1Trends in particulate matter and its chemical compositions in China from 2013–2017显示文摘Accurate determination of the atmospheric particulate matter mass concentration and chemical composition is helpful in exploring the causes and sources of atmospheric enthalpy pollution and in evaluating the rationality of environmental air quality control strategies.Based on the sampling and chemical composition data of PM2.5 in different key regions of China in the CARE-China observation network,this research analyzes the environmental air quality data released by the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre during the studied period to determine the changes in the particulate matter mass concentration in key regions and the evolution of the corresponding chemical compositions during the implementation of the Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Air Pollution from 2013-2017.The results show the following.(1)The particulate matter mass concentration in China showed a significant downward trend;however,the PM2.5 annual mass concentration in 64%of cities exceeds the New Chinese Ambient Air Quality Standard(CAAQS)GradeⅡ(GB3095-2012).The region to the east of the Taihang Mountains,the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain and the Urumqi-Changji regions in Xinjiang,all have PM2.5 concentration loading that is still high,and heavy haze pollution occurred frequently in the autumn and winter.(2)During the heavy pollution in the autumn and winter,the concentrations of sulfate and organic components decreased significantly.The mean SO42-concentration in PM2.5 decreased by 76%,12%,81%and 38%in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH),the Pearl River Delta(PRD),the Sichuan-Chongqing region(SC)and the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The mean organic matter(OM)concentration decreased by 70%,44%,48%and 31%,respectively,and the mean concentration of NH4+decreased by 68%,1.6%,38%and 25%,respectively.The mean elemental carbon(EC)concentration decreased by 84%and 20%in BTH and SC,respectively,and it increased by 61%and 11%in the PRD and Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The mean concentration of mineral and unresolved chemical components(MI)dropped by 70%,24%and 13%in BTH,the PRD and the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The change in the PM2.5 chemical composition is consistent with the decrease of the PM2.5mass concentration.(3)In 2015,the mean OM concentration contributions to fine particles and coarse particles were 13-46%and 46-57%,respectively,and the mean MI concentration contributions to fine particles and coarse and particles were 31-60%and 39-73%,respectively;these values are lower than the 2013 values from the key regions,which is the most important factor behind the decrease of the particulate matter mass concentration.From 2013 to 2015,among the chemical components of different particle size fractions,the peak value of the coarse particle size fraction decreased significantly,and the fine particle size fractions of SO42-,NO3-,and NH4+decreased with the decrease of the particulate matter mass concentration in different particle size fractions.The fine-particle size peaks of SO42-,NO3-and NH4+shifted from 0.65-1.1μm to the finer size range of0.43-0.65μm during the same time frame.Yuesi WANG Wenjie LI Wenkang GAO Zirui LIU Shili TIAN Rongrong SHEN Dongsheng JI Shuai WANG Lili WANG Guiqian TANG Tao SONG Mengtian CHENG Gehui WANG Zhengyu GONG Jiming HAO Yuanhang ZHANG 2019Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,12:23
2Size,composition,and mixing state of individual aerosol particles in a South China coastal city显示文摘Aerosol samples were collected in summer in Macao,a coastal city of the Pearl River Delta Region in China.Morphology,size,elemental composition,and mixing state of individual aerosol particles were determined by scanning electron microscopy coupled energy dispersive X-ray(SEM/EDX) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Based on the morphologies of 5711 aerosol particles,they consist of soot(32%),mineral(17%),secondary(22%),and unknown fine particles(29%).The sizes of these particles were mostly distributed between 0.1 and 0.4 μm.Compositions of 202 mineral particles were obtained by SEM/EDX.Mineral particles were mainly classified into three types:Si-rich,Ca-rich,and Na-rich.The compositions of typical mineral particles can indicate their sources in sampling location.For example,mineral particles,collected along the main street,were associated with trace amounts of heavy metals,such as Zn,Ti,Mn,Ba,Pb,and As.TEM observations indicate that most Na-rich particles were aged sea salt particles(e.g.,Na2SO4 and NaNO3) which formed through heterogeneous chemical reactions between sea salt and acidic gases.Additionally,aging time of soot was short in Macao due to high humidity,high temperature,and high levels of sunlight in Macao.Most of soot and fine mineral dust particles were internally mixed with secondary particles.Weijun Li Longyi Shao Zhishi Wang Rongrong Shen Shusheng Yang Uwa Tang 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,4:21
3Aggregation-induced Emission-active Hyperbranched Poly (tetrahydropyrimidine)s Synthesized from Multicomponent Tandem Polymerization显示文摘Hyperbranched polymer with highly branched three-dimensional topological structure, a large number of end groups, and multifaceted functionalities have gained much attention, while polymers with aggregation-induced emission(AIE) properties become a group of popular luminescent materials recently. The design and synthesis of AIE-active hyperbranched polymers, which combine the advantages of these two types of materials, are attractive but challenging. In this work, four hyperbranched poly(tetrahydropyrimidine)s were synthesized from the metal-free room temperature multicomponent tandem polymerization of diester group-activated internal alkyne,polyfunctional aromatic amines, and formaldehyde in methanol under the catalysis of acetic acid. Through different monomer combination and controlling the monomer loading order, hyperbranched polymers with various topological structures as well as sequences of different functional groups in the polymer backbone were obtained with high molecular weights(up to 3.0 × 10~4 g/mol) in high yields(up to 98%). The hyperbranched poly(tetrahydropyrimidine) emitted faintly in solution, while its luminescence was notably enhanced in the aggregated state, suggesting its typical aggregation-induced emission property. 4Control Effect of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 against Botrytis cinerea and Its Mechanism显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to study antifungal activity and control mechanism of Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 against Botrytis cinerea,and further find new methods against the disease.[Method]By quantitative bioassay,in vitro experiment and pot test,the antagonistic protein was extracted with ammonium sulfate precipitation fractionation to determine the control efficiency.EC50of B.cereus CGMCC4348 was 6.19 mg/L.Average controlling effect of B.cereus CGMCC4348 on B.cinerea was 75.8%,equal to the control group which was treated by 50 mg/L pyrimethanil.Bacillus cereus CGMCC4348 had good inhibitory effect against B.cinerea.[Conclusion]The paper provides scientific basis for green control technology against solanaceous vegetable diseases.Liang Mengmeng Hu Yonghong Yin Jingjing Yang Wenge Tang Rongrong Zhang Yong Liu Youzhou 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,5:3
5Multicomponent Tandem Polymerization of Aromatic Alkynes, Carbonyl Chloride, and Fischer's Base toward Poly(diene merocyanine)s显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion Multicomponent polymerization(MCP)is a popular tool to construct polymers with diverse structure,simple operation,and high efficiency,which faces the challenges of limited product structures.Multicomponent tandem polymerization(MCTP),combining two or multiple reactions in a one-pot fashion,could expand the scope of MCP and enrich the polymer structures.Herein,a one-pot three-component tandem polymerization of diynes,carbonyl chloride,and Fischer's base has been developed to afford conjugated poly(diene merocyanine)s with mild condition,satisfactory molecular weights(Mw up to 10900 g/mol)and yields(up to 81%).The polymers enjoy good solubility and high thermal stability.The unique emission behavior of the model compound and polymer show that they are aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active,suggesting that the diene merocyanine moiety is a potential AIEgen.This MCTP shows great potential in the preparation of functional polymer materials,which could build new AlE functional units directly from the polymerization,demonstrating its synthetic simplicity and elegance.Xiaojuan Tang Lihui Zhang Rongrong Hu Ben Zhong Tang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,12:3

8Hyaluronic acid-based dual-responsive nanomicelles mediated mutually synergistic photothermal and molecular targeting therapies显示文摘Precise clinical treatment of triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is an obstacle in clinic.Nanotechnology-assisted photothermal therapy(PTT)is a superior treatment modality for TNBC in terms of precision.However,thermoresistance arising from PTT and insufficient drug release from nanocarriers decrease the efficacy of PTT.AT13387 is a novel HSP90 inhibitor that can weaken thermoresistance and undergoing clinic II phase study,showing satisfactory antitumour activity through molecularly targeted therapy(MTT).Whereas,it has poor solubility.Hence hyaluronic acid and stearic acid were connected by hydrazone bonds and disulfide bonds,forming an amphipathic copolymer that could self-assembled into nanomicelles,followed by encapsulating Cypate and AT13387.These nanomicelles exhibited great features,including achieving mutually synergistic PTT/MTT for overcoming thermoresistance and promoting translocation of drugs,increasing the solubility of Cypate and AT13387,showing a pH/redox dual response that contributes to drug release,and having the ability of active targeting.Thus,the nanomicelles developed in this study may be a promising strategy for the precise treatment of TNBC.Liangliang Cai Ronghua Ni Xiaofei Ma Rongrong Huang Zhiyuan Tang Jinqiu Xu Yong Han Yuehua Guo Zhifeng Gu 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1
9Self-healing hyperbranched polytriazoles prepared by metal-free click polymerization of propiolate and azide monomers显示文摘The last decade has witnessed the quick develop of self-healing materials. As a newborn strategy, the alternative of irreversible covalent bond formation is, however, to be further developed. In this paper, self-healing hyperbranched poly(aroxycarbonyltriazole)based on such mechanism were prepared by our developed metal-free click polymerization of simplified dipropiolate and triazide. Thanks to their excellent processability and film-forming ability, high quality homogeneous films free from defects were obtained by casting. The cut films could be healed by stacking or pressing the halves together at room temperature and elevated temperature. 13Tripodalsporormielones A-C,unprecedented cage-like polyketides with complex polyvdent bridged and fused ring systems显示文摘A chemical investigation on Sporormiella sp.led to the isolation and structural elucidation of tripodalsporormielones Ae C(1-3),a new class of polyketide possessing unprecedented cage-like skeletons with polyvdent bridged and fused ring systems.These polyketides with cage-like skeletons were characterized as a high non-protonated carbon-containing system,which resulted in few HMBC correlations observed and made the accurate structures hard to be obtained by NMR.Especially,some signals of non-protonated sp;carbons are weak and even unobservable in compound 1.In order to establish the structure of 1,the calculated NMR with DP4 evaluation was applied to determine the structure from the plausible structure candidates obtained from the detailed NMR analysis.Based on NMR experiments and calculated NMR,the structures of isolated compounds were established and confirmed by X-ray technology.Through chiral isolation,the optically pure enantiomers of 1 and 3 were obtained,and their absolute configurations were determined based on ECD quantum chemical calculation.Based on the isolated compounds and our previous work,1-3 would be derived from 3-methylorcinaldehyde,and their plausible biosynthetic mechanism was proposed.Furthermore,1 exhibited obvious short-term memory improvement activity on an Alzheimer’s disease fly model.Guodong Chen Bingxin Zhao Meijuan Huang Jia Tang Yanbing Li Liangdong Guo Rongrong He Dan Hu Xinsheng Yao Hao Gao 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:1

17Ecological sustainability assessment of the carbon footprint in Fujian Province,southeast China显示文摘China’s rapid economic development has initiated the deterioration of its ecological environment,posing a threat to the sustainable development of human society.As a result,an assessment of regional sustainability is critical.This paper researches China’s most forested province,Fujian Province,as the study area.We proposed a grid-based approach to assess the regional carbon footprint in accordance with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s(IPCC)carbon emission guidelines.Our method of assessment also introduced carbon emission indicators with our improved and published Net Primary Production(NPP)based on process simulation.The carbon footprint in Fujian Province from 2005-2017 was calculated and examined from a spatiotemporal perspective.Ecological indicators were used in the sustainability assessment.The research draws the following conclusions:1)the carbon footprint in the eastern regions of Fujian Province was higher due to rapid economic development;2)that of the western regions was lower;3)an uptrend in the carbon footprint of Fujian Province was observed.All five ecological indicators based on carbon emissions and economic and social data showed an ecologically unsustainable trend over 13 years in the research area due to unsustainable economic development.Therefore,it is urgent to balance the relationship between economic development and environmental protection.Our research provides scientific references for achieving ecological civilization and sustainability in a similar region.Jingyu ZENG Rongrong ZHANG Jia TANG Jingchen LIANG Jinghan LI Yue ZENG Yefan LI Qing ZHANG Wei SHUI Qianfeng WANG 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,1:1
