1Virtual 5G Network Embedding in a Heterogeneous and Multi-Domain Network Infrastructure显示文摘The pursuit of the higher performance mobile communications forces the emergence of the fifth generation mobile communication(5G). 5G network, integrating wireless and wired domain, can be qualified for the complex virtual network work oriented to the cross-domain requirement. In this paper, we focus on the multi-domain virtual network embedding in a heterogeneous 5G network infrastructure, which facilitates the resource sharing for diverse-function demands from fixed/mobile end users. We proposed the mathematical ILP model for this problem.And based on the layered-substrate-resource auxiliary graph and an effective six-quadrant service-type-judgment method, 5G embedding demands can be classified accurately to match different user access densities. A collection of novel heuristic algorithms of virtual 5G network embedding are proposed. 2Abrogation of USP7 is an alternative strategy to downregulate PD-L1 and sensitize gastric cancer cells to T cells killing显示文摘Targeting immune checkpoints such as programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)have been approved for treating melanoma,gastric cancer(GC)and bladder cancer with clinical benefit.Nevertheless,many patients failed to respond to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment,so it is necessary to seek an alternative strategy for traditional PD-1/PD-L1 targeting immunotherapy.Here with the data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and our in-house tissue library,PD-L1 expression was found to be positively correlated with the expression of ubiquitin-specific processing protease 7(USP7)in GC.Furthermore,USP7 directly interacted with PD-L1 in order to stabilize it,Gastric cancer;Immunosuppression;Cancer biologywhile abrogation of USP7 attenuated PD-L1/PD-1 interaction and sensitized cancer cells to T cell killing in vitro and in vivo.Besides,USP7 inhibitor suppressed GC cells proliferation by stabilizing P53 in vitro and in vivo.Collectively,our findings indicate that in addition to inhibiting cancer cells proliferation,USP7 inhibitor can also downregulate PD-L1 expression to enhance anti-tumor immune response simultaneously.Hence,these data posit USP7 inhibitor as an anti-proliferation agent as well as a novel therapeutic agent in PD-L1/PD-1 blockade strategy that can promote the immune response of the tumor.Zhiru Wang Wenting Kang Ouwen Li Fengyu Qi Junwei Wang Yinghua You Pengxing He Zhenhe Suo Yichao Zheng Hong-Min Liu 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,3:5

4Designs of low insertion loss optical router and reliable routing for 3D optical network-on-chip显示文摘Three-Dimensional Optical Network-on-Chip(3D ONoC) has recently emerged as a high-performance on-chip communication solution; however, owing to the intrinsic characteristics of photonic devices in existing 3D ONoC, the insertion loss caused by undesirable coupling among optical signals degrades network performance. Considering manufacturing defects and unpredictable noise sources that cause the failure of Optical Routers(ORs) in 3D ONoC, previous work simply abandoned the disabled OR when computing the restore path.In this paper, we propose a new OR structure that reduces insertion loss, and we present the design of a novel adaptive routing algorithm, FTRA-BL, based on the new OR structure with bidirectional waveguides, without abandoning any disabled ORs. Our FTRA-BL selects the normal waveguide in the disabled OR as the backup link so that the best macroscopic restore path can be guaranteed. 5Designs of 3D Mesh and Torus Optical Network-on-Chips:Topology,Optical Router and Routing Module显示文摘As a nanometer-level interconnection,the Optical Network-on-Chip(ONoC)was proposed since it was typically characterized by low latency,high bandwidth and power efficiency. Compared with a 2-Dimensional(2D)design,the 3D integration has the higher packing density and the shorter wire length. Therefore,the 3D ONoC will have the great potential in the future. In this paper,we first discuss the existing ONoC researches,and then design mesh and torus ONoCs from the perspectives of topology,router,and routing module,with the help of 3D integration. A simulation platform is established by using OPNET to compare the performance of 2D and 3D ONoCs in terms of average delay and packet loss rate. The performance comparison between 3D mesh and 3D torus ONoCs is also conducted. The simulation results demonstrate that 3D integration has the advantage of reducing average delay and packet loss rate,and 3D torus ONoC has the better performance compared with 3D mesh solution. 7Numerical analysis and experimental investigation of modalproperties for the gearbox in wind turbine显示文摘Wind turbine gearbox (WTG), which functionsas an accelerator, ensures theof wind turbine systems.performance and service lifeThis paper examines thedistinctive modal properties of WTGs through finiteelement (FE) and experimental modal analyses. Thestudy is performed in two parts. First, a whole systemmodel is developed to investigate the first 10 modalfrequencies and mode shapes of WTG using flexible multi-body modeling techniques. Given the complex structureand operating conditions of WTG, this study applies springelements to the model and quantifies how the beatings andgear pair interactions affect the dynamic characteristics ofWTGs. Second, the FE modal results are validated throughexperimental modal analyses of a 1.5 WM WTG using thefrequency response function method of single pointexcitation and multi-point response. 8DISTRIBUTED MONITORING SYSTEM RELIABILITY ESTIMATION WITH CONSIDERATION OF STATISTICAL UNCERTAINTY显示文摘Taking into account the whole system structure and the component reliability estimation uncertainty, a system reliability estimation method based on probability and statistical theory for distributed monitoring systems is presented. The variance and confidence intervals of the system reliability estimation are obtained by expressing system reliability as a linear sum of products of higher order moments of component reliability estimates when the number of component or system survivals obeys binomial distribution. The eigenfunction of binomial distribution is used to determine the moments of component reliability estimates, and a symbolic matrix which can facilitate the search of explicit system reliability estimates is proposed.
