| 1 | Tomography of the dynamic stress coefficient for stress wave prediction in sedimentary rock layer under the mining additional stress显示文摘In this study,the tomography of dynamic stress coefficient(TDSC)was established based on a mechanical model of stress wave propagation in bedding planes and a mathematical model of the stress wave attenuation in rock masses.The reliability of the TDSC was verified by a linear bedding plane model and field monitoring.Generally,the TDSC in the dynamic stress propagation of bedding planes increases with the following conditions:(1)the increase of the normal stiffness of the bedding plane,(2)the increase of the incident angle of the stress wave,(3)the decrease of the incident frequency of the stress wave,or(4)the growth of three ratios(the ratios of rock densities,elastic moduli,and the Poisson’s ratios)of rocks on either side of bedding planes.The additional stress weakens TDSC linearly and slowly during the stress wave propagation in bedding planes,and the weakening effect increases with the growth of the three ratios.Besides,the TDSC decreases exponentially in the rock mass as propagation distance increases.In a field case,the TDSC decreases significantly as vertical and horizontal distances increase and its wave range increases as vertical distance increases in the sedimentary rock layers. | Wenlong Shen Guocang Shi Yungang Wang Jianbiao Bai Ruifeng Zhang Xiangyu Wang | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,4: | 5 |

| 4 | Mining cotton fiber strength candidate genes based on transcriptome mapping显示文摘Cotton fiber strength is mainly determined during the secondary cell wall (SCW) thickening stage. In 24―25 days post anthesis (DPA) of SCW thickening stage, cDNA-amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) was carried out to construct fiber transcriptome groups. Based on these groups, cotton fiber strength candidate genes were detected by composite interval mapping (CIM) through quantitative trait locus (QTL) scanning. The mapping population was the interspecific backcross BC1 of Gossypium hirsutum × G. barbadense. One hundred and fifteen BC1 plants were used for group construction with 102 qualified absence/presence polymorphic transcript-derived fragments (TDFs) from G. barbadense, and 78 TDFs were assigned into eight transcriptome groups that gave a total length of 462.63 centimorgans (cM). Two significant QTLs, FS1 and FS2, were detected and explained 16.08% and 15.87% of fiber strength variance, respectively. Of the six TDFs co-segregating with FS1 and FS2, except one encoding an unknown protein, five targeted putative phosphatidylinositol kinase, trehalose-6 phosphate synthase, MADS transcription factor, cellulose synthase-like protein and phenylalanine ammonia lyase, respectively. Atmospheric environment is controlled by air motion with multi-scales in the city,while air flows in the residence area are of micro-scale atmospheric motion. This paper introduces a modern numerical simulation method,i.e. large eddy simulation(LES) ,for studying micro-atmospheric flows in the city residence area. For the complex flow features in the residence area,the proper application of LES is studied and various numerical methods are compared in order to investigate their effects on the prediction accuracy of micro-atmospheric flows,for instance,roughness elements and immersed boundary method for complex terrain,different subgrid models and so on. | 15 | RNF126 Quenches RNF168 Function in the DNA Damage Response显示文摘DNA damage response(DDR) is essential for maintaining genome stability and protecting cells from tumorigenesis. Ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like modi?cations play an important role in DDR, from signaling DNA damage to mediating DNA repair. In this report, we found that the E3 ligase ring ?nger protein 126(RNF126) was recruited to UV laser micro-irradiation-induced stripes in a RNF8-dependent manner. RNF126 directly interacted with and ubiquitinated another E3 ligase, RNF168. Overexpression of wild type RNF126, but not catalytically-inactive mutant RNF126(CC229/232 AA), diminished ubiquitination of H2 A histone family member X(H2AX),and subsequent bleomycin-induced focus formation of total ubiquitin FK2, TP53-binding protein1(53 BP1), and receptor-associated protein 80(RAP80). Interestingly, both RNF126 overexpression and RNF126 downregulation compromised homologous recombination(HR)-mediated repair of DNA double-strand breaks(DSBs).
