1Computation method of zero-stress state of pneumatic stressed membrane structure显示文摘The whole analysis process of pneumatic stressed membrane structure contains nine states and seven analysis processes.The zero-stress state is the corner-stone of analysis and design of pneumatic stressed structure,and has significant impact on the pre-stressed state and load state.According to the logical model of the whole numerical analysis process of pneumatic stressed structure,a numerical analysis method to solve the zero-stress state from the elasticized equilibrium state was firstly proposed,called linear compatibility matrix M-P inverse method.Firstly,the pneumatic membrane stressed structure was transferred into grid structure by using membrane link to simulate membrane surface.Secondly,on the basis of equilibrium matrix theory of pin joint structure and small deformation assumption,compatibility equation of system was established.Thirdly,the unstressed length and elongation of links were calculated from the tension and material parameters of elasticized equilibrium state.Finally,using compatibility matrix M-P inverse,the nodal displacement was calculated by solving compatibility equation,the configuration of zero-stress state could be obtained through reverse superposition,and the stress was released.According to the algorithm,the program was coded with MATLAB.The correctness and efficiency of this method were verified by several numerical examples,and it could be found that one elasticized equilibrium state corresponded to one configuration of the zero-stress state.The work has theoretical significance and practical guidance value for pneumatic membrane structural design.ZHAO JunZhao CHEN WuJun FU GongYi LI RuiXiong 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3:4
22 K superfluid helium cryogenic vertical test system for superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I显示文摘Purpose The accelerator-driven subcritical system(ADS)is the internationally recognized key technology of nuclear waste problem treatment,of which superconducting proton linac is an important part.With the support of the strategic science and technology pilot project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences took the lead in the research of 325 MHz superconducting proton linac,which is called ADS Injector I.The superconducting accelerator part of ADS Injector I mainly consists of 14 spoke-type superconducting cavities withβ0.12.At the same time,the research work of various cavities with differentβvalues and different frequencies is also carried out to lay the technical and technological foundation for ADS main accelerator.The only way to determine whether the superconducting cavity can reach the design target and whether it can be installed into the cryostat is the vertical test at cryogenic.As the only way to test the microwave performance of the superconducting cavity at low temperature,the vertical test can accurately test the acceleration gradient Eacc and the corresponding quality factor Q0 of the superconducting cavity.The design and construction of the superconducting cavity vertical test facility is based on the practical needs of the pilot project and the long-term development of the superconducting accelerator.Methods This paper mainly introduces the design and construction of the cryogenic vertical test system for the superconducting cavity of ADS Injector I,including the system scheme design,process design,heat load analysis,2 K superfluid helium obtaining method,system commissioning and operation,etc.Results and Conclusion The static heat leakage at 2 K of the 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I is 1.624W,which has reached the international advanced level.The 2 K superfluid helium vertical test system of ADS Injector I after constructed not only meets the test requirements of ADS pilot project,but also conducts 4 K and 2 K vertical tests for other different types of superconducting cavities and relevant cryogenic experiments.Rui Ge Liangrui Sun Miaofu Xu Rui Ye Xiangzhen Zhang Minjing Sang Ruixiong Han Zhuo Zhang Jiehao Zhang Lin Bian Mei Li Changcheng Ma Tongxian Zhao Yongcheng Jiang Zhengze Chang Shaopeng Li 2020Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2020,4,2:2
3A cellular response protein induced during HSV-1 infection inhibits viral replication by interacting with ATF5显示文摘Studies of herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)infection have shown that many known and unknown cellular molecules involved in viral proliferation are up-regulated following HSV-1 infection.In this study,using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,we found that the expression of the HSV-1 infection response repressive protein(HIRRP,GI 16552881)was up-regulated in human L02 cells infected with HSV-1.HIRRP,an unknown protein,was initially localized in the cytoplasm and then translocated into the nucleus of HSV-1-infected cells.Further analysis showed that HIRRP represses HSV-1proliferation by inhibiting transcription of the viral genome by interacting with the cellular transcription factor,ATF5,via its N-terminal domain.ATF5 represses the transcription of many host genes but can also act as an activator of genes containing a specific motif.We found that ATF5 promotes the proliferation of HSV-1 via a potential mechanism by which ATF5 enhances the transcription of viral genes during the course of an HSV-1 infection;HIRRP then induces feedback repression of this transcription by interacting with ATF5.WU LianQiu ZHANG XueMei CHE YanChun ZHANG Ying TANG SongQing LIAO Yun NA RuiXiong XIONG XiangLin LIU LongDing LI QiHan 2013Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,12:2

12Mapping the spatio-temporal visibility of global navigation satellites in the urban road areas based on panoramic imagery显示文摘The satellite visibility number of GNSS is an important indicator for evaluating its availability for positioning and navigation.In urban areas,urban canyons cause serious satellite signals block,resulting in positioning uncertainty.Many studies used 3D city models to evaluate the visible satellites in some areas at a certain time.Nevertheless,this kind of method is difficult to apply because 3D models are not widely available.This paper thus proposes an easy method to evaluate the visibility of satellites with widely available street view panoramic imagery and GNSS ephemeris.The proposed method utilizes the locations of street view panoramic imagery and the associated GNSS ephemeris to calculate the visible satellite number at different times.Hence,the visible satellite number at a specific time can be mapped.Moreover,the visibility of satellites can be predicted according to its orbit parameters.To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method,Wuhan and Shanghai were taken to map post-event,real-time and forecast GNSS visibility.The experiments demonstrated that the proposed method provides a light weighted and easy to use solution to map the spatio-temporal visibility of satellites in urban areas,which is an important reference for GNSS stations layout and positioning qualities evaluation.Ruixiong Kou Bisheng Yang Zhen Dong Fuxun Liang Shuwen Yang 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,7:0
13Effects of Two Signals on Flowering and FT Gene Expression in Off-season Longan显示文摘Objective This study aimed to investigate the effects of two signals,H2O2 and NO,on flowering and FT gene expression in off-season longan.Method Nine-year-old off-season longan‘Shixia'was used as the experimental material and sprayed with signal promoting agent and blocking agent to analyze the dynamic changes of flowering and FT gene expression level. Result The expression level of FT gene in off-season longan increased during the flowering process,and the expression level of FT gene in leaves reached the peak earlier than that in terminal buds. SNP and MV treatments improved FT gene expression in varying degrees. DMTU and L-NNA treatments effectively inhibited FT gene expression in terminal buds,but the inhibitory effects on FT gene expression in leaves were not significant at late stage of flower bud differentiation. 14Treatment of wastewater from food waste hydrothermal carbonization via Fenton oxidization combined activated carbon adsorption显示文摘Hydrothermal carbonization(HTC)of food waste can produce hydrochar for further utilization as high-quality fuel or carbon materials,but the by-product of liquid effluent,named HTC wastewater,has a high chemical oxygen demand(COD)content and other organic pollutants.This study focused on the feasibility of Fenton oxidation combined with activated carbon(AC)to reduce COD in HTC wastewater.The effects of different parameters including pH,dosage of hydrogen peroxide,molar ratio of Fe^(2+)/H_(2)O_(2),and reaction time were tested and discussed.Eventually,through the optimized Fenton oxidation(pH=3,H_(2)O_(2)dosage=1.5 mol/L,Fe^(2+)/H_(2)O_(2)=1:15,reaction time=60 min)combined optimized AC adsorption process(AC dosage=30 g/L),the COD value reduced from 42,000 mg/L to 3075 mg/L,indicating a COD removal efficiency of 92.7%and a color removal ratio of 91.9%,respectively.The comparison of GC/MS(gas chromatography mass spectrometer)and FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer)of liquid residual from different treatment methods also indicated that the types of organic substances in HTC wastewater were significantly reduced through Fenton oxidation and AC adsorption.Tianchi Shen Mi Yan Yuhao Xia Ruixiong Hu Yayong Yang Cheng Chen Feng Chen Dwi Hantoko 2022Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2022,4,3:0

16Molecular Cloning and Sequence Analysis of C4H Gene of Mangifera indica L.显示文摘Cinnamate-4-hydroxylase( C4H) is a key enzyme in phenylpropanoid pathway in plants. Its activity and abundance directly affect the biosynthesis of flavonoids and aromatic compounds. In this study,degenerate primers were designed according to previously reported C4 H gene sequences to clone C4H cDNA sequence with 3'and 5'RACE-PCR from mango( Mangifera indica L). The full-length cD NA of M. indica C4H is 1 680 bp long. Its open reading frame( ORF)is 1 518 bp,encoding a protein of 505 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 58. 08 kDa. The isoelectric point of the predicted protein is 9. 52. Functional prediction showed that this gene is mainly located in mitochondria. In addition,the tertiary structure of the protein was built using SWISS-MODEL,and the results showed that the protein has three possible conformations. Phylogenetic analysis based on C4H protein sequences revealed that M. indica has a close genetic relationship with olive( Canarium album) and cocoa( Theobroma cacao). By analyzing the expression level of C4H gene in three colored mango cultivars,we found that that the expression level of C4 H gene in Guifei( with red peel) was the highest,and that in Guiqi( with green peel) was the lowest.
