1Blockchain-Based Secure Distributed Control for Software Defined Optical Networking显示文摘Software defined optical networking(SDON)is a critical technology for the next generation network with the advantages of programmable control and etc.As one of the key issues of SDON,the security of control plane has also received extensive attention,especially in certain network scenarios with high security requirement.Due to the existence of vulnerabilities and heavy overhead,the existing firewalls and distributed control technologies cannot solve the control plane security problem well.In this paper,we propose a distributed control architecture for SDON using the blockchain technique(BlockCtrl).The proposed BlockCtrl model introduces the advantages of blockchain into SDON to achieve a high-efficiency fault tolerant control.We have evaluated the performance of our proposed architecture and compared it to the existing models with respect to various metrics including processing rate,recovery latency and etc.The numerical results show that the BlockCtrl is capable of attacks detection and fault tolerant control in SDON with high performance on resource utilization and service correlation.Hui Yang Yongshen Liang Qiuyan Yao Shaoyong Guo Ao Yu Jie Zhang 2019China Communications2019,16,6:5

3tRNA-derived small RNAs:Mechanisms and potential roles in cancers显示文摘Transfer RNAs(tRNAs)are essential for protein synthesis.Mature or pre-tRNAs may be cleaved to produce tRNA-derived small RNAs(tsRNAs).tsRNAs,divided into tRNA-derived stress-induced RNA(tiRNAs)and tRNA-derived fragments(tRFs),play versatile roles in a number of fundamental biological processes.tsRNAs not only play regulatory roles in gene silencing,RNA stability,reverse transcription,and translation,but are also closely related to cell proliferation,migration,cell cycle,and apoptosis.Their abnormal expression is associated with the occurrence and development of various human diseases,especially cancer.This paper reviews the classification,biogenesis,and mechanism of action of tsRNAs,and the research progress to date on tsRNAs in cancers.These findings provide new opportunities for diagnostic biomarkers and treatment targets of several types of cancers including gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,hepatocellular carcinomas,pancreatic cancer,breast cancer,prostate cancer,renal cell carcinoma,ovarian cancer,lung cancer,bladder cancer,thyroid cancer,oral cancer,and leukemia.Yao Wang Qiuyan Weng Jiaxin Ge Xinjun Zhang Junming Guo Guoliang Ye 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,6:2
4Intent defined optical network with artificial intelligence-based automated operation and maintenance显示文摘Traditionally,the operation and maintenance of optical networks rely on the experience of engineers to configure network parameters,involving command-line interface,middle-ware scripting,and troubleshooting.However,with the emerging of newly B5 G applications,the traditional configuration cannot meet the requirement of real-time automatic configuration.Operators need a new configuration way without manual intervention at an underlying optical transport network.To cope with this issue,we propose an intent defined optical network(IDON)architecture toward artificial intelligence-based optical network automated operation and maintenance against service objective,by introducing a self-adapted generation and optimization(SAGO)policy in a customized manner.The IDON platform has three key innovations including intent-orient configuration translation,self-adapted generation and optimization policy,and close-loop intent guarantee operation.Focusing specifically on communication requirements,the IDON uses natural language processing to construct semantic graphs to understand,interact,and create the required network configuration.Then,deep reinforcement learning(DRL)is utilized to find the composition policy that satisfies the requirement of intent through the dynamic integration of fine-grained policies.Finally,the deep neural evolutionary network(DNEN)is introduced to achieve the intent guarantee at the milliseconds level.The feasibility and efficiency are verified on enhanced SDN testbed.Finally,we discuss several related challenges and opportunities for unveiling a promising upcoming future of intent defined optical network.Hui YANG Kaixuan ZHAN Qiuyan YAO Xudong ZHAO Jie ZHANG Young LEE 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,6:2
5Localized-domains staging structure and evolution in lithiated graphite显示文摘Intercalation provides to the host materials a means for controlled variation of many physical/chemical properties and dominates the reactions in metal‐ion batteries.Of particular interest is the graphite intercalation compounds with intriguing staging structures,which however are still unclear,especially in their nanostructure and dynamic transition mechanism.Herein,the nature of the staging structure and evolution of the lithium(Li)‐intercalated graphite was revealed by cryogenic‐transmission electron microscopy and other methods at the nanoscale.The intercalated Li‐ions distribute unevenly,generating local stress and dislocations in the graphitic structure.Each staging compound is found macroscopically ordered but microscopically inhomogeneous,exhibiting a localized‐domains structural model.Our findings uncover the correlation between the long‐range ordered structure and short‐range domains,refresh the insights on the staging structure and transition of Li‐intercalated/deintercalated graphite,and provide effective ways to enhance the reaction kinetic in rechargeable batteries by defect engineering.Suting Weng Siyuan Wu Zepeng Liu Gaojing Yang Xiaozhi Liu Xiao Zhang Chu Zhang Qiuyan Liu Yao Huang Yejing Li Mehmet NAteş Dong Su Lin Gu Hong Li Liquan Chen Ruijuan Xiao Zhaoxiang Wang Xuefeng Wang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,1:1
