| 1 | Hydrogen peroxide-induced changes in intracellular pH of guard cells precede stomatal closure显示文摘Epidermal bioassay demonstrated that benzylamine, a membrane-permeable weak base, can mimick hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to induce stomatal closure, and butyric acid, a membrane-permeable weak acid, can partly abolish the H2O2-induced stomatal closure. Confocal pH mapping with the probe 5-(and-6)- carboxy seminaphthorhodafluor- 1 - acetoxymethylester (SNARF-1-AM) revealed that H2O2 leads to rapid changes in cytoplasmic and vacuolar pH in guard cells of Viola faba L, i. e. alkalinization of cytoplasmic areas occur red in parallel with a decrease of the vacuolar pH, and that butyric acid pretreatment can abolish alkalinization of cytoplasmic areas and acidification of vacuolar areas of guard cells challenged with H2O2. The disturbance model is unknown and the first derivative of disturbance is bounded. Firstly, a general disturbance observer is proposed to estimate disturbance approximatively. Secondly, since the bound of the disturbance observer error is unknown, an adaptive sliding mode controller is designed to guarantee that the state of system asymptotically converges to zero and the unknown bound can be adjusted by an adaptive law. | 5 | MAP kinase specifically mediates the ABA-induced H_2O_2 generation in guard cells of Vicia faba L.显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase is involved in ABA- or H2O2-signaling, and H2O2 acts as inter-mediate in the downstream of ABA signal transduction pathway, which has recently emerged as a secondary mes-senger of ABA signaling. Using an epidermal strip bioassay and laser scanning confocal microscope, we provided the first evidence that MAP kinase plays an important role in H2O2 signal initial, amplification and specific targeting in response to stimuli in guard cells. ABA- or H2O2-induced Vicia faba stomatal closure was inhibited or reversed by the specific inhibitor PD98059 of MEK1/2; the guard cells were pre-incubated or -microinjected by 10 mmol·L-1 PD98059, ABA could not enhance the fluorescence intensity of H2O2 probe dichlorofluorescein (DCF). Meanwhile, after ABA induced the H2O2 accumulation in guard cells, the exogenous or intracellular PD98059 could reduce the DCF fluorescence intensity. Most interestingly, on the contrary to ABA, the DCF fluorescence intensity of guard cells treated by 100 mmol·L-1 salicylic acid (SA) was not down-regulated by PD98059, yet PD98059 did not regulate the stomatal move-ment being induced by light, dark or salicylic acid. | 7 | Melt-spun Al_(70-X)Si_(30)Mn_X (X=0,3,5,7,10) anode in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Al70-XSi30MnX (X=0, 3, 5, 7, 10, mol%) ribbons were prepared by melt spinning. A supersaturated solid solution of Si and Mn in fcc Al and some microstructures consisting of nano grains were obtained. Some alloys with nano-sized grains exhibited high discharge capacities and favorable cycle properties. The capacity of more than 400 mAh/g could be obtained in melt-spun Al67Si30Mn3 alloy after 20 cycles and more than 300 mAh/g after 40 cycles. Li/Si and Li/Al compounds in the anodes of pure Al and pure Si were not detected in Al-Si-Mn alloys inserted by Li. It is considered that the formation of the supersaturated solid solution and refinement of microstructures have prevented the alloys from the forming the compounds with superfluous Li. | 8 | Energy and Protein Requirements for 0-to 4-Week-Age Gushi Chicks显示文摘In this experiment, 540 male and female chicks of 1-day-age were selected respectively and reared separately. 3 × 3 factorial experiment was designed. Gushi chicks were fed with nine diets under different metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP). Effects of different diets on the performances and carcass ingredients of 0-to 4-week-age Gushi chicks were studied by rearing, comparative slaughter and metabolism experiments. Based on the results of three experiments, ME intake per kilogram metabolic weight was regarded as dependent variable (Y), and its corresponding net energy (NE) deposition per kilogram metabolic weight was regarded as independent variable (X), respectively. Lineal regressive analysis was made according to the mathematic model: Y=a+bX. Maintenance ME(MEm) and the converted coefficient from net energy for gain(NEg) to ME for gain(MEg) were found out, then ME requirement was divided into MErm+ MEg,which is ME = 359.14 W0.75 + 10.47/△W; CP intake and corresponding metabolic weight were regarded as dependent variable and independent variable respectively, and then regressive analysis was made. The result was CP = 0. 57 + 8.21 W0.75. The rational change in the quantity of cultivated land will be propitious to ecological security and sustainable development, and irrational change will deteriorate ecological environment. The concept of cultivated land quantity niche regulation was firstly put forward based on niche theory and the action-feedback mechanism between cultivated land quantity niche and cultivated land benefit niche. Then, the regulation measures of cultivated land quantity niche were brought forward in rural-urban area, agro-forest area and consolidation-reclamation-exploitation area. Finally, the ecological environmental effect after regulation was analyzed. The results show that different measures should be taken to regulate cultivated land quantity niche in different areas. The economic and social benefit niche of cultivated land should be promoted to regulate cultivated land quantity niche in rural-urban area and consolidation-reclamation-exploitation area. The social benefit niche of cultivated land should be reduced in agro-forest area.
