1Late Carboniferous-Early Permian Volcanic Event Deposits and Stratigraphic Correlation in Shandong Province and Its Adjacent Regions显示文摘Deposits of 10 volcanic events of 6 stages have been discovered by the authors after detailed field and lab studies of the Benxi and Taiyuan Formations in Shandong Province and its adjacent regions. They show certain temporal-spatial distribution characteristics. Volcanic fragments were probably derived from two different volcanic sources north and south of the North China Platform, while the magma of the two volcanic sources was probably derived from the lower crust. 3Embedding Pd-Cu Alloy Nanoparticles in Shell of Surface-Porous N-Doped Carbon Nanosphere for Selective Hydrogenation of p-Chloronitrobenzene显示文摘Main observation and conclusion A catalyst PdxCuy/NC in which Pd-Cu alloy nanoparticles are superficially embeded in shell of surface-porous N-doped carbon nanosphere was successfully devised for p-chloronitrobenzene(p-CNB)selective hydrogenation.Bimetal ions were loaded in shell of a m-phenylenediamine derived core-shell polymer sphere and the catalyst was obtained after calcination under reducing atmosphere.The as synthesized catalyst exhibited high selectivity in hydrogenation of p-CNB to p-chloroaniline(p-CAN)(up to 98.8%)under full conversion and the performance was basically remained after 6 cyclic experiments.The reasons for the high selectivity were discussed based on the characterization results of catalyst.The interaction between N-doped support and metal atoms affected the electron distribution in alloy,electron-deficient Pd and electron-rich Cu,and thus improved hydrogenation selectivity.In addition,the alloy nanoparticles were distributed only in the porous shell of support,which benefits to prevent side reactions.This work described a scheme for tactfully designing catalyst for selective hydrogenation,which can provide experience and inspiration for relevant works and fields.Yingcen Liu Wanyue Ye Hua Lin Caicheng Song Zeming Rong Rongwen Lu Hao Zhang He Huang Zhicheng Tang Shufen Zhang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10:0
4High yield production of 1,4-cyclohexanediol from lignin derived2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone via Raney Ni Mn catalyst in hydrogen free conditions显示文摘Transformation of lignin to valuable chemicals via sustainable pathways is recognized as one of the most efficient ways to explore its value and replace the nonrenewable petroleum resource. In this work, an environmental-friendly transfer hydrogenation process has been developed to convert lignin derived2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone to 1,4-cyclohexanediol. Compared with previous work under hydrogen pressure(30 bar), this process uses isopropanol as both solvent and hydrogen donor, which significantly simply the operation process. The core of this study is the design and preparation of Mn modified Raney Ni catalysts by ball milling process. A series of Raney Ni Mn catalysts with different ball milling time and Mn content were prepared and investigated. Characterizations by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) etc. showed that Ni Mn Al alloy was formed during the ball milling process and then transformed to Ni Mn alloy after treatment by aqueous Na OH. 5The Relationship between the Distribution of Thick Coal Belts and the Late Carboniferous-Early Early Permian Marine Transgression-Regression in the North China Platform显示文摘Four great second-order transgressions occurred during the Late Carboniferous to early Early Permian and they came from both the eastern and western sea areas in the North China Platform. As time went on, depocentres, depositional extent, transgression directions, coastline position and distribution of minable coal seams were changing continuously. The third great second-order transgression occurring at the beginning of the early Early Permian marks the maximum transgression period and before its arrival, i.e. at the close of the late Late Carboniferous, there was the super-regional coal-forming environment. 6DNA repair-and nucleotide metabolism-related genes exhibit differential CHG methylation patterns in natural and synthetic polyploids (Brassica napus L.)显示文摘Polyploidization plays a crucial role in the evolution of angiosperm species.Almost all newly formed polyploids encounter genetic or epigenetic instabilities.However,the molecular mechanisms contributing to genomic instability in synthetic polyploids have not been clearly elucidated.Here,we performed a comprehensive transcriptomic and methylomic analysis of natural and synthetic polyploid rapeseeds(Brassica napus).Our results showed that the CHG methylation levels of synthetic rapeseed in different genomic contexts(genes,transposon regions,and repeat regions)were signi fi cantly lower than those of natural rapeseed.The total number and length of CHG-DMRs between natural and synthetic polyploids were much greater than those of CG-DMRs and CHH-DMRs,and the genes overlapping with these CHG-DMRs were signi fi cantly enriched in DNA damage repair and nucleotide metabolism pathways.These results indicated that CHG methylation may be more sensitive than CG and CHH methylation in regulating the stability of the polyploid genome of B.napus.In addition,many genes involved in DNA damage repair,nucleotide metabolism,and cell cycle control were significantly differentially expressed between natural and synthetic rapeseeds.Our results highlight that the genes related to DNA repair and nucleotide metabolism display differential CHG methylation patterns between natural and synthetic polyploids and reveal the potential connection between the genomic instability of polyploid plants with DNA methylation defects and dysregulation of the DNA repair system.In addition,it was found that the maintenance of CHG methylation in B.napus might be partially regulated by MET1.Our study provides novel insights into the establishment and evolution of polyploid plants and offers a potentialidea for improving the genomic stability of newly formed Brassica polyploids.Liqin Yin Zhendong Zhu Liangjun Huang Xuan Luo Yun Li Chaowen Xiao Jin Yang Jisheng Wang Qiong Zou Lanrong Tao Zeming Kang Rong Tang Maolin Wang Shaohong Fu 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
