| 1 | Magnetoresistance enhancement and temperature stability of magnetoresistance in La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3显示文摘A series of the samples La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3(y=0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.Magnetoresistance enhancement and temperature stability of magnetoresistance in the system La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3 with unchanged Mn^(3+)/Mn^(4+) ratio through the doping of both monovalent and divalent elements at A site were studied through the measurements of X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns,resistivity-temperature(ρ-T) curves and magnetoresistance-temperature(MR-T) curves.The results indicate that with the increase of Na doping amount,the peak value of MR increases,and it increases from 12.4% for y=0.2 to 50.6% for y=1.0 in the magnetic field B=0.8 T;ρ-T curves exhibit the double-peak phenomenon,which comes from the competition between the resistivity of surface phase and that of body phase;for the sample of y=0.8,MR increases slowly from 8.3% to 9.4% in the temperature range from 259 to 179 K,and MR is so stable in such a wide temperature range,which provides reference for the research on the temperature stability of MR. | Wang, Guiying Yan, Guoqing Yang, Jie Wang, Wenqi Tang, Yonggang Song, Qixiang Zhang, Mingyu Peng, Zhensheng | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,4: | 13 |
| 2 | Low-field magnetoresistance of (1-x)La_(0.6)Dy_(0.1)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3/0.5x (Sb_2O_3) composite system under different sintering temperatures of matrix显示文摘A series of (1-x)La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3/0.5x(Sb2O3)(x=0.15) samples were prepared by the solid-state reaction method, and the influence of sintering temperature of the matrix on low-field magnetoresistance of (1-x)La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3/0.5x (Sb2O3) was studied through the measurements of X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, scanning electron microscope (SEM) image, resistivity-temperature (ρ-T) curves, and magnetoresistance-temperature (MR-T) curves. The results indicate that for the samples with low sintering temperature of the matrix, lowfield magnetoresistance effect appears on the whole temperature range and can be explained by grain boundary effect; for the sample with high sintering temperature of the matrix, intrinsic magnetoresistance peak appears on the high-temperature range, low-field magnetore-sistance effect appears on low temperature range, and the magnetoresistance in the magnetic field of 0.2 T and on the comparatively large temperature range between 280 K and 225 K hardly changes with temperature and remains at 4.8%, which can be explained by the competition between the intrinsic magnetoresistance induced by double-exchange function inside grains and the tunneling magnetoresis-tance (TMR) induced by grain boundary effect. And the mechanical characteristics of segmental lining structure using straight assembling and staggered assembling were studied deeply. The results showed that,the mechanical characteristics of segmental lining structure varied with the water pressures;especially after cracking,the high water pressure played a significant role in slowing down the growing inner force and deformation. | 12 | Novel numerical model to simulate water seepage through segmental gasketed joints of underwater shield tunnels considering the superimposed seepage squeezing effect显示文摘The water leakage through segmental joint gaskets has become a major concern that adversely affects the normal serviceability of underwater shield tunnels throughout the construction and operational periods.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate the sealing performances of the joint gaskets,which directly helps evaluate the waterproof capacity of underwater shield tunnels.To date,the numerical modeling plays an irreplaceable role in the analysis on the waterproof capacity of the joint gaskets.Nevertheless,conventional methods tend to ignore the self-sealing effect induced by the water seepage pressurization,thus failing to reveal the progressive evolution of the water infiltration process through the joint gasket.To remedy this defect,this paper proposed a novel numerical model to simulate the penetration process of the sealing gasket based on the Python language-enabled secondary programming in the ABAQUS software,which could fully consider the superimposed seepage squeezing effect.Based on the proposed model,the waterproof failure process and the dynamic contact stress of the gasket’s water seepage path subject to excessive hydraulic pressure were thoroughly investigated.Moreover,indoor tests on the waterproof capacity of the gasket were also performed to validate the proposed model.It is found that the numerical results from the developed model are consistent with the experimental results.This research will contribute to better understanding of the gaskets’hydraulic penetration process and more accurate prediction of the maximum waterproof capacity in underwater shield tunnels. | Qixiang Yan Haojia Zhong Chuan Zhang Zechang Zhao Yanxin Wen Ping Wang | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,6: | 0 |
| 13 | High-temperature ferromagnetic metallic phase in LaMnO_(3)/Sr_(3)Al_(2)O_(6)heterostructure显示文摘To achieve a flexible single-crystal multifunctional membrane,the freestanding process of a rigid epitaxial transition metal oxide thin film via a buffered water-dissolution sacrificial layer has attracted reasonable attentions.Owing to the difference in chemical potential,specific element affinity,and lattice constant between the target membrane and the sacrificial layer,the freestanding process may cause an indelible change of physics property once the target thin film is sensitive to the above factors.Here,the heterostructures composed of the generally adopted sacrificial layer Sr_(3)Al_(2)O_(6)(SAO)and LaMnO_(3)(LMO)have been systematically investigated.The electrical and magnetic properties of LMO show extreme sensitivity to the thickness of SAO(tSAO).Then we have also found that LMO/SAO heterostructures can exhibit the coexistence of two ferromagnetic phases,the significantly enhanced Curie temperature~342 K,and the large magnetoresistance-23.3%at 300 K,which is similar to the optimal-doped manganite such as La_(2/3)Sr_(1/3)MnO_(3).X-ray diffraction results show that continuously tunable strain from out-of-plane tension to relaxation and then to compression can be generated by adjusting tSAO.This strain can stabilize the migrated oxygen from LMO to SAO,which is induced by the large oxygen affinity difference between Bsite Mn and Al.It is believed that these unexpected electrical/magnetic phenomena are originated from the combined effects of interfacial element diffusion and strain.Our study provides a strategy for designing new magnetic phases,and a reference for the fundamental understanding of strongly correlated transition metal oxide systems in the freestanding process. | Di Wang Bin He Jinrui Guo Qixiang Wang Chaoqun Shi Yue Han Hong Fang Jie Wang Nana Zhang Peng Zhang Yanan Chen Changwen Zhang Weiming Lü Shishen Yan | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24: | 0 |
| 14 | Potential energy curves crossing and low-energy charge transfer dynamics in (BeH_2O)^(2+) complex显示文摘The singlet rigid Be-O dissociation potential energy curves correlating to the first four molecular limits of (BeH2O)2+ complex were calculated using the multi-reference single and double excitation configuration interaction theory. The radial couplings of three low-lying 1A1 states were calculated and combined with adiabatic potential energy curves to investigate and chargetransfer collision dynamics by using quantum-mechanical molecular orbital close-coupling methods. It is found that the total charge-transfer cross sections are dominated by the Be+(2S)+H2O+( 2A1) channel. The rate coefficients in the range of 10 17-10 12 cm3/s are very sensitive to temperature below 1000 K. The complexation energy without charge-transfer was determined to be 143.6 kcal/mol, including zero-point vibration energy corrections. | 15 | Broadband picometer-scale resolution on-chip spectrometer with reconfigurable photonics显示文摘Miniaturization of optical spectrometers is important to enable spectroscopic analysis to play a role in in situ,or even in vitro and in vivo characterization systems.However,scaled-down spectrometers generally exhibit a strong trade-off between spectral resolution and operating bandwidth,and are often engineered to identify signature spectral peaks only for specific applications.In this paper,we propose and demonstrate a novel global sampling strategy with distributed filters for generating ultra-broadband pseudo-random spectral responses.The geometry of all-pass ring filters is tailored to ensure small self-and cross-correlation for effective information acquisition across the whole spectrum,which dramatically reduces the requirement on sampling channels.We employ the power of reconfigurable photonics in spectrum shaping by embedding the engineered distributed filters.Using a moderate mesh of MZls,we create 256 diverse spectral responses on a single chip and demonstrate a resolution of 20 pm for single spectral lines and 30 pm for dual spectral lines over a broad bandwidth of 115 nm,to the best of our knowledge achieving a new record of bandwidth-to-resolution ratio.Rigorous simulations reveal that this design will readily be able to achieve single-picometer-scale resolution.We further show that the reconfigurable photonics provides an extra degree of programmability,enabling user-defined features on resolution,computation complexity,and relative error.The use of SiN integration platform enables the spectrometer to exhibit excellent thermal stability of±2.0℃,effectively tackling the challenge of temperature variations at picometer-scale resolutions. | Chunhui Yao Minja Chen Ting Yan Liang Ming Qixiang Cheng Richard Penty | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,7: | 0 |
