1Effects of material of metallic frame on the penetration resistances of ceramic-metal hybrid structures显示文摘The effects of metallic material on the penetration resistances of ceramic-metal hybrid structures against vertical long-rod tungsten projectiles were studied by artillery-launched experiments and numerical simulation.Hybrid structures with rectangular cores in transverse orthogonal arrangement and slidefitting ceramic inserts of zirconia toughened alumina prisms were fabricated with titanium alloy TC4(Ti6 Al4 V),AISI 4340 steel and 7075 aluminum alloy panels,respectively.The results showed that the hybrid structure of Ti6A14V exhibited the highest penetration resistance,followed by that of 7075 aluminum alloy with the same area density.The penetration resistance of the hybrid structure of AISI4340 steel was the lowest.The underlying mechanisms showed that the metallic material of a ceramicmetal hybrid structure can directly affect its energy absorption from the impact projectile,which further affects its penetration resistance.Different metallic frames exhibited different failure characteristics,resulting in different constraint conditions or support conditions for ceramic prisms.The high penetration resistance of the Ti6Al4V hybrid structure was due to its stronger back support to ceramic prisms as compared with that of AISI 4340 steel hybrid structure,and better constraint condition for ceramic prisms by metallic webs as compared with that of 7075 aluminum alloy hybrid structure.The results of mass efficiency and thickness efficiency showed that the Ti6Al4V hybrid structure has advantages in reducing both the thickness and the mass of protective structure.In addition,because the ceramic-metal hybrid structures in the present work were heterogeneous,impact position has slight influence on their penetration resistances.Xuanyi An Chao Tian Qitian Sun Yongxiang Dong 2020Defence Technology(防务技术)2020,16,1:6
2Syn-tectonic sedimentation and its linkage to fold-thrusting in the region of Zhangjiakou, North Hebei, China显示文摘The timing of the 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic setting that controlled the Yanshan fold-and-thrust belt during Jurassic time in China are still matters of controversy. Sediments that filled the intramontane basins in the Yanshan belt perfectly record the history of 'Yanshanian Movement' and the tectonic background of these basins. Recognizing syn-tectonic sedimentation, clarifying its relationship with structures, and accurately defining strata ages to build up a correct chronostratigraphic framework are the key points to further reveal the timing and kinematics of tectonic deformation in the Yanshan belt from the Jurassic to the Early Cretaceous. This paper applies both tectonic and sedimentary methods on the fold-and-thrust belt and intramontane basins in the Zhangjiakou area, which is located at the intersection between the western Yanshan and northern Taihangshan. Our work suggests that the pre-defined 'Jurassic strata' should be re-dated and sub-divided into three strata units: a Late Triassic to Early Jurassic unit, a Middle Jurassic unit, and a Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous unit. Under the control of growth fold-and-thrust structures, five types of growth strata developed in different growth structures: fold-belt foredeep type,thrust-belt foredeep type, fault-propagation fold-thrust structure type, fault-bend fold-thrust structure type, and fault-bend foldthrust plus fault-propagation fold composite type. The reconstructed 'source-to-sink' systems of Late Triassic to Early Jurassic,Middle Jurassic and Late Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, which are composed of a fold-and-thrust belt and flexure basins, imply that the 'Yanshanian Movement' in our study area started in the Middle Jurassic. During Middle Jurassic to early Early Cretaceous times, there have been at least three stages of fold-thrust events that developed 'Laramide-type' basementinvolved fold-thrust structures and small-scale intramontane broken 'axial basins'. 4Investigation on the Influence of Refrigerant Charge Amount on the Cooling Performance of Air Conditioning Heat Pump System for Electric Vehicles显示文摘The application of air conditioning heat pump(ACHP) in electric vehicles could lead to significant electrical power saving effect. As for an air conditioning heat pump system for electric vehicles, the influence of refrigerant charge amount should be investigated during the design phase. In this study, experimental method was employed to investigate the influence of the refrigerant charge amount on the performance of the ACHP system. The results showed that the refrigerant charge amount had different influence on the refrigerant properties at various locations within the system. The coefficient of performance and pressure-enthalpy diagram were calculated, and showed a close relationship with refrigerant charge amount under different compressor speeds. The degree of subcooling and the degree of superheating were recorded and the critical charge amount was determined by a typical practical test method. 5Genetically modified CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy with enhanced efficacy for relapsed/refractory CD7-positive hematological malignancies:a phase I clinical study显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy against T cell malignancies faces major challenges including fratricide between CAR-T cells and product contamination from the blasts.Allogeneic CAR-T cells,generated from healthy donor T cells,can provide ready-to-use,blast-free therapeutic products,but their application could be complicated by graft-versus-host disease(GvHD)and host rejection.Here we developed healthy donor-derived,CD7-targeting CAR-T cells(RD13-01)with genetic modifications to resist fratricide,GvHD and allogeneic rejection,as well as to potentiate antitumor function.A phase I clinical trial(NCT04538599)was conducted with twelve patients recruited(eleven with T cell leukemia/lymphoma,and one with CD7-expressing acute myeloid leukemia).All patients achieved pre-set end points and eleven proceeded to efficacy evaluation.No dose-limiting toxicity,GvHD,immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity or severe cytokine release syndrome(grade≥3)were observed.28 days post infusion,81.8%of patients(9/11)showed objective responses and the complete response rate was 63.6%(7/11,including the patient with AML).3 of the responding patients were bridged to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.With a median follow-up of 10.5 months,4 patients remained in complete remission.Cytomegalovirus(CMV)and/or Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)reactivation was observed in several patients,and one died from EBV-associated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Expansion of CD7-negative normal T cells was detected post infusion.In summary,we present the first report of a Phase I clinical trial using healthy donor-derived CD7-targeting allogeneic CAR-T cells to treat CD7^(+)hematological malignancies.Our results demonstrated the encouraging safety and efficacy profiles of the RD13-01 allogeneic CAR-T cells for CD7^(+)tumors.Yongxian Hu Yali Zhou Mingming Zhang Houli Zhao Guoqing Wei Wengang Ge Qu Cui Qitian Mu Gong Chen Lu Han Tingting Guo Jiazhen Cui Xiaoyan Jiang Xiujun Zheng Shuhui Yu Xiaolong Li Xingwang Zhang Mingxi Chen Xiuju Li Ming Gao Kang Wang Cheng Zu Hao Zhang Xiaohong He Yanbin Wang Dongrui Wang Jiangtao Ren He Huang 2022Cell Research2022,32,11:2

10Haploidentical stem cell transplantation used in treating primary plasma cell leukemia: a case report显示文摘Here we report a successful protocol in treatment of a patient with primary plasma cell leukemia (PPCL) using haploidentical stem cell transplantation (hi-HSCT). During first complete remission after routine chemotherapy, the patient received autologous blood stem cell transplantation, but he had relapse later. He gained a second CR after chemotherapy and underwent hi-HSCT from his daughter, who had HLA mismatched at three loci. Recovery of hemopoiesis was found at day 14 and complete donor chimerism was confirmed by PCR-STR on day 34, 95 and 238. 11Robust Stabilization of Discrete-time Constrained Singular Piecewise-affine Systems with Norm-bounded Uncertainties显示文摘In this paper,the problem of designing robust H-infinity output feedback controller and l2-gain controller are investigated for a class of discrete-time singular piecewise-affine systems with input saturation and state constraints. Based on a singular piecewise Lyapunov function combined with S-procedure and some matrix inequality convexifying techniques,the H-infinity stabilization condition is established and the l2-gain controller is investigated,and meanwhile,the input saturation disturbance tolerance condition is proposed. Under energy bounded disturbance,the domain of attraction is well estimated and the l2-gain controller is designed in some restricted region. It is shown that the controller gains can be obtained by solving a family of LMIs parameterized by one or two scalar variables. 12Ultrasound-active ReCORM-AIEgen for gas and sonodynamic therapy of mycobacterium biofilms显示文摘Bacterial infection is the leading cause of many severe inflammation diseases. The development of novel and effective therapeutic approaches to counter bacterial infections, especially for drug-resistant bacteria, is essential. Herein, we have successfully developed an ultrasound-active tricarbonyl rhenium(Ⅰ) complex with tetraphenylethylene(TPE) modification(RePyTPE) for CO gas therapy and sonodynamic therapy of bacterial infections. RePy-TPE produced reactive oxygen species and released CO under ultrasound irradiation. In addition, RePy-TPE showed aggregation-induced emission in water due to the introduction of TPE, which enhanced the yield of ^(1)O_(2) generation in a biological aqueous solution. The produced ^(1)O_(2) and released CO killed mycobacterium smegmatis(M. smegmatis) and Escherichia coli(E. coli), as shown by bacterial membrane damage and biofilm elimination. Furthermore, ultrasound-active RePy-TPE perturbed the purine metabolism of the bacteria, which disturbed the biosynthesis of DNA and energy metabolism, eventually reducing the vitality of bacteria. 13Sono-ReCORMs for synergetic sonodynamic-gas therapy of hypoxic tumor显示文摘Carbon monoxide(CO)gas therapy,a novel anti-tumor technique based on the cytotoxicity from the CO released in situ,has become one of the hot topics in cancer treatment.Since the technique is oxygenindependent,it displays promising therapeutic effect for hypoxic tumor where traditional photodynamic therapy shows limited efficacy and insufficient penetration depth.To fully address these limitations of PDT,we propose a synergetic sonodynamic-CO gas releasing strategy for the therapy of hypoxic tumor.In this work,two rhenium(Ⅰ)tricarbonyl complexes with different substituted ligands are investigated for US-triggered ROS generation and CO release.Our results indicated that the electron-donating NMe2-substituted complex(Re-NMe2)exhibits stronger luminescence intensity and generates more singlet oxygen(1O2)than the electron-withdrawing NO2-substituted complex(Re-NO2).In addition,Re-NMe2displays release of CO triggered by US,thus showing high sono-cytotoxicity to tumor cells in-vitro and in-vivo.The strong ROS-generating capability combined with rapid CO-releasing feature from Re-NMe2has made it a powerful tool for the efficient treatment of hypoxic tumor.Yue Li Nong Lu Qitian Lin Haobing Wang Zhuoming Liang Yujuan Lu Pingyu Zhang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:0
