| 1 | Effect of Aluminum Tri-polyphosphate on Corrosion Behavior of Reinforcing Steel in Seawater Prepared Coral Concrete显示文摘Atri-polyphosphate was used as a corrosion inhibitor in the seawater prepared coral concrete, and its influence on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel, 304 austenitic stainless steel, and 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied by the open-circuit potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and potentiodynamic polarization, respectively. The results reveal that the corrosion potential and impedance of the reinforcing steel increase, while the corrosion current density decreases with the content of aluminum tripolyphosphate in the coral concrete. A low content of the corrosion inhibitor significantly retards the corrosion of the two stainless steels, but it cannot effectively inhibit the corrosion of the carbon steel in the coral concrete.In general, the carbon steel is unsuitable for the coral concrete for its poor corrosion resistance. | 3 | One-step Condensation/copolymerization of VTES and DVB for Self-assembly Bionic Superhydrophobic Surface Coating and Study on Oil-water Separation显示文摘Mimicry of nature drives the development of bionic materials.Bionic superhydrophobic materials are a kind of high-efficiency materials to handle oil spills and water pollution.However,the stability of surface coatings of the superhydrophobic materials remains a challenge.Herein,a new category of self-assembly bionic superhydrophobic surface coating was prepared via one-step condensation/copolymerization of vinyltriethoxysilane(VTES)and divinylbenzene(DVB),which realized the close combination of covalent bonds between organic(e.g.DVB)and inorganic matter(e.g.VTES),and avoided the swelling of polydivinylbenzene(PDVB)in the process of collection of oil from water.This organic-inorganic hybrid polymer could self-assembly deposit on the surface of sponge even other substrates.For example,P(VTES-DVB)-Si0_(2)/MS obtained by assembling P(VTES-DVB)-Si0_(2)on the surface of Melamine Sponge(MS)exhibited superhydrophobicity with a Water Contact Angle(WCA)of 157.3,the optimal adsorption capacity of 77 g g 136 g g-1 for diverse oils,and an excellent separation efficiency of 99.3%.Besides,the excellent acid and alkali resistance of P(VTES-DVB)-Si0_(2)/MS suggested the potential value in practical oil-water separation.P(VTES-DVB)-Si0_(2)showed the outstanding hydrophobic performance by using as coating on different substrates.This work provided a new idea about the stable combination of organic and inorganic matter in the surface modification. | Ruilong Zhang Zhiping Zhou Yi Wang Xiaohui Dai Li Chen Jiangdong Dai | 2021 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,3: | 3 |

| 9 | miR-125b reverses cisplatin resistance by regulating autophagy via targeting RORA/BNIP3L axis in lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘The platinum-based chemotherapy is one of the most frequently used treatment protocols for lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD),and chemoresistance,however,usually results in treatment failure and limits its application in the clinic.It has been shown that microRNAs(miRNAs)play a significant role in tumor chemoresistance.In this study,miR-125b was identified as a specific cisplatin(DDP)-resistant gene in LUAD,as indicated by the bioinformatics analysis and the real-time quantitative PCR assay.The decreased serum level of miR-125b in LUAD patients was correlated with the poor treatment response rate and short survival time.MiR-125b decreased the A549/DDP proliferation,and the multiple drug resistance-and autophagy-related protein expression levels,which were all reversed by the inhibition of miR-125b.In addition,xenografts of human tumors in nude mice were suppressed by miR-125b,demonstrating that through autophagy regulation,miR-125b could reverse the DDP resistance in LUAD cells,both in vitro and in vivo.Further mechanistic studies indicated that miR-125b directly repressed the expression levels of RORA and its downstream BNIP3L,which in turn inhibited autophagy and reversed chemoresistance.Based on these findings,miR-125b in combination with DDP might be an effective treatment option to overcome DDP resistance in LUAD. | LEI LIU NA GUO XIANGLING LI QIAN XU RUILONG HE LIMIN CHENG CHUNYAN DANG XINYU BAI YIYING BAI XIN WANG QIANHUI CHEN LI ZHANG | 2024 | Oncology Research2024,32,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Real-time quantification of nuclear RNA export using an intracellular relocation probe显示文摘Nuclear RNA export into the cytoplasm is one of the key steps in protein expression to realize biological functions.Despite the broad availability of nucleic acid dyes,tracking and quantifying the highly dynamic process of RNA export in live cells is challenging.When dye-labeled RNA enters the cytoplasm,the dye molecules are released upon degradation of the RNA,allowing them to re-enter the cell nucleus.As a result,the ratio between the dye exported with RNA into the cytoplasm and the portion staying inside the nucleus cannot be determined.To address this common limitation,we report the design of a smart probe that can only check into the nucleus once.When adding to cells,this probe rapidly binds with nuclear RNAs in live cells and reacts with intrinsic H_(2)S.This reaction not only activates the fluorescence for RNA tracking but also changes the structure of probe and consequently its intracellular localization.After disassociating from exported RNAs in cytoplasm,the probe preferentially enters lysosomes rather than cell nucleus,enabling real-time quantitative measurement of nuclear RNA exports.Using this probe,we successfully evaluated the effects of hormones and cancer drugs on nuclear RNA export in live cells.Interestingly,we found that hormones inhibiting RNA exports can partially offset the effect of chemotherapy. | Jie Shen Juan Chen Dong Wang Zhengjie Liu Guangmei Han Bianhua Liu Mingyong Han Ruilong Zhang Guodong Liu Zhongping Zhang | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8: | 0 |
| 11 | Minimax entropy-based co-training for fault diagnosis of blast furnace显示文摘Due to the problems of few fault samples and large data fluctuations in the blast furnace(BF)ironmaking process,some transfer learning-based fault diagnosis methods are proposed.The vast majority of such methods perform distribution adaptation by reducing the distance between data distributions and applying a classifier to generate pseudo-labels for self-training.However,since the training data is dominated by labeled source domain data,such classifiers tend to be weak classifiers in the target domain.In addition,the features generated after domain adaptation are likely to be at the decision boundary,resulting in a loss of classification performance.Hence,we propose a novel method called minimax entropy-based co-training(MMEC)that adversarially optimizes a transferable fault diagnosis model for the BF.The structure of MMEC includes a dual-view feature extractor,followed by two classifiers that compute the feature's cosine similarity to representative vector of each class.Knowledge transfer is achieved by alternately increasing and decreasing the entropy of unlabeled target samples with the classifier and the feature extractor,respectively.Transfer BF fault diagnosis experiments show that our method improves accuracy by about 5%over state-of-the-art methods. | Dali Gao Chunjie Yang Bo Yang Yu Chen Ruilong Deng | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,59,7: | 0 |
