| 1 | Joint Task Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and UAV Trajectory under Clustering for FANETs显示文摘This paper establishes a new layered flying ad hoc networks(FANETs) system of mobile edge computing(MEC) supported by multiple UAVs,where the first layer of user UAVs can perform tasks such as area coverage, and the second layer of MEC UAVs are deployed as flying MEC sever for user UAVs with computing-intensive tasks. In this system, we first divide the user UAVs into multiple clusters, and transmit the tasks of the cluster members(CMs) within a cluster to its cluster head(CH). Then, we need to determine whether each CH’ tasks are executed locally or offloaded to one of the MEC UAVs for remote execution(i.e., task scheduling), and how much resources should be allocated to each CH(i.e., resource allocation), as well as the trajectories of all MEC UAVs.We formulate an optimization problem with the aim of minimizing the overall energy consumption of all user UAVs, under the constraints of task completion deadline and computing resource, which is a mixed integer non-convex problem and hard to solve. We propose an iterative algorithm by applying block coordinate descent methods. To be specific, the task scheduling between CH UAVs and MEC UAVs, computing resource allocation, and MEC UAV trajectory are alternately optimized in each iteration. For the joint task scheduling and computing resource allocation subproblem and MEC UAV trajectory subproblem, we employ branch and bound method and continuous convex approximation technique to solve them,respectively. | 2 | The antigenicity of SARS-CoV-2 Delta variants aggregated 10 high-frequency mutations in RBD has not changed sufficiently to replace the current vaccine strain显示文摘Emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants are the most serious problem for COVID-19 prophylaxis and treatment.To determine whether the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine strain should be updated following variant emergence like seasonal flu vaccine,the changed degree on antigenicity of SARS-CoV-2 variants and H3N2 flu vaccine strains was compared.The neutralization activities of Alpha,Beta and Gamma variants’spike protein-immunized sera were analysed against the eight current epidemic variants and 20 possible variants combining the top 10 prevalent RBD mutations based on the Delta variant,which were constructed using pseudotyped viruses.Meanwhile,the neutralization activities of convalescent sera and current inactivated and recombinant protein vaccine-elicited sera were also examined against all possible Delta variants.Eight HA protein-expressing DNAs elicited-animal sera were also tested against eight pseudotyped viruses of H3N2 flu vaccine strains from 2011–2019.Our results indicate that the antigenicity changes of possible Delta variants were mostly within four folds,whereas the antigenicity changes among different H3N2 vaccine strains were approximately 10–100-fold.Structural analysis of the antigenic characterization of the SARS-CoV-2 and H3N2 mutations supports the neutralization results.This study indicates that the antigenicity changes of the current SARS-CoV-2 may not be sufficient to require replacement of the current vaccine strain. | Jiajing Wu Jianhui Nie Li Zhang Hao Song Yimeng An Ziteng Liang Jing Yang Ruxia Ding Shuo Liu Qianqian Li Tao Li Zhimin Cui Mengyi Zhang Peng He Youchun Wang Xiaowang Qu Zhongyu Hu Qihui Wang Weijin Huang | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Outage-driven link selection for secure buffer-aided networks显示文摘In this paper, we investigate secure communication in a two-hop wireless network, where multiple buffer-aided relays assist to securely forward data from the sender to the destination threatened by a passive eavesdropper. To satisfy the security and delay requirements, we propose a novel link selection policy without the instantaneous wiretap channel state information. Different from the most current link selection policies,the proposed link selection policy is designed by joint considering the link secrecy outage probability and the buffer states. To evaluate the secrecy performance, we first characterize the system state transition matrix and the stationary state probability, and then derive the closed-form expressions for the secrecy outage probability and the secrecy rate. Moreover, we formulate a framework based on the queuing theory to analyze the end-to-end information delay at the source, the relays, and the queues, and derive the closed-form expression for the information delay.
