1Synthesis and characterization of NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+@silica-N=folic acid nanocomplex for bioimaginable detecting MCF-7 breast cancer cells显示文摘Upconversion nanophosphors are new promising nanomaterials to be used as biolabels for detection and imaging of cancer cells.These nanophosphors absorb long-wavelength excitation radiation in the infrared or near infrared region and emit shorter wavelength,higher energy radiation from ultraviolet to infrared.In this paper,we studied the hydrothermal method and optical properties of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+for biomedical application.After synthesis,these NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+nanophosphors were functionalized with aminosilanes and folic acid.Folic acid binds to the folate receptor on the surface of MCF-7 breast cancer cells and this binding promotes internalization of the nanophosphors via endocytosis.The sizes of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA(folic acid)nanophosphors can be controlled with length of the rod about 300-800 nm and diameter of the rod about 100-200 nm.Phase structure of NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+is in hexagonal crystal system.The photo luminescence(PL)spectra of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA nanophosphors were measured.These nanophosphors emit in red color with the strongest band at 650 nm under 980 nm excitation.This result can provide NaYF4:Er^3+,Yb^3+@silica-N=FA complex for developing fluorescence label and image tool in cancer biology and medicine.Ha Thi Phuong Tran Thu Huong Le Thi Vinh Hoang Thi Khuyen Do Thi Thao Nguyen Thanh Huong Pham Thi Lien Le Quoc Minh 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,11:5
2软木塞基碳量子点的水热合成及其生物相融荧光成像应用显示文摘以废弃酒瓶软木塞为原料,采用低成本、简单的水热方法合成碳量子点。通过TEM、FTIR、Raman、UV-Vis、PL光谱对碳量子点的结构和光学性能进行分析表征。结果表明,碳量子点的平均直径为6.2±2.7 nm,PL激发谱和碳量子点表面的官能团有关。用硫酸奎宁作为参考,碳量子点的量子效率为1.54%。将获得的碳量子点应用在骨髓间充质干细胞的细胞生物成像上,发现用碳量子点处理后,骨髓间充质干细胞分别在320~380 nm、450~490 nm和450~490 nm范围显示绿色、黄色和红色荧光,表明了碳量子点在荧光成像领域具有潜在的应用价值。Quang Ngo Khoa Hieu Nguyen Ngoc Bao Vo Van Quoc Phuoc Vo Thi Ngoc Le Xuan Diem Doc Luong Quang Tri Nguyen Minh Son Le Vu Truong Son Le Van Thanh Ha Che Thi Cam 2022新型炭材料2022,37,3:3
3Synthesis and characterization of core/shell structured nanophosphors CePO_4:Tb@LaPO_4 by solvothermal method显示文摘Core/shell structured CePO4:Tb(III) @LaPO4 and CePO4:Tb(III) were successfully synthesized in tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate(TEHP) and diethylene glycol(DEG) solvents for comparison of the two techniques in open air and closed reaction vessel.Morphology and crystal structure of the core/shell nanophosphors were determined by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) ,which showed that nanophosphors had diameter of about 5-10 nm with the monoclinic monazite phase.The nanophosphors obtained by close vessel procedure showed smaller size,more homogeneity and pure crystallite.The luminescent measurements were done upon the different excitation wavelengths in ultraviolet region and at room temperature to elucidate the influences of the used solvents and the reaction temperatures.It was found that CePO4:Tb@LaPO4 prepared by the close vessel synthesis showed the intensity of green band of the transfer from 5D4 to 7F5 energy level,which was strongly increased,and the luminescent decay time was 3.2 ms,which was longer than that of naked CePO4:Tb phosphor.Dinh Xuan Loc Tran Thi Kim Chi Tran Thu Huong Nguyen Vu Tran Kim Anh Wieslaw Strek Le Quoc Minh 2011Journal of Rare Earths2011,29,12:2
4Structural and luminescent properties of (Eu,Tb) PO_4·H_2O nanorods/nanowires prepared by microwave technique显示文摘Nanowires/nanorods of europium/terbium orthophosphate monohydrate with Eu3+ concentration of 6,11,and 20 at.% were prepared by microwave synthesis method.The effects of Eu3+ doping concentration on structure,morphology and optical properties of nanoma-terials were also investigated.The results showed that,for all studied Eu3+ doping concentrations,a single-crystalline phase of rhabdo-phane-type(Eu,Tb) PO4·H2O nanowires/nanorods was obtained by using microwave heating of an aqueous solution of terbium(III) nitrate,europium(III) nitrate and NH4H2PO4 with pH=2.The length and width of these nanowires/nanorods ranged from 150 to 300 nm and from 10 to 50 nm,respectively.The evidence of energy transfer from Tb3+ to Eu3+ due to the energy overlap between the donor Tb3+ and the acceptor Eu3+ was observed obviously via a significant enhancement in the luminescent intensity of Eu3+.Nguyen Thanh Huong Nguyen Duc Van Dinh Manh Tien Do Khanh Tung Nguyen Thanh Binh Tran Kim Anh Le Quoc Minh 2011Journal of Rare Earths2011,29,12:2
5Fabrication and properties of high efficiency luminescent nanorods EuPO_4·H_2O by soft template method显示文摘Europium orthophosphate monohydrate(EuPO4·H2O) nanorods with typical dimensions of about 10-30 nm in diameter and 300-500 nm in length were prepared by using the soft template method.The effects of using diethylene glycol(DEG) and polyethylene gly-col(PEG) polymers as well as the pH values on the size,crystalline structure and morphology of EuPO4·H2O nanorods were investigated.Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) data of the prepared samples were elucidated.The nano-rods were highly uniform and their mean length was reduced by using DEG and PEG as soft template agents.For all prepared samples,the rhabdophane-type hexagonal EuPO4·H2O was the dominated phase.The photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy measurements of EuPO4·H2O nanorods revealed that,under UV excitation,EuPO4·H2O nanorods exhibited strong luminescence with narrow bands corresponding to the in-tra-4f transitions of 5D0→7Fj(j=1,2,3,4) of Eu3+ ions.The peaks were found at 594 nm(5D0→7F1) ,619 nm(5D0→7F2) ,652 nm(5D0→7F3) ,and 697 nm(5D0→7F4) ,with the strongest emission at 594 nm.Tran Thu Huong Tran Kim Anh Le Thi Vinh W.Strek Hoang Thi Khuyen Le Quoc Minh 2011Journal of Rare Earths2011,29,12:2
6Upconversion luminescence of Gd2O3:Er3+and Gd2O3:Er3+/silica nanophosphors fabricated by EDTA combustion method显示文摘Gd2O3:Er^3+nanophosphors were fabricated by the combustion method in presence of Na2 ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA-Na2)as fuel at not high temperature(≤350℃)within a very short time of 5 min.The added concentration of Er^3+ions in Gd2O3 matrix was changed from 0.5 mol%to 5.0 mol%.The X-ray diffraction pattern of samples indicates the monoclinic structure of Gd2O3:Er^3+.The morphology and chemical composition analysis of the Gd2O3:Er^3+samples are characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The photoluminescence(PL),photo luminescence excitation(PLE)and upconversion(UC)at room temperature of the prepared materials with different concentrations of Er^3+were investigated.The PL of Gd2O3:Er^3+nanomaterials are shown in visible at 545,594,623,648,688 nm under excitation at 275 nm.The emission bands from transitions of Er^3+from 2P3/2 to 4F9/2 are observed,UC luminescent spectra of the Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica nanocomposites under 976 nm excitation show the bands at 548 and 670 nm.The influence of excitation power at 980 nm for transitions were measured and calculated.The results indicate that the upconversion process of Gd2O3:Er^3+/silica is two photons absorption mechanism.The low temperature dependence of UC luminescent intensities of the main bands of Gd2O3:Er^3+was investigated towards development of a nanotemperature sensor in the range of 10-300 K.Le Quoc Minh Tran Kim Anh Nguyen Duy Hung Pham Thi Minh Chau Nguyen Thi Quy Hai Ho Van Tuyen Vu Thi Thai Ha Vu Duc Tu Wieslaw Strek 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,11:2

10Zirconium metal organic framework for design of tetragonal rare earth-doped zirconia nanoparticles显示文摘Zirconium metal-organic frameworks ZrOBDC(where BDC=C6H4(COOH)2,terephthalic acid)doped and co-doped with rare earth ions Ln(ZrOBDC:Ln^3+,where Ln^3+=Eu3+and Tb^3+as well as Er^3+and Yb^3+)were used as precursors for the design of tetragonal rare earth doped zirconia nanoparticles(t-ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs)through annealing process.Preparation,characterization and luminescence properties of ZrOBDC:Ln^3+and ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs were investigated.The as-obtained t-ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs have high purity with an average size of 20-30 nm.The luminescence spectra of ZrOBDC:Tb^3+and ZrOBDC:Eu3+display strong green and red emission at around 544 and 611 nm which correspond to 5D4→7F5 and 5D0→7F2 transitions of Tb^3+and Eu3+ions,respectively.The green and red up-conversion emissions of ZrO2:Er^3+,Yb^3+NPs due to 2H11/2,4S3/2→4I15/2 and 4F9/2→4I15/2 transitions of the Er^3+ions are observed under 976 nm laser excitation.Lam Thi Kieu Giang Lukasz Marciniak Krzysztof Kamil Zur Dinh Manh Tien Nguyen Vu Nguyen Thanh Binh Tran Kim Anh Le Quoc Minh 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,11:0
11Luminescent and magnetic properties of multifunctional europium(Ⅲ) complex based nanocomposite显示文摘The luminescent rare earth(RE)complex based multifunctional nanocomposites offer new potential applications of multimodal imaging(magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),fluorescent bioimaging,etc.)that can be associated with therapeutic activities.In this study,we report some results obtained with novel multifunctional Fe3O4/Si-amine/Eu(NTA)3 nanocomposites that are composed of europium(Ⅲ)complex with 1-(2-naphthoyl)-3,3,3-trifluoroacetone ligands(NTA)(Eu(NTA)3)and superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles.These nanocomposites were functionalized with an amine group for biomedicine application.The multifunctional Fe3O4/Si-amine/Eu(NTA)3 nanocomposites exhibit both good magnetic behavior of Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a core and strong fluorescent property of europium(Ⅲ)complex.Their characterizations were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDX and FTIR spectra.The optical properties were studied in detail by UV-VIS spectra and luminescent emission spectra.The magnetic property was estimated by VMS.The effect of concentrations of luminescent Eu(NTA)3 complex on luminescent and magnetic properties is discussed.Hoang Thi Khuyen Nguyen Thanh Huong Tran Thu Huong Pham Thi Lien Do Thi Anh Thu Nguyen Thi Anh Huong Wieslaw Strek Le Quoc Minh 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,11:0

13Gold nanorods conjugated upconversion nanoparticles nanocomposites for simultaneous bioimaging,local temperature sensing and photothermal therapy of OML-1 oral cancer cells显示文摘The major challenge in photothermal therapy(PTT)is to develop nanocomposites that simultaneously exhibit bioimaging and PTT under a single near-infrared(NIR)irradiation with high therapeutic efficiency.Herein,we present a multifunctional nanocomposite synthesized by linking NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)with gold nanorods(AuNR)to exhibit fluorescence label-ing,local temperature sensing and photothermal functions simul-taneously with a single NIR laser excitation.The AuNR-NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)nanocomposite particles displayed better photothermal prop-erties compared with pure AuNRs or a blend of AuNRs and NaYF_(4):Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)UCNPs.The temperature-dependent upconversion lumi-nescence(UCL)property was used to determine local temperature at the nanocomposite particles,which is useful for selecting appro-priate irradiation dosage for PTT.The therapeutic performance of the nanocomposites in PTT for OML-1 oral cancer cells was deter-mined.For cell labeling,we successfully labeled streptavidin-linked nanocomposite particles on the surface of OML-1 oral cancer using anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(anti-Her2)anti-body.Finally,the nanocomposite particles caused exceptional destruction of cancer cells up to 70%dead cells under 976 nm laser irradiation for only one min at 0.3 W/cm^(2)which is below the maximal permissible exposure of human skin.Duc Tu Vu Thanh Thu Vu-Le Van Nghia Nguyen Quoc Minh Le Churng-Ren Chris Wang Lai-Kwan Chau Tzyy-Schiuan Yang Michael WYChan Cheng-I Lee Chu-Chi Ting Jiunn-Yuan Lin Hung-Chih Kan Chia Chen Hsu 2021International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2021,12,1:0
