In order to design the preparation technics of porous ceramics with pyrophyllite reasonably we must know the classifications, characteristics, properties and applications of porous ceramics. The classification and characteristics of porous ceramics are reviewed in this article; and several common preparations with their advantages and disadvantages are also introduced. | 3 | Structural basis of the ultrasensitive calcium indicator GCaMP6显示文摘GCaMP is one of the most widely used calcium indicators in neuronal imaging and calcium cell biology.The newly developed GCaMP6 shows superior brightness and ultrasensitivity to calcium concentration change.In this study,we determined crystal structures of Ca2+-bound GCaMP6 monomer and dimer and presented detailed structural analyses in comparison with its parent version GCaMP5G.Our analyses reveal the structural basis for the outperformance of this newly developed Ca2+indicator.Three substitution mutations and the resulting changes of local structure and interaction explain the ultrasensitivity and increased fluorescence intensity common to all three versions of GCaMP6.Each particular substitution in the three GCaMP6 is also structurally consistent with their differential sensitivity and intensity,maximizing the potential of using GCaMP6 in solving diverse problems in neuronal research and calcium signaling.Our studies shall also be beneficial to further structure-guided optimization of GCaMP and facilitate the design of novel calcium indicators. | DING JingJin LUO Andrew F. | 5 | Design of Implant Prosthesis for Bone Injury Repair Considering Stress Shielding Effect显示文摘The failure of bone injury repair surgery is mostly due to the stress shielding effect caused by the difference of elastic modulus between the implant prosthesis and human bone,result-ing in a great damage to patients.To solve this problem,in this study,the influencing factors of the elastic modulus of implant prosthesis were investigated,the relationship between the elastic modulus of the implanted prosthesis and the influencing factors was analyzed,and then a design method of the implant prosthesis to reduce the stress shielding effect by adjusting the unit module to control the elastic modulus was established.This method was used for the biomechanical simula-tion to simulate the displacement and stress distribution between the implant prosthesis and the surrounding bone tissue,and then the reliability of the method was verified.The implant prosthe-sis with an elastic modulus consistent with that of the experimental dog bone was made by this method,and used for the animal experiments.The effects of implant prosthesis with different mod-ulus on the growth of surrounding bone tissue were observed,and at the same time,the reliability of the implant design method and the results of biomechanical simulation were verified.It is con-firmed that this method can effectively reduce the stress concentration of implant prosthesis by more than 15.4%and increase the growth of bone tissue by more than 21%. | Yixin Shao Ye Zhu Tianmin Guan Qi Hu Baozhong Wei Bing Lin Liyan Zhang Qian Cao | 2022 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2022,31,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Formation mechanism of tight sandstone gas in areas of low hydrocarbon generation intensity: A case study of the Upper Paleozoic in north Tianhuan depression in Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘The Upper Paleozoic in the north part of Tianhuan depression in the Ordos Basin,NW China has lower hydrocarbon generation intensity and complex gas-water relationship,the main factors controlling the formation of tight sandstone gas and the distribution of tight sandstone gas in the low hydrocarbon generation intensity area are studied.Through two-dimensional physical simulation experiment of hydrocarbon accumulation,analysis of reservoir micro-pore-throat hydrocarbon system and dissection of typical gas reservoirs,the evaluation models of gas injection pressure,reservoir physical property,and gas generation threshold were established to determine the features of tight gas reservoirs in low hydrocarbon intensity area:(1)at the burial depth of less than 3 000 m,the hydrocarbon generation intensity ofis high enough to maintain effective charging;(2)tight sandstone in large scale occurrence is conducive to accumulation of tight gas;(3)differences in reservoir physical property control the distribution of gas pool,for the channel sandstone reservoirs,ones with better physical properties generally concentrate in the middle of sandstone zone and local structural highs;ones with poor physical properties have low gas content generally.Based on the dissection of the gas reservoir in the north Tianhuan depression,the formation of tight gas reservoirs in low hydrocarbon generating intensity area are characterized by'long term continuous charging under hydrocarbon generation pressure,gas accumulation in large scale tight sandstone,pool control by difference in reservoir physical property,and local sweet spot',and the tight gas pools are distributed in discontinuous'sheets'on the plane.This understanding has been proved by expanding exploration of tight sandstone gas in the north Tianhuan depression. | ZHANG Fudong LI Jun WEI Guoqi LIU Xinshe GUO Jianying LI Jian FAN Liyong SHE Yuanqi GUAN Hui YANG Shen SHAO Liyan | 2018 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Molecular characterization and expression analysis of Patched 1 gene in the half-smooth tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)显示文摘The signaling molecule hedgehog(Hh) is essential for cellular signaling required for body pattern formation in embryonic and individual development in vertebrate and invertebrates.Patched 1(Ptc1),a receptor of Hh,mediates the activity of Hh by binging the Hh ligands.In this study,the Ptc1 of half-smooth tongue sole Cynoglossus semilaevis(CsPtc1) was cloned and characterized.The full-length of CsPtc1 cDNA is 5 212 nucleotides(nt),and encodes a protein with 1 543 amino acid residues.CsPtc1 shared many features with Ptc1 of other telesot species.Real-time quantitative PCR revealed CsPtc1 mRNA expressed in brain,liver,heart,gill,intestines,spleen,gonad and kidney,with expression level in testis significantly higher than in ovary.In testis,hybridization signals were mainly detected in primary spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes,and sertoli cells,while weak signals were found in oocytes.Correspondingly,the degree of methylation is higher in female than in male and pseudomale.Results indicate that CsPtc1 may be involved in Desert Hedgehog(DHH) maintenance of the male and pseudo-male germ line and spermatogenesis. | DONG Zhongdian QI Qian ZHANG Ning SHAO Changwei ZHANG Liyan WEN Haishen CHEN Songlin | 2016 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2016,35,6: | 0 |
| 8 | Polybenzoxazine/organosilicon composites with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss显示文摘The evolution of electronic communication technology raises higher requirements for low dielectric constant(low-k)materials.For this,a benzoxazine functional organosilicon(HP-aptes)with dense Si—O—Si crosslinking networks and large sterically hindered tert-butyl groups was prepared by the sol–gel method.Then,a series of polybenzoxazine composites(PPHP)were prepared from intrinsically low dielectric constant bis-functional benzoxazine monomer(P-aptmds)and HP-aptes.The double crosslinking networks of polybenzoxazine and organosilicon further increased the crosslinking density and decreased the dipole density of composites,which endowed the composites with enhanced low-k properties.When the content of HP-aptes is 30%(mass),the crosslinking density was 2.05×10^(-3)mol·cm^(-3),while that of PP-aptmds was 3.31×10^(-3)mol·cm^(-3).In addition,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of PPHP composite at 1 MHz could reach 2.61 and 0.0056,respectively. | Manlin Yuan Xin Lu Xiaoyun Ma Hao Lin Angui Lu Liyan Shao Zhong Xin | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,64,12: | 0 |
