| 1 | Rainfall Microphysical Properties of Landfalling Typhoon Yagi(201814)Based on the Observations of Micro Rain Radar and Cloud Radar in Shandong,China显示文摘The development and evolution of precipitation microphysical parameters and the vertical structure characteristics associated with Typhoon Yagi(201814)are analyzed in the city of Jinan,Shandong Province based primarily on the observations of a micro rain radar(MRR),a cloud radar,and a disdrometer.The precipitation process is further subdivided into four types:convective,stratiform,mixed,and light precipitation according to the ground disdrometer data,which is in agreement with the vertical profile of the radar reflectivity detected by the MRR.Vertical winds may be the main source of MRR retrieval error during convective precipitation.Convective precipitation has the shortest duration but makes the largest contribution to the cumulative precipitation.Collision-coalescence is the main microphysical process of stratiform precipitation and light precipitation below the bright band observed by the MRR.It is worth noting that as Typhoon Yagi(201814)transformed into an extratropical cyclone,its raindrop size distributions no longer had the characteristics of maritime precipitation,but become more typical of the characteristic of continental precipitation,which represents a very different raindrop size distribution from that which is normally observed in a landfalling typhoon. | Hong WANG Wenqing WANG Jun WANG Dianli GONG Dianguo ZHANG Ling ZHANG Qiuchen ZHANG | 2021 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,6: | 6 |

| 3 | ISAR cross-range scaling based on the MUSIC technique显示文摘Cross-range scaling plays an important role in the inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) imaging. Many of the published cross-range scaling algorithms are based on the fast Fourier transformation(FFT). However, the FFT technique is resolution limited, so that the FFT-based algorithms will fail in the rotation velocity(RV) estimation of the slow rotation target. In this paper,we propose an accurate cross-range scaling algorithm based on the multiple signal classification(MUSIC) method. We first select some range bins with the mono-component linear frequency modulated(LFM) signal model. Then, we dechirp the signal of each selected range bin into the form of sinusoidal signal, and utilize the super-resolution MUSIC technique to accurately estimate the frequency. After processing all the range bins, a linear relationship related to the RV can be obtained. Eventually, the ISAR image can be scaled. The proposal can precisely estimate the small RV of the slow rotation target with low computational complexity. Furthermore, the proposal can also be used in the case of cross-range scaling for the sparse aperture data. | 12 | Upgrading Siberian(Russia)crude oil by hydrodesulfurization in a slurry reactor:A kinetic study显示文摘Hydrodesulfurization(HDS)of sour crude oil is an effective way to address the corrosion problems in refineries,and is an economic way to process sour crude oil in an existing refinery built for sweet oil.In the current study,the HDS of Siberian crude oil was carried out in a slurry reactor.The Co-Mo,Ni-Mo,and Ni-W catalysts supported onγ-Al2O3 were compared at the temperature of 340℃ and the pressure of 4.5 MPa.The HDS activity follows the order of Co-Mo N Ni-Mo N Ni-Wat a high concentration of H2S,and the difference between Co-Mo and Ni-Mo becomes insignificant at a low concentration of H2S.The influence of reaction temperature 320-360℃ and reaction pressure 3-5.5 MPa was investigated,and both play a positive role in the HDS reaction.A kinetic model over Ni-Mo/Al2O3 in the slurry reactor was established.The activation energy is estimated as 60.34 kJ·mol−1;the orders of sulfur components and hydrogen partial pressure are 1.43 and 1.30,respectively.The kinetic parameters are compared with those in a trickle-bed reactor,implying that the mass transfer is greatly enhanced in the slurry reactor.The back mixing effect is present in the slurry reactor and can be reduced by a multi-stage design,which would lead to higher reactor efficiency in industrial application. | Kening Sun Xixi Ma Qiuchen Yang Rui Qiu Ruijun Hou | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,12: | 1 |

| 18 | Isolation and Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Avian Escherichia coli and In Vitro Competition with Lactobacillus显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the resistance of commonly used clinical antibiotics to avian Escherichia coli and the inhibition of lactobacillus against pathogenic E.coli.[Method]The strain was isolated and identified by SS medium culture,microscope examination,PCR amplification and biochemical test,and the sensitivity of avian E.coli to eight antibiotics was determined by disk diffusion method.Twelve strains of avian E.coli and one strain of lactobacillus were divided into five group using in vitro liquid culture method,namely simultaneous mixed culture group of lactobacillus and E.coli,first colonization group of E.coli,first colonization group of lactobacillus,E.coli control group and lactobacillus control group,for competitive inhibition test between E.coli and lactobacillus.[Result]Totally 34 strains with similar characteristics to E.coli strains were preliminarily screened;the target band amplified by PCR was 293 bp,which was consistent with the expected size.The isolated strain could decompose maltose,sucrose,lactose,glucose,arabinose,mannitol and sorbitol;the nitrate reduction test was positive,while citrate and V-P test was negative,consistent with the biochemical characteristics of E.coli.The resistance rate of the isolates to cefalexin and tylosin was over 65%,and that to enrofloxacin and doxycycline was up to 50%;the isolates were more sensitive to apramycin,tilmicosin,neomycin and colistin,and the total resistance rate was below 15%.The inhibitory effects of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli against E.coli was better than first colonization of lactobacillus at 24 h;the inhibitory effects of first colonization of lactobacillus against E.coli was better than that of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli at 36 h;the inhibitory effects of mixed culture of lactobacillus and E.coli against E.coli was the best at 48 h.[Conclusion]The isolated strains of E.coli were generally resistant to eight commonly used antibiotics.Lactobacillus could inhibit the growth of avian E.coli in vitro,and first colonization of lactobacillus received the best effort. | Li Juan Liu Qiuchen Zhai Hongxu Wang Yehua Jiang Guotuo Lin Yang Liu Yan Shan Chunqiao | 2020 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2020,12,1: | 0 |

| 20 | Clinical application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. (Fu Zi in Chinese) by traditional Chinese medicine physicians–A cross-sectional questionnaire survey in Beijing显示文摘Objective:To investigate clinical application of aconite root(Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.;hereinafter“aconite”)by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physicians in TCM hospitals in Beijing and explore the specific use of aconite and the effect of different doses on decoction time.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study using two-stage sampling.Questionnaires were administered among TCM physicians from TCM hospitals in Beijing between September 2020 and August 2021.The questionnaire mainly included general demographics,clinical backgrounds of TCM physicians,and clinical application of aconite.The data analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 387 questionnaires were collected,of which 385 were valid.Of the 385 participating TCM physicians,331(85.97%)used aconite in clinical practice.The top three medical diagnoses treated with aconite were heart failure,diarrhea without cause,and chronic gastritis.The TCM pattern treated most frequently with a high dose of aconite was spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and the TCM pattern treated most frequently with a low dose was spleen yang deficiency,while spleen-kidney yang deficiency was treated most frequently with a common dose of aconite.The top three common formulas were Sini decoction,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction,and Zhenwu decoction.Hei Shun Pian was the most common herbal pieces of aconite.The highest frequency of the maximum dose of aconite was 15 g,that of the minimum dose was 3 g,and that of the common dose was 10 g.There was a certain correlation between decoction time and the dose of aconite.Most TCM physicians advised their patients to take medicine twice a day.Conclusion:In this study,we refined and quantified the use of aconite and enriched the exploration of the clinical application of aconite besides its provisions in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. | Xiaopeng Zhao Shenglou Ni Ning Liang Qiuchen Huang Zhongyi Pan Lin Zhang Jia Song Yanling Fu | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,4: | 0 |
