1Discovery of Late Cretaceous foraminifera in the Songliao Basin: Evidence from SK-1 and implications for identifying seawater incursions显示文摘The Songliao Basin is the largest oil-bearing basin in China.In the absence of sufficient evidence,the possibility of seawater incursion(s) into the Songliao Basin remains controversial.Recently,we discovered relatively abundant foraminifera fossils from units 1 and 2 of the Nenjiang Formation of borehole SK-1.Benthic foraminifera (Gavlinella sp.,Anomalinoides sp.,Pullenia sp.,Haplophragmoides sp.,Karrorulina hokkaidoana,Clavulinoides sp.),as well as planktonic foraminifera (Archaeoglobigerina blowi,Archaeoglobigerina cretacea and Hedbergella flandrini),were identified.These fossils were widely distributed in the marine Cretaceous.According to the global distribution of the above-mentioned planktonic foraminifera,the age of these fossil bearing strata appears to be Late Coniacian to Santonian.More importantly,these foraminifera provide direct evidence for marine water incursions into the Songliao Basin during deposition of the Lower Nenjiang Formation.XI DangPeng WAN XiaoQiao FENG ZhiQiang LI Shun FENG ZiHui JIA JianZhong JING Xia SI WeiMin 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,3:21
2A semi-physical sediment yield model for estimation of suspended sediment in loess region显示文摘Sediment yield is a complex function of many environmental factors including climate,hydrology,vegetation,basin topography,soil types,and land cover.We present a new semi-physical watershed sediment yield model for the estimation of suspended sediment in loess region.This model is composed by three modules in slope,gully,and stream phases.For slope sediment yield,a balance equation is established based on the concept of hydraulic erosion capacity and soil erosion resistance capacity.According to the statistical analysis of watershed characteristics,we use an exponential curve to approximately describe the spatial variability of watershed soil erosion resistance capacity.In gully phase,the relationship between gully sediment concentration and flow velocity is established based on the Bagnold' stream power function.In the stream phase,we assume a linear dependence of the sediment volume in the reach on the weighted sediment input and output.The proposed sediment yield model is operated in conjunction with a conceptual hydrologic model,and is tested over 16 regions including testing grounds,and small,medium and large watersheds in the loess plateau region in the mid-reach of Yellow River.Our results indicate that the model is reasonable in structure and is able to provide a good simulation of sediment generation and transportation processes at both flood event scale and inter-annual time scale.The proposed model is generally applicable to the watersheds with soil texture similar to that of the loess plateau region in the Yellow River basin in China.Wei Si Weimin Bao Peng Jiang Liping Zhao Simin Qu 2017International Journal of Sediment Research2017,32,1:7

8In-situ growth of low-dimensional perovskite-based insular nanocrystals for highly efficient light emitting diodes显示文摘Regulation of perovskite growth plays a critical role in the development of high-performance optoelectronic devices.However,judicious control of the grain growth for perovskite light emitting diodes is elusive due to its multiple requirements in terms of morphology,composition,and defect.Herein,we demonstrate a supramolecular dynamic coordination strategy to regulate perovskite crystallization.The combined use of crown ether and sodium trifluoroacetate can coordinate with A site and B site cations in ABX_(3) perovskite,respectively.The formation of supramolecular structure retard perovskite nucleation,while the transformation of supramolecular intermediate structure enables the release of components for slow perovskite growth.This judicious control enables a segmented growth,inducing the growth of insular nanocrystal consist of low-dimensional structure.Light emitting diode based on this perovskite film eventually brings a peak external quantum efficiency up to 23.9%,ranking among the highest efficiency achieved.The homogeneous nano-island structure also enables high-efficiency large area(1 cm^(2))device up to 21.6%,and a record high value of 13.6%for highly semi-transparent ones.Hao Wang Weidong Xu Qi Wei Si Peng Yuequn Shang Xianyuan Jiang Danni Yu Kai Wang Ruihua Pu Chenxi Zhao Zihao Zang Hansheng Li Yile Zhang Ting Pan Zijian Peng Xiaoqin Shen Shengjie Ling Weimin Liu Feng Gao Zhijun Ning 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,3:0
9Application of a Parallel Adaptive Cuckoo Search Algorithm in the Rectangle Layout Problem显示文摘The meta-heuristic algorithm is a global probabilistic search algorithm for the iterative solution.It has good performance in global optimization fields such as maximization.In this paper,a new adaptive parameter strategy and a parallel communication strategy are proposed to further improve the Cuckoo Search(CS)algorithm.This strategy greatly improves the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm and strengthens the algorithm’s ability to jump out of the local optimal.This paper compares the optimization performance of Parallel Adaptive Cuckoo Search(PACS)with CS,Parallel Cuckoo Search(PCS),Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA),Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Differential Evolution(DE)and Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)algorithms by using the CEC-2013 test function.The results show that PACS algorithmoutperforms other algorithms in 20 of 28 test functions.Due to the superior performance of PACS algorithm,this paper uses it to solve the problem of the rectangular layout.Experimental results show that this scheme has a significant effect,and the material utilization rate is improved from89.5%to 97.8%after optimization.Weimin Zheng Mingchao Si Xiao Sui Shuchuan Chu Jengshyang Pan 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,6:0
