| 2 | Error of large-eddy simulation in the wall pressure fluctuation of a turbulent channel flow显示文摘We analyze the error of large-eddy simulation(LES)in wall pressure fluctuation of a turbulent channel flow.To separate different sources of the error,we conduct both direct numerical simulations(DNS)and LES,and apply an explicit filter on DNS data to obtain filtered DNS(FDNS)data.The error of LES is consequently decomposed into two parts:The first part is the error of FDNS with respect to DNS,which quantifies the influence of the filter operation.The second part is the difference between LES and FDNS induced by the error of LES in velocity field.By comparing the root-mean-square value and the wavenumber-frequency spectrum of the wall pressure fluctuation,it is found that the inaccuracy of the velocity fluctuations is the dominant source that induces the error of LES in the wall pressure fluctuation.The present study provides a basis on future LES studies of the wall pressure fluctuation. | Rong Li Bowen Yang Zixuan Yang Shizao Wang Guowei He | 2021 | Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2021，11，4： | 1 |
| 3 | Effect of extract from Yiyuan Yiliu Tang(益元抑瘤汤)on human lung adenocarcinoma and human hepatoma cell lines显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of the extract from Yiyuan Yiliu Tang(益元抑瘤汤,YYYLT)on human lung adenocarcinoma cells A549 and human hepatoma cells Bel7402.METHODS:The cancer cell lines were treated with various concentrations(0,100,200,300,and400μg/m L)of the crude water extract of YYYLT and then cell viability,toxicity,cytokine secretion,and cell cycle/apoptosis were determined by MTT assay,LDH assay,and flow cytometry,respectively.RESULTS:The extract from YYYLT significantly suppressed the proliferation of the cancer cell lines and the release of interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-αin a dose-dependent manner.The extract also promoted apoptosis,caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase,and increased the expression of caspase-3,B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),and Bcl-2-associated X proteins.CONCLUSION:The extract from YYYLT might be a potential treatment for human lung and liver cancers. | Yl Qingqing CHANG Qing LIANG Dongyu CAI Weiwei QIU Liying YANG Rong JIANG Guowei | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021，41，1： | 1 |

| 6 | The age measures and its layer sequence tratigraphy of Late Quaternary sediment in Lushan Dajiaochang of China显示文摘Through the scientific investigation on Lushan for a long time,detailed studies have been carried out on the geologic stratum section of Late Quaternary in Dajiaochang. | 7 | A Study of Molecular Resection Margins for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Using Large Pathologic Sections显示文摘OBJECTIVE It has been shown that application of molecular biological techniques to surgical margins of some cancers could predict risk of local recurrence. However, the optimal length of surgical resection with tumor-free surgical margins for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ES-CC) is unknown. This study was conducted to evaluate the optimal length of surgical resection for ESCC with molecularly tumor-free surgical margins marked by p53 and Ki67. METHODS Surgical specimens from 70 patients with ESCC were collected for study. The lengths of the upper margin, tumor, and lower margin of every specimen were measured during the operation. Each specimen was divided into three large pathologic sections, stained with H&E and immunohistochemically for p53 and Ki67, and examined microscopically. The lengths of the upper and lower resection ends were measured for p53 and Ki67 positive expression. The actual surgical lengths were calculated by the principle of rational shrinkage. RESULTS All surgical margins were histologically tumor-free, while the positive rates of p53 and Ki67 were 66% and 54%. The positive rates of p53 and Ki67 in the upper resection end were 17% and 20%. The mean lengths of the upper resection end showing p53 and Ki67 positive expression were 1.08±1.12 cm and 1.64±1.01 cm, and the maximum lengths were 3.73 cm and 3.26 cm. The positive rates of p53 and Ki67 in the lower resection end were 20% and 23%. The mean lengths of the lower resection end of p53 and Ki67 with positive expression were 1.11±1.15 cm and 1.34±0.94 cm, and the maximum lengths were 3.73 cm and 3.61 cm. | 8 | Balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration for treatment of congenital intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt:A case report显示文摘Congenital intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt(CPSVS), a rare vascular malformation, has been described in both children and adults and can lead to severe neurophysiological complications. However, a standard therapeutic protocol for CPSVS has not been elucidated. With the advantage of minimally invasive techniques,transcatheter embolization has been used to treat CPSVS. The condition is challenging to manage, especially in patients with large or multiple shunts, through which rapid blood flow can cause ectopic embolism.
