| 1 | Interleukin-33 drives hepatic fibrosis through activation of hepatic stellate cells显示文摘Liver fibrosis is a consequence of chronic liver disease,causing morbidity and mortality.Interleukin-33(IL-33)is a critical mediator of inflammation,which may be involved in the development of liver fibrosis.Here,we investigated the role of IL-33 in human patients and experimental bile-duct ligation(BDL)-induced fibrosis in mice.We report increased hepatic IL-33 expression in the murine BDL model of fibrosis and in surgical samples obtained from patients with liver fibrosis.Liver injury,inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis were reduced in the absence of the IL-33/ST2 receptor,and the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)was decreased in ST2-deficient mice.Recombinant IL-33 activated HSCs isolated from C57BL/6 mice,leading to the expression of IL-6,TGF-β,α-SMA and collagen,which was abrogated in the absence of ST2 or by pharmacological inhibition of MAPK signaling.Finally,administration of recombinant IL-33 significantly increased hepatic inflammation in sham-operated BL6 mice but did not enhance BDL-induced hepatic inflammation and fibrosis.In conclusion,BDL-induced liver inflammation and fibrosis are dependent on ST2 signaling in HSCs,and therefore,the IL-33/ST2 pathway may be a potential therapeutic target in human patients with chronic hepatitis and liver fibrosis. | Zhongming Tan Qianghui Liu Runqiu Jiang Long Lv Siamak S Shoto Isabelle Maillet Valerie Quesniaux Junwei Tang Wenjie Zhang Beicheng Sun Bernhard Ryffel | 2018 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,4: | 24 |
| 2 | Optimization of Wind Farm Collection Line Structure under Symmetrical Grid Fault显示文摘A power-transmission collection line is connected to each wind turbine of a wind farm and then connected to the incoming switchgear at the low-voltage side of the booster station at a certain distance.Therefore,the grouping of the wind turbines in the wind farm determines the layout of the lines and affects the line impedance.The line structure and composition of the wind farm are analyzed,and the relationship between the impedance of the collection line and reactive power generated by the wind turbine at low-voltage ride through is derived.We conclude that the smaller the equivalent impedance of the wind farm collection line structure is,the greater the reactive power at the wind farm collection line point is.In addition,the economic aspect of the collection line needs to be considered in the design.The economic aspect and impedance values have contrasting characteristics.Therefore,according to the condition of minimum impedance and optimized economic aspect,an optimization model of a wind-farm collector-circuit structure is proposed.The optimal structure of the wind farm collector circuit is calculated using the Monte Carlo method,and the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation. | Huan Jin Xueyi Zhang Yang Zhang Qianghui Xiao Juan Li Ya Liu | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2019,5,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Weighted spectral correlation angle target detection method for land‑based hyperspectral imaging显示文摘In land-based spectral imaging,the spectra of ground objects are inevitably afected by the imaging conditions(weather conditions,atmospheric conditions,light conditions,zenith and azimuth angle conditions)and spatial distribution of targets,leading to uncertainties featured by“same object diferent spectrum”.That is,the spectrum of a ground object may change within a certain range under diferent imaging conditions.Traditional target detection(TD)methods are mainly based on similarity measurements and do not fully account for the spectral uncertainties.These detection methods are prone to false detections or missed detections.Therefore,reducing the impact of spectral uncertainties on TD is an important research topic in hyperspectral imaging.In this paper,we frst review traditional TD methods and compare their principles and characteristics.It is found that the spectral correlation angle(SCA)method has good adaptability in land-based imaging.The shortcoming of the SCA method that it cannot refect the local spectrum characteristics,is also analyzed.As the efect of spectral uncertainties cannot be completely overcome by the SCA method,a new similarity measurement method,the weighted spectral correlation angle(WSCA)method,is proposed.It can reduce the infuence of spectral uncertainties on TD by increasing the weight of particular bands.Finally,we use two sets of experiments to analyze the efect of the WSCA method on TD.Its performance in overcoming spectral uncertainties caused by variations in imaging conditions or uneven spatial distributions of targets is tested.The results show that the WSCA method can efectively reduce the infuence of spectral uncertainties and obtain a good detection result. | Qianghui Wang Bing Zhou Wenshen Hua Jiaju Ying Xun Liu Yue Cheng | 2023 | Frontiers of Optoelectronics2023,16,4: | 0 |
