1Review of grain ref inement methods for as-cast microstructure of magnesium alloy显示文摘As the lightest structural metal,Mg and Mg-based alloys have great potential applications in the aerospace,automotive and nuclear industries.However,such applications have been limited by low ductility and strength.Theoretically,small grain sized structure can synchronously improve its ductility and strength.Yet,universally reliable grain ref inement techniques for the magnesium alloys are still under investigation and some are in strong debating.This paper presents a brief review of development of grain ref inement methods for magnesium alloys,which would contribute to a better understanding of the factors controlling grain ref inement and provide an outlook of future research in this fi eld.Song Changjiang Han Qingyou Zhai Qijie 2009China Foundry2009,6,2:6
2High-temperature phase transition behavior and magnetocaloric effect in a sub-rapidly solidified La–Fe–Si plate produced by centrifugal casting显示文摘A sub-rapidly solidified La Fe_(11.6)Si_(1.4)plate was fabricated directly from liquid by centrifugal casting method.The phase constitution,microstructure and magnetocaloric effect were investigated using backscatter scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and physical property measurement system.When the plate was annealed at 1373 K,1 phase was formed by a solid-state peritectoid reaction.A first-order magnetic phase transition occurred in the vicinity of188 K,and the effective refrigeration capacities reached 203.5 J/kg and 209.7 J/kg in plates annealed for1 h and 3 h,respectively,under a magnetic field change of 3 T.It is suggested that centrifugal casting may become a new approach to prepare high-performance La–Fe–Si magnetocaloric plates for practical applications,which could largely accelerate the formation of 1 phase during high-temperature heat-treatment process due to refined and homogeneous honeycombed microstructure.Zhishuai Xu Yuting Dai Yue Fang Zhiping Luo Ke Han Changjiang Song Qijie Zhai Hongxing Zheng 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,8:4
3Comprehensive evaluation of Actinidia arguta fruit based on the nutrition and taste:67 germplasm native to Northeast China显示文摘Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions of A.arguta were measured,and sensory attributes including olfactive intensity,juiciness,sweetness,sourness,and astringency were assessed.Cluster analysis was carried out based on mineral elements,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive score ranking.The result demonstrated that fruit weight ranged from 3.5 g to 24.2 g,SSC ranged from 11.94%to 20.56%,TAC ranged from 0.15%to 1.20%,and vitamin C ranged from 3.51 g/kg to 230.76 g/kg(fresh weight)among the tested samples.There were significant differences in sourness,sweetness,bitterness,and umami among the 67 accessions based on electronic tongue analysis,and this result was rapidly and objectively characterized by the sensory assessment.The dendrogram was obtained and clustered the accessions into two major clusters,and five principal components were extracted by PCA.Overall,the information provided by this study identified the 10 best germplasm resources for fresh-eating and processing fruits.It can provide theoretical reference for nutritional efficacy evaluation and food development of A.arguta.Mengting Song Heran Xu Guang Xin Changjiang Liu Xiaorong Sun Yinhong Zhi Bin Li Yixiao Shen 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2:3

11Multi-parametric geochemical survey on evaluation of hydrocarbon potential of trap structure in a desert area: A case of TD-2 structure in the Tarim Basin, China显示文摘TD-2 structure is located in the eastern part of the Central Uplift zone of the Tarim Basin, China. It is a basement-uplift anticline-type structure confirmed by seismic and gravity prospecting, and it is expected to have good potential for oil and gas according to the analysis of regional geological evolution history. But further exploration such as drilling is suspended because of lacking direct geochemical information. Therefore, multi-parametric geochemical surveys, such as free hydrocarbons (C1-C5), acid hydrocarbons (C1-C5) and ?C, Hg of soil, were conducted. It is concluded in this paper that free hydrocarbons are obviously better than other geochemical parameters and could be used for evaluation of oil and gas potential of TD-2 structure in the desert area. Shapes of near-surface geochemical anomalies and geochemical characteristic parameters suggested that TD-2 structure was a dry gas-bearing structure at the early-middle dissipation stage. So TD-2 structure should have some promising potential for oil-gas. 20Crystallographic texture evolution and martensite transformation in the strain hardening process of a ferrite-based low density steel显示文摘The strain-induced martensite transformation is of great importance in the strain hardening process of ferrite based low-density steel.Based on the microstructure analysis,the texture evolution and martensite transformation behavior in the strain hardening process were studied.The results show that martensite transformation accompanied by TWIP effect and high density dislocations maintains the continuous hardening stage.As the strain increases,the texture of retained austenite evolves towards the F orientation{111}<112>,which is not conducive to martensite transformation.After the strain of 5%,the number of austenite grains with high Schmid factor orientations is gradually increased,and then significantly reduced when the strain is over 10%due to the occurrence of martensitic transformation,which results in a high martensitic transformation rate.However,the unfavorable orientation and the reduced grain size of austenite slow down the martensite transformation at the final hardening stage.Moreover,because of the coordination deformation of austenite grains,strain preferentially spreads between adjacent austenite grains.Consequently,the martensite transformation rate in strain hardening process is dependent on the orientation and grain size evolution of austenite,leading to a differential contribution to each strain hardening stage.Mingxiang Liu Changjiang Song Zhenshan Cui 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19:0
