1From similarity perspective: a robust collaborative filtering approach for service recommendations显示文摘Collaborative filtering (CF) is a technique commonly used for personalized recommendation and Web service quality-of-service (QoS) prediction. However, CF is vulnerable to shilling attackers who inject fake user profiles into the system. In this paper, we first present the shilling attack problem on CF-based QoS recommender systems for Web services. Then, a robust CF recommendation approach is proposed from a user similarity perspective to enhance the resistance of the recommender systems to the shilling attack. In the approach, the generally used similarity measures are analyzed, and the DegSim (the degree of similarities with top k neighbors) with those measures is selected for grouping and weighting the users. Then, the weights are used to calculate the service similarities/differences and predictions. We analyzed and evaluated our algorithms using WS-DREAM and Movielens datasets. 7Model Predictive Direct Power Control of Grid-connected Converters Considering Unbalanced Filter Inductance and Grid Conditions显示文摘The grid-connected converter(GCC) is widely used as the interface between various distributed generations and the utility grid. To achieve precise power control for GCC, this paper presents a model predictive direct power control(MPDPC)with consideration of the unbalanced filter inductance and grid conditions. First, the characteristics of GCC with unbalanced filter inductance are analyzed and a modified voltage control function is derived. On this basis, to compensate for the power oscillation caused by unbalanced filter inductance, a novel power compensation method is proposed for MPDPC to eliminate the DC-side current ripple while maintaining sinusoidal grid current. Besides, to improve the control robustness against mismatched filter inductance, a filter inductance identification scheme is proposed. Through this scheme, the estimated value of filter inductance is updated in each control period and applied in the proposed MPDPC. 9Genome assembly and transcriptome analysis provide insights into the antischistosome mechanism of Microtus fortis显示文摘Microtus fortis is the only mammalian host that exhibits intrinsic resistance against Schistosoma japonicum infection.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms of this resistance are not yet known.Here,we perform the first de novo genome assembly of M.fortis,comprehensive gene annotation analysis,and evolution analysis.Furthermore,we compare the recovery rate of schistosomes,pathological changes,and liver transcriptomes between M.fortis and mice at different time points after infection.We observe that the time and type of immune response in M.fortis are different from those in mice.M.fortis activates immune and inflammatory responses on the 10th day post infection,such as leukocyte extravasation,antibody activation,Fc-gamma receptor-mediated phagocytosis,and the interferon signaling cascade,which play important roles in preventing the development of schistosomes.In contrast,an intense immune response occurrs in mice at the late stages of infection and could not eliminate schistosomes.Infected mice suffer severe pathological injury and continuous decreases in cell cycle,lipid metabolism,and other functions.Our findings offer new insights into the intrinsic resistance mechanism of M.fortis against schistosome infection.The genome sequence also provides the basis for future studies of other important traits in M.fortis.Hong Li Zhen Wang Shumei Chai Xiong Bai Guohui Ding Yuanyuan Li Junyi Li Qingyu Xiao Benpeng Miao Weili Lin Jie Feng Mingyue Huang Cheng Gao Bin Li Wei Hu Jiaojiao Lin Zhiqiang Fu Jianyun Xie Yixue Li 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,12:1

11Anti-stacking synthesis of MXene-reduced graphene oxide sponges for aqueous zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitor with improved performance显示文摘Two‑dimensional MXenes with an enormous active surface area are considered to be significant cathode materials for Zn‑ion hybrid supercapacitors. However, the nanosheets are easily self-restacked during the assembly into macroscopic porous electrodes, resulting in a significantly reduced effective surface area, hindering their applications in energy storage. Here, MXenes are subtly distributed on the surface of the sponge in a coral-like structure rather than participating in the assembly of the framework, which has suppressed the self-restacking of MXene effectively, improved the hydrophilicity of the sponge, and provided fast diffusion channels for electrolyte ions. Therefore, the MXene-TiC-reduced graphene oxide sponge exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, an enormous specific surface area with abundant accessible electroactive sites, and superior electrochemical performance. The resulting sponge demonstrates an outstanding specific capacity, up to 501 mAh g–1 at 0.2 A g–1 , with excellent capacity retention (90%) after 3100 cycles as Zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitor cathodes. Furthermore, it exhibits an elegant gravimetric energy density of 486 mWh g–1 at 415 mW g–1 , which has surpassed most leading MXene-based Zn-ion cathodes.
