1Synthesis, characteristics of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite for xylene isomerization probe reaction显示文摘Introduced a method of synthesizing hierarchical EU-1 zeolite with organosilanes as additive, and studied the influences of following different kinds of organosilanes on the synthesis of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite: γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane(GPTMS), N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxyl silane(APAEDMS),and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl dimethoxyl(ethyoxyl) silane(TMPED). The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. 2Scalable and fast fabrication of graphene integrated micro-supercapacitors with remarkable volumetric capacitance and flexibility through continuous centrifugal coating显示文摘Microscale electrochemical energy storage devices,e.g., micro-supercapacitors(MSCs),possessing tailored performance and diversified form factors of lightweight,miniaturization,flexibility and exceptional integration are highly necessary for the smart power sources-unitized electronics.Despite the great progress,the fabrication of MSCs combining high integration with high volumetric performance remains largely unsolved.Herein,we develop a simple,fast and scalable strategy to fabricate graphene based highly integrated MSCs by a new effective continuous centrifugal coating technique.Notably,the resulting highly conductive graphene films can act as not only patterned microelectrodes but also metal-free current collectors and interconnects,endowing modular MSCs with high integrity,remarkable flexibility,tailored voltage and capacitance output,and outstanding performance uniformity.More importantly,the strong centrifugal force and shear force generated in continuous centrifugal coating process lead to graphene films with high alignment,compactness and packing density,contributing to excellent volumetric capacitance of ~31.8 F cm^(-3) and volumetric energy density of ~2.8 mWh cm^(-3),exceeding most reported integrated MSCs.Therefore,our work paves a novel way for simple and scalable fabrication of integrated MSCs and offers promising opportunities as standalone microscale power sources for new-generation electronics.Xiaoyu Shi Lijun Tian Sen Wang Pengchao Wen Ming Su Han Xiao Pratteek Das Feng Zhou Zhaoping Liu Chenglin Sun Zhong-Shuai Wu Xinhe Bao 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3
3High-pressure phases of Weyl semimetals NbP, NbAs, TaP,and TaAs显示文摘In this study, we used the crystal structure search method and first-principles calculations to systematically explore the highpressure phase diagrams of the TaAs family(NbP, NbAs, TaP, and TaAs). Our calculation results show that NbAs and TaAs have similar phase diagrams, the same structural phase transition sequence I4_1 md→P6 m2→P2_1/c→Pm3 m, and slightly different transition pressures. The phase transition sequence of NbP and TaP differs somewhat from that of NbAs and TaAs, in which new structures emerge, such as the Cmcm structure in NbP and the Pmmn structure in TaP. 4Multi-functional vesicles improve Helicobacter pylori eradication by a comprehensive strategy based on complex pathological microenvironment显示文摘Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),creating a global infection rate over 50%,presents great challenges in clinical therapies due to its complex pathological microenvironment in vivo.To improve the eradication efficacy,herein we fabricated a pharmaceutical vesicle RHL/Cl-Ch-cal where cholesterol-PEG,calcitriol and first-line antibiotic clarithromycin were co-loaded in the rhamnolipid-composed outer lipid layer.RHL/Cl-Ch-cal could quickly penetrate through gastric mucus layer to reach H.pylori infection sites,and then effectively destroyed the architecture of H.pylori biofilms,killed dispersed H.pylori and inhibited the re-adhesion of residual bacteria(called biofilms eradication tetralogy).Moreover,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal activated the host immune response to H.pylori by replenishing cholesterol to repair lipid raft on the cell membrane of host epithelial cells.Finally,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal killed the intracellular H.pylori through recovering the lysosomal acidification and assisting degradation.In experiments,RHL/Cl-Ch-cal demonstrated prominent anti-H.pylori efficacy in the classical H.pylori-infected mice model.Therefore,the study provides a“comprehensive attack”strategy for anti-H.pylori therapies including biofilms eradication tetralogy,immune activation and intracellular bacteria killing.Xiaonan Chen Yiqing Zou Shuqi Zhang Pengchao Fang Shuxuan Li Pengyu Li Yingying Sun Gang Yuan Haiyan Hu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,9:2
5Composite topological nodal lines penetrating the Brillouin zone in orthorhombic AgF_(2)显示文摘It has recently been found that nonsymmorphic symmetries can bring many exotic band crossings.Here,based on symmetry analysis,we predict that materials with time-reversal symmetry in the space group of Pbca(No.61)possess rich symmetry-enforced band crossings,including nodal surfaces,fourfold degenerate nodal lines and hourglass Dirac loops,which appear in triplets as ensured by the cyclic permutation symmetry.We take Pbca AgF_(2) as an example in real systems and studied its band structures with ab initio calculations.Specifically,in the absence of spin-orbit coupling(SOC),besides the above-mentioned band degeneracies,this system features a nodal chain and a nodal armillary sphere penetrating the Brillouin zone(BZ).While with SOC,we find a new configuration of the hourglass Dirac loop/chain with the feature traversing the BZ,which originates from the splitting of a Dirac loop confined in the BZ.Furthermore,guided by the bulk-surface correspondence,we calculated the surface states to explore these bulk nodal phenomena.The evolution of these interesting nodal phenomena traversing the BZ under two specific uniaxial strains is also discussed.Dexi Shao Huaiqiang Wang Tong Chen Pengchao Lu Qinyan Gu Li Sheng Dingyu Xing Jian Sun 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:0

7Review on corrosion resistance properties of Inconel 718 alloy used in the oil and gas industry显示文摘This paper summarizes the corrosion behavior of Inconel 718 alloy,which is used in the oil and gas fields,including its uniform corrosion,pitting,intergranular corrosion,galvanic corrosion,stress corrosion,and hydrogen embrittlement. It also analyzes the main reasons for the good corrosion resistance of Inconel 718 alloy.This paper focuses on the effects of the heat-treatment process on corrosive behavior and provides guidelines for reasonable heat treatments in security service environments. 8Facile synthesis of high-entropy zirconate nanopowders and their sintering behaviors显示文摘The challenge in synthesizing high-entropy ceramic(HEC)nanopowders is to suppress severe grain coarsening and particle agglomeration,which occur at elevated temperatures.This challenge could be addressed by the polyacrylamide gel method.In this work,single-phase high-entropy(Lao.2Ndo.2Smo.2Gdo.2 Ybo.2)2Zr2O7 and(Lao.2Ndo.2Yo.2Euo.2Gdo.2)2Zr2O7 nanopowders without agglomeration were successfully synthesized using the polyacrylamide gel method for the first time.The results showed that phase composition,particle size,and agglomeration degree of the nanopowders were greatly influenced by the molar ratio of acrylamide(AM)/Zr and calcination temperature.These as-synthesized high-entropy zirconate(HEZ)nanopowders could be sintered into fully dense ceramics at 1500 C for 2 h.These HEZ nanopowders showed a phase transformation from a defect-fluorite phase to a pyrochlore phase with the increase of sintering temperature.Additionally,two-step sintering of these nanopowders was conducted,and the HEZ ceramics with fine grains were prepared.The polyacrylamide gel method is simple and easily operated,which is a facile approach of producing the HEC nanopowders with excellent sinterability.Lin Tan Xinghua Su Jingxin Yang Pengchao Ji Fu Sun Qiang Tian Zhenhuan Zhao 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,3:0
9Modification and sequential treatment of EU-1 zeolite in mild alkali and alkaline-acid conditions显示文摘EU-1 zeolites were sequentially treated with low-concentration sodium carbonate(Na_2CO_3) and hydrochloric acid(HCl) solutions.The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),N_2 adsorption/desorption,temperature programmed desorption of NH_3(NH_3-TPD),solid state^(27)A1 nuclear magnetic resonance(^(27)A1 NMR),and the catalytic performances of the treated samples were tested in the xylene isomerization reaction.The results showed that the external surface area and mesoporous volume of the sample sequentially treated with 0.05 mol·L^(-1) Na_2CO_3 and 0.1 mol·L^(-1) HCl solutions reached73.9 m^2·g^(-1) and 0.162 cm^3·g^(-1),respectively.The catalytic performances of EU-1 zeolites were significantly improved,that the activity of the probe reaction increased from 23.03%to 23.61%and the selectivity increased from85.09%to 87.14%compared with those of parent sample.Furthermore,it was found that only amorphous silica and alumina species was dissolved during the post-treatment process,but the framework structure and the acidic properties of EU-1 zeolite remained intact.Xiaofeng Li Xiaotao Sun Yanting Zhang Junliang Zhang Pengchao Ren Xiaozhen Liu Tao Dou 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,12:0
10锂氧电池中基于自支撑Ag/δ-MnO_(2)纳米花正极的可逆LiOH化学显示文摘因放电产物对有机电解液具有高攻击性,使得锂-氧电池能量效率低和循环稳定性差的问题一直限制着其实际应用.与典型放电产物过氧化锂相比,氢氧化锂(LiOH)具有更好的化学和电化学稳定性.本文通过在碳纸上原位生长嵌有纳米银的花状二氧化锰作为锂-氧电池的正极(Ag/δ-MnO_(2)@CP),并证明了它能催化LiOH的可逆生成和分解.原位拉曼测试和理论计算表明Ag/δ-MnO_(2)催化放电中间体LiO2*与水分子解离的H+反应最终生成LiOH.以Ag/δ-MnO_(2)@CP为正极的锂-氧电池在潮湿氧气环境下表现出更高的比容量和放电平台.在电流密度为200 mA g^(−1)时,锂-氧电池的过电位仅为0.5 V,在500 mA h g^(−1)的限制比容量下可循环867圈.该工作为研究固相催化剂在锂-氧电池中的作用提供了新的思路,并将促进基于LiOH放电产物的锂-氧电池的实际应用.Linna Dai Qing Sun Yuqing Yao Huanhuan Guo Xiangkun Nie Jianwei Li Pengchao Si Jingyu Lu Deping Li Lijie Ci 2022Science China Materials2022,65,6:0
11Unveiling the charge density wave inhomogeneity and pseudogap state in 1T-TiSe_2显示文摘By using scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)/spectroscopy(STS), we systematically characterize the electronic structure of lightly doped 1 T-TiSe_2, and demonstrate the existence of the electronic inhomogeneity and the pseudogap state. It is found that the intercalation induced lattice distortion impacts the local band structure and reduce the size of the charge density wave(CDW) gap with the persisted 2 × 2 spatial modulation. On the other hand, the delocalized doping electrons promote the formation of pseudogap. Domination by either of the two effects results in the separation of two characteristic regions in real space, exhibiting rather different electronic structures. Further doping electrons to the surface confirms that the pseudogap may be the precursor for the superconducting gap.
