| 2 | Extraction of penicillin G by aqueous two-phase system of [Bmim]BF_(4)/NaH_(2)PO_(4)显示文摘A novel approach for the extraction of penicil-lin G by aqueous two-phase system comprised of hydrophilic ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 (1-butyl-3- methylimidazolium tetra-fluoroborate) and NaH2PO4 is reported. The effects of some important parameters involving the concentration of NaH2PO4, the concentration of penicillin G, the amount of [Bmim]BF4 on the formation of aqueous two-phase system and the extraction yield of penicillin were investigated. | 4 | Out-of-step oscillation splitting criterion based on bus voltage frequency显示文摘Under the background of complicated interconnected network,the splitting criterion for accurately capturing the electrical center in real time is the prerequisite of power grid splitting.This paper studies the features of electric quantity in the electrical center in aspect of the instantaneous frequency,and proposes the out-of-step splitting criterion for power systems based on bus voltage frequency.Firstly,through the establishment and solution to the out-of-step model of the power grid,the analytical expression of the voltage frequency at any position is obtained in the out-of-step oscillation,and the voltage frequency features of electrical center and non-electrical center are analyzed in details.Then,this paper constructs the typical scene of migration of electrical center to study the change rules of voltage frequency.Finally,the splitting criterion based on bus voltage frequency is proposed as well as the instruction for use.This criterion is easy to be realized and can adapt to the migration of electrical center.Also it is free from the limits of power network structure and operational mode.Simulation results of CEPRI-36 system and interconnected network example of one actual region verify the accuracy and the effectiveness of the proposed criterion. | Fei TANG Jian YANG Qingfen LIAO Yifei WANG Jun JIA | 2015 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,3: | 3 |
| 5 | An Expert System in FRP Composite Material Design显示文摘An expert system prototype for fibre-reinforced plastic matrix (FRP) composite material design, ESFRP, has been developed. The system consists of seven main functional parts: a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases, a material properties algorithm base, an explanation engine, various data bases, several function models and the user interface. The ESFRP can simulate human experts to make design scheme for fibre-reinforced plastics design, FRP layered plates design and FRP typical engineering components design. It can also predict the material properties and make strength analysis according to the micro and macro mechanics of composite materials. | 6 | Role and mechanism of radiological protection cream in treating radiation dermatitis in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the role and mechanism of a radiation protection cream(Rp) in the treatment of radiation dermatitis, and to accumulate necessary technical information for a new drug report on Rp.METHODS: High-performance liquid chromatography was used to establish the method of measuring the main effective ingredients of sovereign and adjuvant herbs of Rp drugs, and to formulate the draft quality standards of Rp. A total of 48Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into the Model,Trolamine cream(Tc), Rp and Blank groups according to a random number table method.The skin of each rat's buttocks was irradiated using an electron linear accelerator to establish an acute radiation dermatitis model. The histological changes were observed under light microscopy and electron microscopy during wound healing and the effect of Rp on rat fibroblast Ku70/80 gene expression was detected at the transcriptional level.RESULTS: Pathological examination revealed that Rp protected the cellular and subcellular structures of skin after irradiation, promoting the proliferation and restoration of collagen fibers. Ku70/80 mRNA expression levels in the Rp and Tc groups were higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).Moreover,The majority of grade radiation dermatitis relative to the Model, Rp and Tc groups for reducing grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ dermatitis efficiency were 85.7%and 69.2%(P<0.05), respectively.The efficacy of Rp group in treating radiation dermatitis was better than the Trolamine cream group by16.5%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Compared with Tc, Rp had certain advantages in the efficacy and performance to price ratio.Thus, Rp is considered an effective alternative formulation for the prevention and treatment of radiation dermatitis. | Guohong Zu Yan Dou Qingfen Tian Houwei Wang Weichong Zhao Fusheng Li | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,3: | 2 |
| 7 | Selection of adsorbents for in-situ coupling technology of adsorptive desulfurization and biodesulfurization显示文摘In-situ coupling of adsorptive desulfurization and biodesulfurization is a new desulfurization technol- ogy for fossil oil. It has the merits of high-selectivity of biodesulfurization and high-rate of adsorptive desulfurization. It is carried out by assembling nano-adsorbents onto surfaces of microbial cells. In this work, In-situ coupling desulfurization technology of widely used desulfurization adsorbents of γ-Al2O3, Na-Y molecular sieves, and active carbon with Pseudomonas delafieldii R-8 were studied. Results show that Na-Y molecular sieves restrain the activity of R-8 cells and active carbon cannot desorb the sub- strate dibenzothiophene (DBT). Thus, they are not applicable to in-situ coupling desulfurization tech- nology. Gamma-Al2O3 can adsorb DBT from oil phase quickly, and then desorb it and transfer it to R-8 cells for biodegradation, thus increasing desulfurization rate. It is also found that nano-sized γ-Al2O3 increases desulfurization rate more than regular-sized γ-Al2O3.
