mechanism by which glucose availability autonomously controls p53 activity, providing a new paradigm of cell fate control by metabolic substrate availability. | Yu-Qing Wu Chen-Song Zhang Jinye Xiong Dong-Qi Cai Chen-Zhe Wang Yu Wang Yan-Hui Liu Yu Wang Yiming Li Jian Wu Jianfeng Wu Bin Lan Xuefeng Wang Siwei Chen Xianglei Cao Xiaoyan Wei Hui-Hui Hu Huiling Guo Yaxin Yu Abdul Ghafoor Changchuan Xie Yaying Wu Zheni Xu Cixiong Zhang Mingxia Zhu Xi Huang Xiufeng Sun Shu-Yong Lin Hai-Long Piao Jianyin Zhou Sheng-Cai Lin | 2023 | Cell Research2023,33,11: | 0 |
