1Promotion of spinosad biosynthesis by chromosomal integration of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene in Saccharopolyspora spinosa显示文摘To promote spinosad biosynthesis by improving the limited oxygen supply during high-density fermentation of Saccharopolyspora spinosa, the open reading frame of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene was placed under the control of the promoter for the erythromycin resistance gene by splicing using overlapping extension PCR. This was cloned into the integrating vector pSET152, yielding the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene expression plasmid pSET152EVHB. This was then introduced into S. spinosa SP06081 by conjugal transfer, and integrated into the chromosome by site-specific recombination at the integration site ΦC31 on pSET152EVHB. The resultant conjugant, S. spinosa S078-1101, was genetically stable. The integration was further confirmed by PCR and Southern blotting analysis. A carbon monoxide differential spectrum assay showed that active Vitreoscilla hemoglobin was successfully expressed in S. spinosa S078-1101. Fermentation results revealed that expression of the Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene significantly promoted spinosad biosynthesis under normal oxygen and moderately oxygen-limiting conditions (P<0.01). 2Orientation dependent behavior of tensile-creep deformation of hot rolled Ti65 titanium alloy sheet显示文摘The mill products like sheet always have one or more severe textures inevitably,and its effect on mechanical properties is not a negligible issue.The orientation dependent tensile-creep behavior induced by rolling texture of Ti65 titanium alloy sheet has been systematically investigated at 650℃.There are some anisotropic characteristics between TD and RD of Ti65 sheet.The UTS and TYS of TD are higher than RD at 650℃.Besides,the creep endurance time of TD(172.6–174.5 h)is about three times longer than RD(55.6–65.1 h)at 650℃and 240 MPa.Moreover,the grains are inclined to form Texture III■after creep along with TD,but to form Texture I■after creep along with RD.Finally,the crack initiation site is different during creep in TD and RD.The reason for anisotropic properties of tensile and creep has been summarized in two aspects:(i)the change of the SFs(Schmid factors)value between TD and RD;(ii)the difference of creep mechanism between TD(grain boundary sliding)and RD(dislocation slip).Anisotropy of Ti65 sheet should be fully considered to increase structural efficiency in the engineering design and application.Zhixin Zhang Jiangkun Fan Ruifeng Li Hongchao Kou Zhiyong Chen Qingjiang Wang Hailong Zhang Jian Wang Qi Gao Jinshan Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16:7
3Surface defect ordered Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4) solar cells with efficiency over 12% via manipulating local substitution显示文摘The environmentally friendly Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe) compounds are promising direct bandgap materials for application in thin film solar cells, but the spontaneous surface defects disordering would lead to large open-circuit voltage deficit(V_(oc,deficit)) and significantly limit kesterite photovoltaics performance,primarily arising from the generated more recombination centers and insufficient p to n conversion at p-n junction. Herein, we establish a surface defects ordering structure in CZTSSe system via local substitution of Cu by Ag to suppress disordered Cu_(Zn) defects and generate benign n-type Zn_(Ag) donors. Taking advantage of the decreased annealing temperature of Ag F post deposition treatment(PDT), the high concentration of Ag incorporated into surface absorber facilitates the formation of surface ordered defect environment similar to that of efficient CIGS PV. The manipulation of highly doped surface structure could effectively reduce recombination centers, increase depletion region width and enlarge the band bending near p-n junction. As a result, the Ag F-PDT device finally achieves maximum efficiency of 12.34% with enhanced V_(oc) of 0.496 V. 5Adjusting the SnZn defects in Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4) absorber layer via Ge^(4+) implanting for efficient kesterite solar cells显示文摘The development of kesterite photovoltaic solar cells has been hindered by large open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))deficit.Recently,Snzn deep point defect and associative defect cluster have been recognized as the main culprit for the Voc losses.Therefore,manipulating the deep-level donor of Snzn antisite defects is crucial for breaking through the bottleneck of present Cu_(2) ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe)photovoltaic technology.In this study,the Snzn deep traps in CZTSSe absorber layer are suppressed by incorporation of Ge.The energy levels and concentration of Snzn defects measured by deep-level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)decrease significantly.In addition,the grain growth of CZTSSe films is also promoted due to Ge implantation,yielding the high quality absorber layer.Consequently,the efficiency of CZTSSe solar cells increases from 9.15%to 11.48%,largely attributed to the 41 mV Voc increment.Yueqing Deng Zhengji Zhou Xin Zhang Lei Cao Wenhui Zhou Dongxing Kou Yafang Qi Shengjie Yuan Zhi Zheng Sixin Wu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:4
6Novel cytotoxic steroidal glycosides from the roots of Liriope muscari显示文摘The present study was designed to investigate the chemical constituents and bioactivities of the roots of Liriope muscari(Decne.) L.H. Bailey. The compounds were isolated through various chromatography techniques, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated by infrared(IR), mass spectrometric(MS), 1D- and 2D-NMR analyses in comparison with reference data. In addition, the cytotoxicity of these compounds against human breast cancer MDA-MB-435 cells was evaluated by the MTT assay. Two new steroidal glycosides, 25(R, S)-ruscogenin-1-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl(1→2)]-[ β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Liriopem I, 1) and 25(R, S)- ruscogenin-1-O-[β-D-fucopyranosyl(1→2)]-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-D-fucopyranoside(Liriopem II, 2) and two known compounds LM-S6(3) and DT-13(4) were isolated and identified. Liriopem I(1), liriopem II(2) and DT-13(4) showed remarkable cytotoxicity with IC50 values being(0.58 ± 0.08),(0.05 ± 0.10), and(0.15 ± 0.09) μg·m L-1, respectively. 7Amyloid precursor protein and growth-associated protein 43 expression in brain white matter and spinal cord tissues in a rat model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis显示文摘Studies have demonstrated that amyloid precursor protein(APP)expression increases in multiple sclerosis tissues during acutely and chronically active stages.To determine the relationship between axonal injury and regeneration in multiple sclerosis,an animal model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis was induced using different doses of myelin basic protein peptide.APP and growth-associated protein 43(GAP-43),which is considered a specific marker of neural regeneration,were assessed by western blot analysis.Expression of APP and GAP-43,as well as the correlation between these two proteins,in brain white matter and spinal cord tissues of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis rats at different pathological stages was analyzed.Results showed that APP and GAP-43 expression increased during the acute stage and decreased during remission,with a positive correlation between APP and GAP-43 expression in brain white matter and spinal cord tissues.These results suggest that APP and GAP-43 could provide nutritional and protective effects on damaged neurons.Yizhou Wang Shuang Kou Jingcheng Tang Ping Zhang Qiuxia Zhang Yan Liu Qi Zheng Hui Zhao Lei Wang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,2:3
8Report of epibenthic macrofauna found from Haima cold seeps and adjacent deep-sea habitats,South China Sea显示文摘This work reports on a preliminary taxonomic study of epibenthic macroinvertebrates collected or observed by underwater video at the Haima cold seeps and in adjacent deep-sea habitats,including a mud volcano feld and Ganquan Plateau,during an expedition in the South China Sea by the Chinese-manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi in May 2018.A total of 41 species belonging to 6 phyla were identifed,among which 34 species were collected from the Haima cold seeps.Mollusks and crustaceans that are specialized in reducing habitats were predominant in biotopes of the Haima cold seeps,whereas sponges and cold-water corals and their commensals were prominent in communities of the mud volcano feld and the slopes of Ganquan Plateau.The distribution and faunal composition of each taxonomic group are discussed.Dong Dong Xinzheng Li Mei Yang Lin Gong Yang Li Jixing Sui Zhibin Gan Qi Kou Ning Xiao Junlong Zhang 2021Marine Life Science & Technology2021,3,1:3

10Analysis of Measures and Effect on Reducing Olefin Content in Gasoline显示文摘This article refers to major measures for reducing olefin content of automotive gasoline and the effect after adoption of these measures. The key for reducing olefin content in China's automotive gasoline pool is to reduce the olefin content of FCC naphtha. The domestic refiners apply the olefinreducing catalyst to decrease the olefin content of FCC gasoline as a convenient and cheap means to meet the national standard for automotive gasoline at the present phase. Furthermore, the novel domestic FCC reaction processes, such as the MIP, MGD, FDFCC and other processes can also apparently reduce olefin content in FCC gasoline. 11Lithium-assisted synergistic engineering of charge transport both in GBs and GI for Ag-substituted Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 solar cells显示文摘Although silver(Ag) substitution offers several benefits in eliminating bulk defects and facilitating interface type inversion for Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe) photovoltaic(PV) technology, its further development is still hindered by the fairly low electrical conductivity due to the significant decrease of acceptors amount.In this work, a versatile Li–Ag co-doping strategy is demonstrated to mitigate the poor electrical conductivity arising from Ag through direct incorporating Li via postdeposition treatment(PDT) on top of the Ag-substituted CZTSSe absorber. Depth characterizations demonstrate that Li incorporation increases ptype carrier concentration, improves the carrier collection within the bulk, reduces the defects energy level as well as inverts the electric field polarity at grain boundaries(GBs) for Ag-substituted CZTSSe system. Benefiting from this lithium-assisted complex engineering of electrical performance both in grain interior(GI) and GBs, the power conversion efficiency(PCE) is finally increased from 9.21% to 10.29%. 15Effects of Shengmai Yin(生脉饮)on pulmonary and cardiac function in coronavirus disease 2019 convalescent patients with cardiopulmonary symptoms:a randomized,double blind,multicenter control trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shengmai Yin(生脉饮,SMY)on visual analogue scale(VAS)for cardiopulmonary symptoms in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)convalescent patients.METHODS:In this randomized,double blind and multicenter controlled trial,a total of 200 COVID-19 convalescent patients who with cardiopulmonary symptoms were enrolled from three medical centers in Hubei,China.These patients were randomized divided into trial group and the control group,100 patients in each one,SMY and its placebo were applied to respectively,for two weeks.VAS of clinical symptoms included shortness of breath,hidrosis,chest distress,palpitation,and dry cough was performed at 0,1,2 weeks.Decrease in VAS of 30%or more was defined as effective,and a reduction in VAS of 0 was defined as curative.RESULTS:A total of 192 completed the study.The VAS of TCM symptoms showed there was no difference in baseline between the two groups.The VAS in both groups was down-regulated,and there was no significant difference in VAS and cure rates at the first and second week between the two groups.There was no significant difference in breath,hidrosis,palpitation,and dry cough between the two groups but SMY treatment for two weeks has remarkable therapeutic effects in chest distress than placebo.CONCLUSIONS:SMY could effectively ameliorate the symptoms of chest distress,and improve the quality of life of the COVID-19 convalescent patients.AN Xuedong MAO Lina XIA Ping SU Wen WANG Beibei KOU Leiya ZHANG Zequan QI Meng HU Song CHEN Jing LI Xiujuan LIU Jinwei ZHOU Juan QIAO Jie LUO Dan LUO Guangwei YAN Youqin YANG Guiping DONG Dandan ZHOU Wei TAO Junxiu JIN De TONG Xiaolin WEI Li 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:1

20Enzyme-Induced Carbonate Precipitation for the Protection of Earthen Dikes and Embankments Under Surface Runoff: Laboratory Investigations显示文摘Earthen structures such as shore protection dikes and river embankments easily suffer from erosion under surface water runoff.This study made experimental efforts to explore the enzyme-induced carbonate precipitation(EICP)method for slope erosion control under surface runoff for earthen structures.The sandy soils were treated by the EICP method for various rounds.Surface characteristics were evaluated by the surface penetration resistance,calcium carbonate content,and surface hard crust thickness of EICP-treated soils.Slope runoff erosion experiments were carried out to evaluate the erosion control performances of the EICP treatment.The surface penetration resistance,calcium carbonate content,and surface hard crust thickness were found to significantly increase with the treatment rounds.In the erosion experiments,it was observed that the level of damages decreased and the water flow volume required to trigger the damage increased with more treatments.The increase in the soil slope angle led to more serious surface damages.The amount and rate that the soil particles were eroded from the slope surfaces declined with more EICP treatments,which was consistent with those of visual observations.The preliminary investigations presented in this study have shown the potential of the EICP method for slope erosion control under surface runoff for earthen structures.HE Jia FANG Changhang MAO Xunyu QI Yongshuai ZHOU Yundong KOU Hailei XIAO Liang 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2:0
