| 1 | Galloping Vibration Monitoring of Overhead Transmission Lines by Chirped FBG Array显示文摘A distributed online fiber sensing system based on the phase-sensitive optical time domain reflectometer(Φ-OTDR)enhanced by the drawing tower fiber Bragg grating(FBG)array is presented and investigated experimentally for monitoring the galloping of overhead transmission lines.The chirped FBG array enhanced Φ-OTDR sensing system can be used to measure the galloping behavior of the overhead transmission lines(optical phase conductor or optical power ground wire),which are helpful for monitoring the frequency response characteristics of the ice-induced galloping,evaluating the motion tendencies of these cables,and avoiding the risk of flashover during galloping.The feasibility of the proposed online monitoring system is demonstrated through a series of experiments at the Special Optical Fiber Cable Laboratory of State Grid Corporation of China(Beijing,China).Results show that the proposed system is effective and reliable for the monitoring of galloping shape and characteristic frequency,which can predict the trend of destructive vibration behavior and avoid the occurrence of cable breaking and tower toppling accidents,and these features are essential for the safety operation in smart grids. | Qizhong YAN Ciming ZHOU Xuebin FENG Chi DENG Wenyu HU Yimin XU | 2022 | Photonic Sensors2022,12,3: | 5 |
| 2 | RSMC:A Safety Model Checker for Concurrency and Memory Safety of Rust显示文摘Rust is a system-level programming language that provides thread and memory safety guarantee through a suite of static compiler checking rules and prevents segmentation errors.However,since compiler checking is too strict to confine Rust's programmability,the developers prefer to use the keyword'unsafe'to bypass compiler checking,through which the caller could interact with OS directly.Unfortunately,the code block with'unsafe'would easily lead to some serious bugs such as memory safety violation,race condition and so on.In this paper,to verify memory and concurrency safety of Rust programs,we present RSMC(Safety Model Checker for Rust),a tool based on Smack to detect concurrency bugs and memory safety errors in Rust programs,in which we combine concurrency primitives model checking and memory boundary model checking.RSMC,with an assertion generator,can automatically insert assertions and requires no programmer annotations to verify Rust programs.We evaluate RSMC on two categories of Rust programs,and the result shows that RSMC can effectively find concurrency bugs and memory safety errors in vulnerable Rust programs,which include unsafe code. | YAN Fei WANG Qizhong ZHANG Liqiang CHEN Yasha | 2020 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2020,25,2: | 1 |
| 3 | Impact of Anthropogenic Aerosols on Summer Precipitation in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Urban Agglomeration in China:Regional Climate Modeling Using WRF-Chem显示文摘The WRF model with chemistry(WRF-Chem) was employed to simulate the impacts of anthropogenic aerosols on summer precipitation over the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei urban agglomeration in China. With the aid of a high-resolution gridded inventory of anthropogenic emissions of trace gases and aerosols, we conducted relatively long-term regional simulations,considering direct, semi-direct and indirect effects of the aerosols. Comparing the results of sensitivity experiments with and without emissions, it was found that anthropogenic aerosols tended to enhance summer precipitation over the metropolitan areas. Domain-averaged rainfall was increased throughout the day, except for the time around noon. Aerosols shifted the precipitation probability distribution from light or moderate to extreme rain. Further analysis showed that the anthropogenic aerosol radiative forcing had a cooling effect at the land surface, but a warming effect in the atmosphere. However, enhanced convective strength and updrafts accompanied by water vapor increases and cyclone-like wind shear anomalies were found in the urban areas.
