| 1 | Preparation and properties of tungsten-doped indium oxide thin films显示文摘Tungsten-doped indium oxide (IWO) thin films were deposited on glass substrate by DC reactive magnetron sputtering. The effects of sputtering power and growth temperature on the structure, surface morphology, optical and electrical properties of IWO thin films were investigated. The thickness and surface morphology of the films are both closely dependent on the sputtering power and the substrate temperature. The transparency of the films decreases with the increase of the sputtering power but is not seriously influenced by substrate temperature. All the IWO thin film samples have high transmittance in near-infrared spectral range. With either the sputtering power or the growth temperature increases, the resistivity of the film decreases at the beginning and increases after the optimum parameters. The as-deposited IWO films with minimum resistivity of 6.4 10 4 cm were obtained at a growth temperature of225 C and sputteringpower of 40 W, with carrier mobility of 33.0 cm 2 V 1 s 1 and carrier concentration of 2.8 10 20 cm 3 and the average transmittance of about 81% in near-infrared region and about 87% in visible region. | Li, Yuan Wang, Wenwen Zhang, Junying Wang, Rongming | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,2: | 9 |
| 2 | Bimetallic nanostructures with magnetic and noble metals and their physicochemical applications显示文摘Bimetallic nanomaterials consisting of magnetic metals and noble metals have attracted much interest for their promising potentials in fields such as magnetic sensors, catalysts, optical detection and biomedical applications. Bimetallic nanomaterials synthesized by wet-chemical methods with different architectures including nanoparticles, nanowires or nanotubes and their assemblies are summarized in this review. The particular properties of bimetallic nanomaterials, especially their magnetic, catalytic and optical properties, are presented. | 3 | Atomic-scaled surface engineering Ni-Pt nanoalloys towards enhanced catalytic efficiency for methanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Surface engineering is known as an effective strategy to enhance the catalytic properties of Pt-based nanomaterials.Herein,we report on surface engineering Ni-Pt nanoalloys with a facile method by varying the Ni doping concentration and oleylamine/oleicacid surfactant-mix.The alloy-composition,exposed facet condition,and surface lattice strain are,thereby manipulated to optimize the catalytic efficiency of such nanoalloys for methanol oxidation reaction(MOR).Exemplary nanoalloys including Ni_(0.69)Pt_(0.31)truncated octahedrons,Ni_(0.45)Pt_(0.55)nanomultipods and Ni_(0.20)Pt_(0.80)nanoflowers are thoroughly characterized,with a commercial Pt/C catalyst as a common benchmark.Their variations in MOR catalytic efficiency are significant:2.2 A/mgPt for Ni_(0.20)Pt_(0.80)nanoflowers,1.2 A/mgPt for Ni_(0.45)Pt_(0.55)nanomultipods,0.7 A/mgPt for Ni_(0.69)Pt_(0.31)truncated octahedrons,and 0.6 A/mgPt for the commercial Pt/C catalysts.Assisted by density functional theory calculations,we correlate these observed catalysis-variations particularly to the intriguing presence of surface interplanar-strains,such as{111}facets with an interplanar-tensile-strain of 2.6%and{200}facets with an interplanar-tensile-strain of 3.5%,on the Ni_(0.20)Pt_(0.80)nanoflowers. | Aixian Shan Shuoyuan Huang Haofei Zhao Wengui Jiang Xueai Teng Yingchun Huang Chinping Chen Rongming Wang Woon-Ming Lau | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,11: | 6 |
| 4 | Antiferromagnetic element Mn modified PtCo truncated octahedral nanoparticles with enhanced activity and durability for direct methanol fuel cells显示文摘Pt-based magnetic nano catalysts are one of the most suitable cand idates for electrocatalytic materials due to their high electrochemistry activity and retrievability.Unfortunately,the inferior durability prevents them from being scaled-up,limiting their commercial applications.Herein,an antiferromagnetic element Mn was introduced into PtCo nanostructured alloy to synthesize uniform Mn-PtCo truncated octahedral nanoparticles(TONPs)by one-pot method.Our results show that Mn can tune the blocking temperature of Mn-PtCo TONPs due to its an tiferromag netism.At low temperatures,Mn-PtCo TONPs are ferromag netic,and the coercivity in creases gradually with in creasi ng Mn contents.At room temperature,the Mn-PtCo TONPs display superparamag netic behavior,which is greatly helpful for in dustrial recycling.Mn doping can not only modify the electronic structure of PtCo TONPs but also enhanee electrocatalytic performance for methanol oxidation reaction.The maximum specific activity of Mn-PtCo-3 reaches 8.1 A`m^-2,3.6 times of commercial Pt/C(2.2 A·m^-2)and 1.4 times of PtCo TONPs(5.6 A`m^-2),respectively.The mass activity decreases by only 30%after 2,000 cycles,while it is 45%and 99%(nearly inactive)for PtCo TONPs and commercial Pt/C catalysts,respectively. | Qiqi Zhang Jialong Liu Tianyu Xia Jie Qi Haochang Lyu Baoyuan Luo Rongming Wang Yizhong Guo Lihua Wang and Shouguo Wang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,10: | 5 |
| 5 | Enhanced photoresponse of Ti0_(2)/MoS_(2)heterostructure phototransistors by the coupling of interface charge transfer and photogating显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)MoS_(2)with appealing physical properties is a promising candidate for next-generation electronic and optoelectronic devices,where the ultrathin MoS_(2)is usually laid on or gated by a dielectric oxide layer.The oxide/MoS_(2)interfaces widely existing in these devices have significant impacts on the carrier transport of the MoS_(2)channel by diverse interface interactions.Artificial design of the oxide/MoS_(2)interfaces would provide an effective way to break through the performance limit of the 2D devices but has yet been well explored.Here,we report a high-performance MoS_(2)-based phototransistor with an enhanced photoresponse by interfacing few-layer MoS_(2)with an ultrathin Ti0_(2)layer.The Ti0_(2)is deposited on MoS_(2)through the oxidation of an e-beam-evaporated ultrathin Ti layer.Upon a visible-light illumination,the fabricated Ti0_(2)/MoS_(2)phototransistor exhibits a responsivity of up to 2,199 A/W at a gate voltage of 60 V and a detectivity of up to 1.67×10^(13)Jones at a zero-gate voltage under a power density of 23.2μW/mm^(2).These values are 4.0 and 4.2 times those of the pure MoS_(2)phototransistor.The significantly enhanced photoresponse of Ti0_(2)/MoS_(2)device can be attributed to both interface charge transfer and photogating effects.Our results not only provide valuable insights into the interactions at Ti0_(2)/MoS_(2)interface,but also may inspire new approach to develop other novel optoelectronic devices based on 2D layered materials. | Bingxu Liu Yinghui Sun Yonghuang Wu Kai Liu Huanyu Ye Fangtao Li Limeng Zhang Yong Jiang Rongming Wang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 4 |
| 6 | Effects of dopant content on optical and electrical properties of In_2O_3: W transparent conductive films显示文摘The In 2 O 3 : W (IWO) films with different W content were deposited on glass substrate using direct current sputtering method. The structure, surface morphology, and optical and electrical properties were investigated. Results showed that both the carrier concentration and carrier mobility were increased with the doping of W. The IWO film with the lowest resistivity of 1.0×10 3 cm, highest carrier mobilityof 43.7 cm 2 V 1 s 1 and carrier concentration of 1.4×10 20 cm 3 was obtained at the content of 2.8 wt.%. | 7 | NiPt hollow nanocatalyst: Green synthesis, size control and electrocatalysis显示文摘Nearly monodispersed hollow nanospheres of bimetallic NiPt have been synthesized by a one-pot wet chemical method at room temperature with a precursor Ni nanocompound as a sacrificial template. The size control is carried out via the sacrificial template, from about 35 nm to nearly100 nm in diameter. The shell thickness of the NiPt hollow sphere reaches down to as thin as 2–3 nm slightly larger than a single layer of alloyed NiPt nanocrystallites. The product with the citric acid as surfactant exhibits enhanced oxygen reduction activities compared to a commercial Pt/C catalyst and the hollow nanospheres coated with PVP. | 8 | Controlled fabrication, lasing behavior and excitonic recombination dynamics in single crystal CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite cuboids显示文摘As a direct bandgap semiconductor, organic-inorganic lead halide perovskite (MAPbX3, MA = CH3NH3, X =Cl, Br, I) have been considered as promising materials for laser due to their excellent optoelectronic properties. The perovskite materials with ID and 2D shapes were widely prepared and studied for Fabry-Perot mode and whispering-gallery-mode (WGM) microcavities, but cuboid-shape is rarely reported. In this work, we successfully fabricated single crystal cuboid-shaped MAPbBr3 perovskite w让h different morphologies, named microcuboid-MAPbBr3 (M-MAPbBr3) and multi-step-MAPbBr3 (MSMAPbBr3), via solvothermal method. Furthermore, the as-prepared *crystals excitonic recombination lifetime under different pumping energy density was studied by time-resolved photoiuminescence (TRPL). | 9 | A novel non-enzymatic hydrogen peroxide sensor based on Co:ZnO modified electrodes显示文摘There is currently intense interest in the use of nanoparticles for a wide range of biomedical and technological applications. In this paper, the hierarchical Co doped ZnO nanoflowers were synthesized by a facile wet chemical method and explored as biosensing material. The as-modified novel hydrogen peroxide sensor exhibited a wide linear range(0.25–20 mM), highly reproducible response(R.S.D. of 2.7%) and long-term stability. The doping Co^(2+)ions carried out the oxidations rapidly and efficiently for the catalysis of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). A high activity toward H_2O_2 in the presence of ascorbic acid(AA) and NaNO_2, which are only common for natural enzymes, has also been demonstrated. | 10 | Au/Ni12P5 core/shell single-crystal nanoparticles as oxygen evolution reaction catalyst显示文摘We have demonstrated the improved performance of oxygen evolution reactions(OER) using Au/nickel phosphide (Ni12P5) core/shell nanoparticles (NPs) underbasic conditions. NPs with a Ni12Ps shell and a Au core, both of which havewell-defined crystal structures, have been prepared using solution-based syntheticroutes. Compared with pure NiuP5 NPs and Au-Ni12P5 oligomer-like NPs, thecore/shell crystalline structure with Au shows an improved OER activity. | 14 | Synthesis, structure, and magnetism of three manganese-organic framework with PtS topology显示文摘Three 3D manganese-organic frameworks, Mn2(BPTC)(DMF)2(H2O)·DMF·3H2O(1), Mn2(BPTC)(bipy)(DMF)·DMF·H2O(2), and Mn2(BPTC)(phen)(DMF)·EtOH(3), have been solvothermally synthesized using 3,3′,5,5′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid(H4BPTC). All complexes are characterized by PXRD, EA, IR and TG. The results show that they all bear the PtS topology with(42.84)(42.84) for the vertex symbols of the planar and tetrahedral nodes, in which the BPTC ligand is considered as a square-planar 4-connected linker, and every binuclear SBU connected to the four BPTC ligands is simplified into tetrahedral 4-connected nodes. Because the three coordination sites of one metal center of SBU are occupied by the coordinated solvent molecules, complex 1 exhibits low stability. After substituting 2,2′-bipy or 1,10-phen for two coordinated solvent molecules, complexes 2 and 3 display evidently higher structure stability.
