1小麦品质性状与干白面条品质参数关系的研究显示文摘选用品质差异较大的国内外小麦品种 (系 ) 10 4个在两点种植两年 ,研究干白面条品质与小麦籽粒品质性状间的关系 ,探讨优质面条小麦品种的品质指标。结果表明 ,面条品质是多个小麦品质性状综合作用的结果 ,不同小麦品质性状对面条外观和质地作用的方向和程度不同 ,蛋白质质量 (面筋强度和延伸性 )和淀粉糊化特性对面条品质的影响较大 ,蛋白质质量对面条质地有较大的正向影响 ,对面条外观有一定程度的负向影响 ,淀粉糊化特性对面条外观和质地均有显著的正向作用 ,而蛋白质数量对面条品质的影响较小。面粉白度、沉降值、软化度和峰值粘度是影响面条品质的四个关键指标。籽粒硬度中等、面粉白度高、面筋强度较高、淀粉特性好的小麦品种适宜制作优质面条。优质面条小麦的具体品质指标为面粉白度≥ 75 ,面粉蛋白质含量 10 %~ 12 % ,湿面筋 2 8%~ 34 % ,沉降值≥ 40 m L,面团稳定时间≥ 8min,软化度≤ 75 B.U.,拉伸面积≥ 95 cm2 ,最大抗延阻力≥ 35 0 B.U.,淀粉糊化峰值粘度≥ 2 90 0 cp。刘建军 何中虎 赵振东 刘爱峰 宋建民 R J Pena 2002作物学报2002,28,6:109

7Effect of ketotifen fumarate on experimental autoimmune orchitis and torsion of the spermatic cord显示文摘The aim of this work was to study effects of ketotifen fumarate(KF)on prevention of tissue damage in testes of rats with experimental autoimmune orchitis(EAO)and on the contralateral testis in a model of prolonged testicular cord torsion(TCT).Rats with EAO or TCT were injected intraperitoneally once daily with KF or saline solution(vehicle group).Incidence and severity of testicular damage were evaluated by histopathology using an EAO score or a Johnsen score.Mast cells(MC)were identified by histochemistry and quantified.In EAO model,KF significantly reduced severity of histopathological testicular damage compared to rats in the vehicle group.KF also reduced the number of testicular MC compared to vehicle group.Similarly,in TCT model,multifocal damage of the contralateral testis was observed 30 days after testicular torsion characterized by sloughing of the germinal epithelium,seminiferous tubule atrophy,and interstitial edema.Focal signs of inflammation and fibrosis of seminiferous tubular walls were also observed.In contrast,sections of contralateral testis of rats injected with KF and killed 30 days after surgery showed normal histological features.A significant decrease in the number of MC was observed in rats treated with KF compared to untreated animals.In conclusion,we demonstrated that treatment with KF reduced testicular inflammatory process and MC infiltrates in both EAO and TCT models.The results suggest a promising treatment for infertile male patients with testicular pathologies associated with inflammation and germ cell loss.Diego Moreno Cristian M Sobarzo Livia Lustig Marcelo G Rodriguez Pena Vanesa Anabella Guazzone 2020Asian Journal of Andrology2020,22,1:3

13Acaricidal activity of Derris floribunda essential oil and its main constituent显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the acaricidal activity of the essential oil obtained from roots of Derris floribunda(D. floribunda)(Miq.) Benth, and its main constituent nerolidol against the Mexican mite Tetranychus mexicanus(T. mexicanus)(Mc Gregor).Methods: The essential oil from the roots of D. floribunda collected in the Amazon region(Brazil) was obtained by hydrodistillation. Its chemical composition was determined by GC–MS analysis. The acaricidal activities of this essential oil and nerolidol,were evaluated by recording the number of dead females(mortality) and eggs(fertility).Results: The essential oil showed sesquiterpenes as major volatile components. Nerolidol, the main component, represented 68.5% of the total composition of the essential oil. D. floribunda essential oil and nerolidol showed acaricidal activity, with LC_(50) of9.61 mg/m L air and 9.2 mg/m L air, respectively, over a 72 h period. In addition, both the essential oil and nerolidol significantly reduced the fecundity of T. mexicanus.Conclusions: Due to the economic importance of T. mexicanus and the lack of new pesticides, our data are very promising in the search for efficient and safer acaricidal products. 14National Forest Inventories capture the multifunctionality of managed forests in Germany显示文摘Background:Forests perform various important ecosystem functions that contribute to ecosystem services.In many parts of the world,forest management has shifted from a focus on timber production to multi-purpose forestry,combining timber production with the supply of other forest ecosystem services.However,it is unclear which forest types provide which ecosystem services and to what extent forests primarily managed for timber already supply multiple ecosystem services.Based on a comprehensive dataset collected across 150 forest plots in three regions differing in management intensity and species composition,we develop models to predict the potential supply of 13 ecosystem services.We use those models to assess the level of multifunctionality of managed forests at the national level using national forest inventory data.Results:Looking at the potential supply of ecosystem services,we found trade-offs(e.g.between both bark beetle control or dung decomposition and both productivity or soil carbon stocks)as well as synergies(e.g.for temperature regulation,carbon storage and culturally interesting plants)across the 53 most dominant forest types in Germany.No single forest type provided all ecosystem services equally.Some ecosystem services showed comparable levels across forest types(e.g.decomposition or richness of saprotrophs),while others varied strongly,depending on forest structural attributes(e.g.phosphorous availability or cover of edible plants)or tree species composition(e.g.potential nitrification activity).Variability in potential supply of ecosystem services was only to a lesser extent driven by environmental conditions.However,the geographic variation in ecosystem function supply across Germany was closely linked with the distribution of main tree species.Conclusions:Our results show that forest multifunctionality is limited to subsets of ecosystem services.The importance of tree species composition highlights that a lack of multifunctionality at the stand level can be compensated by managing forests at the landscape level,when stands of complementary forest types are combined.These results imply that multi-purpose forestry should be based on a variety of forest types requiring coordinated planning across larger spatial scales.Nadja K.Simons María R.Felipe-Lucia Peter Schall Christian Ammer Jürgen Bauhus Nico Blüthgen Steffen Boch François Buscot Markus Fischer Kezia Goldmann Martin M.Gossner Falk Hänsel Kirsten Jung Peter Manning Thomas Nauss Yvonne Oelmann Rodica Pena Andrea Polle Swen C.Renner Michael Schloter Ingo Schöning Ernst-Detlef Schulze Emily F.Solly Elisabeth Sorkau Barbara Stempfhuber Tesfaye Wubet Jörg Müller Sebastian Seibold Wolfgang W.Weisser 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,1:2

16Modelling marine DOC degradation time scales显示文摘INTRODUCTION Marine dissolved organic carbon (DOC) is formed of a large number of highly diverse molecules.Depending on the environmental conditions,a fraction of these molecules may become progressively resistant to bacterial degradation and accumulate in the ocean for extended time scales.This longlived DOC (the so-called recalcitrant DOC,RDOC)is thought to play animportant role in the global carbon cycle by sequestering carbon into the ocean interior and potentially affecting the climate.Despite this,RDOC formation is underrepresented in climate models.
