1Processes of initial collision and suturing between India and Asia显示文摘The initial collision between Indian and Asian continents marked the starting point for transformation of land-sea thermal contrast,uplift of the Tibet-Himalaya orogen,and climate change in Asia.In this paper,we review the published literatures from the past 30 years in order to draw consensus on the processes of initial collision and suturing that took place between the Indian and Asian plates.Following a comparison of the different methods that have been used to constrain the initial timing of collision,we propose that the tectono-sedimentary response in the peripheral foreland basin provides the most sensitive index of this event,and that paleomagnetism presents independent evidence as an alternative,reliable,and quantitative research method.In contrast to previous studies that have suggested collision between India and Asia started in Pakistan between ca.55 Ma and50 Ma and progressively closed eastwards,more recent researches have indicated that this major event first occurred in the center of the Yarlung Tsangpo suture zone(YTSZ) between ca.65 Ma and 63 Ma and then spreading both eastwards and westwards.While continental collision is a complicated process,including the processes of deformation,sedimentation,metamorphism,and magmatism,different researchers have tended to define the nature of this event based on their own understanding,an intuitive bias that has meant that its initial timing has remained controversial for decades.Here,we recommend the use of reconstructions of each geological event within the orogenic evolution sequence as this will allow interpretation of collision timing on the basis of multidisciplinary methods.DING Lin Satybaev MAKSATBEK CAI FuLong WANG HouQi SONG PeiPing JI WeiQiang XU Qiang ZHANG LiYun Qasim MUHAMMAD Baral UPENDRA 2017Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4:23
2Study on the photosynthetic performances of Enteromorpha prolifera collected from the surface and bottom of the sea of Qingdao sea area显示文摘In this work, the photosynthetic performances of Enteromorpha prolifera thalli collected from the sur- face and bottom of the sea of Qingdao sea area were studied with chlorophyll fluorescence and oxy- graph technology. The samples with the highest photosynthetic activity among their kinds, the floating thalli from the sea surface of the south of the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and the sedimentary thalli from the mud surface of the bottom Tuandao bay, were chosen as representatives of surface thalli and bottom thalli, respectively. The results showed that the maximal PSII quantum yield of the floating thalli was significantly lower than the normal level although their photosynthetic activities were relatively high; the photosynthetic potential of the thalli form the mud surface was extremely low. Thus, it is indicated that the floating thalli are seriously stressed by their environment and the thalli from the mud surface are already dead or are dying. On the other hand, the results of the laboratory cultivation showed that the sedimentary thalli cannot regain normal photosynthetic activity even under normal illumination condi- tions. Thus, the thalli from the mud surface cannot become reproductive source of the alga even if they can reach sea surface again. 3Promoting effect of microwave irradiation on CeO2-TiO2 catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH3显示文摘In this work we prepared several CeO2-TiO2 catalysts for the NH3-SCR reactionusing co-precipitation with assistance of microwave irradiation.The catalytic NH3-SCR activities over CeO2-TiO2 catalysts at low temperatures are largely enhanced by the treatment of microwave irradiation,the operation temperature window is also broadened.For better understanding the promotion mechanism,the catalyst prepared by conventional co-precipitation with and without microwave irradiation treatment was characterized with H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,XRD and BET.Microwave irradiation treatment accelerates the crystallite rate of CeO2-TiO2 catalysts,and greatly enlarges their surface area by adjusting their microstructures.The resistance to SO2 and H2O is also improved via regulating the hierarchical pore structure by the microwave irradiation.Microwave irradiation treatment can also improve the redox property and increase the acid sites over the catalyst surfaces.The result of in situ DRIFTS suggests that the microwave irradiation treatment generates more Br?nsted acid sites on CeO2-TiO2-2 h catalyst,helpful in SCR reactions.XPS results show that after microwave irradiation on the CeO2-TiO2 catalysts,the surface demonstrates an elevated concentration of chemisorbed oxygen,consequently leading to better oxidation of NO to NO2.Additionally,the molar ratio of Ce3+/Ce4+has been elevated after being treated by microwave irradiation,a vital factor in enhancing the NH3-SCR activities.Jie Cheng Liyun Song Rui Wu Shining Li Yanming Sun Hongtai Zhu Wenge Qiu Hong He 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:11
4Effects of lanthanum on the growth and essential oil components of lavender under osmotic stress显示文摘The effects of lanthanum on growth, soluble sugar content, essential oil contents and quality were studied in lavender plant(Lavandula Angustifolia Mill, Variety 701) under osmotic stress by means of PEG-6000 solution. The results show that osmotic stress could reduce the growth rate of lavender, and increase the content of SSC(soluble sugar concentration) to some extent. Compared with control group,the contents of essential oil in flowers and leaves respectively increase by 45.6% and 48.3% in the osmotic stress group induced by 15% PEG-6000. However, the presence of lanthanum can make the contents of essential oil in the flowers and leaves of stressed lavender plants enhance by 19.4% and 18.6%, respectively. Under osmotic stress, the relative contents of four kinds of lavender essential oil compositions of camphor, linalool, linalyl acetate and lavandulol acetate in the lavender flowers were successively 22.63%,0.61%,25.46%,7.03%,and 20.17%,0.62%,20.72%,10.80%,respectively in the presence and absence of lanthanum. The contents of all four main components of lavender essential oils meet the requirements of the national standard under osmotic stress in the presence of lanthanum. However, in the absence of lanthanum, the contents of linalyl acetate and lavandulol acetate does not meet the requirements of the national standard under osmotic stress. Moreover, the contents of five components of borneol, camphor,eudesmol, caryophyllene oxide and bicyclic sesquiphellandrene from the essential oil of lavender leaves are 12.89%, 3.84%, 8.76%, 11.30% and 8.10%, respectively. The total content of above five components accounts for 44.89% of the essential oil of the lavender leaves. Particularly, the borneol content in leaf essential oil is up to 12.89%. It is 125.2 times the amount of borneol in the flower essential oil. 7Phenotypic identification of peanut germplasm for resistance to southern stem rot显示文摘Southern stem rot,caused by Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.,is a destructive soil fungal disease of peanut in China and other countries.To evaluate resistant germplasm,a total of 256 peanut accessions were investigated on their resistance to southern stem rot in 3 environments by artificial inoculation.Variance analysis indicated that disease index was significantly influenced by environment,genotype and genotypeenvironment interactions.Peanut accessions of var.vulgaris type exhibited higher resistance to southern stem rot.Disease index was significantly negatively correlated with linoleic acid content,while positively correlated with oleic acid content.Six resistant accessions were identified,including Hua 28,Shandongzai,ICG 6326,Quanhua 7,Quanhua 9 and Guihua 836,with their disease indexes under 40 and mortality were less than 30%in the three environments.The identified resistant accessions showed the great potential to be applied in resistant peanut breeding,and would be good genetic resources for enhancing the resistance to southern stem rot.Pengmin Fan Wanduo Song Yanping Kang Liyun Wan Yong Lei Dongxin Huai Yuning Chen Xin Wang Huifang Jiang Liying Yan Boshou Liao 2020Oil Crop Science2020,5,4:3

9Effects of synthesis methods on the performance of Pt + Rh/Ce_(0.6)Zr_(0.4)O_2 three-way catalysts显示文摘The 0.7 wt% Pt + 0.3 wt% Rh/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 catalysts were fabricated via different methods, including ultrasonic-assisted membrane reduction(UAMR) co-precipitation, UAMR separation precipitation, co-impregnation, and sequential impregnation. The catalysts were physico-chemically characterized by N2 adsorption, XRD, TEM, and H2-TPR techniques, and evaluated for three-way catalytic activities with simulated automobile exhaust. UAMR co-precipitation- and UAMR separation precipitationprepared catalysts exhibited a high surface area and metal dispersion, wide λ window and excellent conversion for NOx reduction under lean conditions. Both fresh and aged catalysts from UAMRprecipitation showed the high surface areas of ca. 60–67 m2/g and 18–22 m2/g, respectively, high metal dispersion of 41%–55%, and small active particle diameters of 2.1–2.7 nm. When these catalysts were aged, the catalysts prepared by the UAMR method exhibited a wider working window(Δλ = 0.284–0.287) than impregnated ones(Δλ = 0.065–0.115) as well as excellent three-way catalytic performance, and showed lower T50(169.C) and T90(195.C) for NO reduction than the aged catalysts from impregnation processes, which were at 265 and 309.C, respectively. This implied that the UAMR-separation precipitation has important potential for industrial applications to improve catalytic performance and thermal stability. 10The protective effect and crucial biological pathways analysis of Trametes lactinea mycelium polysaccharides on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice based on transcriptomics and metabonomics显示文摘Trametes lactinea mycelia polysaccharides(TLMPS)have a wide range of bioactivities.The potential mechanisms of action of TLMPS against acute alcohol-induced liver injury in vivo were investigated by analyzing the physical and chemical properties of TLMPS and its protective effects on a mouse model of alcoholic liver injury.TLMPS protected the liver against alcohol-induced injury,as evidenced by the reduced alcohol-induced elevation of the liver index,serum biochemical indices,and maintenance of hepatic morphology.Potential mechanisms were analyzed using transcriptome and metabolome analyses.The transcriptome data revealed the involvement of many differentially expressed genes in chemical carcinogenesis,drug metabolism,and metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450.The metabolome analysis revealed that TLMPS significantly regulated specific metabolites in the liver,including organic acids,lipids,nucleosides,and organic oxygen compounds.KEGG enrichment analysis revealed the signifi cant involvement of different metabolites in choline metabolism,ATP-binding cassette transporters,and glycerophospholipid metabolism.Assessment of the changes in gene expression and metabolites revealed the significantly different expression of several genes encoding key enzymes and metabolites in choline metabolism pathway.The collective fi ndings confi rmed that choline metabolism plays an important role in the protective effects of TLMPS against acute alcoholic liver injury.Jinbin Hao Liyun Ye Guoliang Meng Yanjiao Song Junsheng Fu Xiaoping Wu 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,4:2
11Direct detection of a single[4Fe-4S]cluster in a tungsten-containing enzyme:Electrochemical conversion of CO_(2) into formate by formate dehydrogenase显示文摘The conversion of CO_(2) into fuels and valuable chemicals is one of the central topics to combat climate change and meet the growing demand for renewable energy.Herein,we show that the formate dehydrogenase from Clostridium ljungdahlii(ClFDH)adsorbed on electrodes displays clear characteristic voltammetric signals that can be assigned to the reduction and oxidation potential of the[4Fe-4S]^(2+/+)cluster under nonturnover conditions.Upon adding substrates,the signals transform into a specific redox center that engages in catalytic electron transport.ClFDH catalyzes rapid and efficient reversible interconversion between CO_(2) and formate in the presence of substrates.The turnover frequency of electrochemical CO_(2) reduction is determined as 1210 s^(-1) at 25℃ and pH 7.0,which can be further enhanced up to 1786 s^(-1) at 50℃.The Faradaic efficiency at−0.6 V(vs.standard hydrogen electrode)is recorded as 99.3%in a 2-h reaction.Inhibition experiments and theoretical modeling disclose interesting pathways for CO_(2) entry,formate exit,and OCN−competition,suggesting an oxidation-state-dependent binding mechanism of catalysis.Our results provide a different perspective for understanding the catalytic mechanism of FDH and original insights into the design of synthetic catalysts.Wenjin Li Yanxin Gao Xuan Sun Lei Wan Haishuo Ji Hang Luo Yao Tian Hao Song Geng Wu Liyun Zhang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,5:2

13Analysis of Lymph Node Metastases of 1,526 Cases with Thoracic Esophageal and Cardiac Carcinomas: A Random Sampling Report froni the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 1996 to 2004显示文摘OBJECTIVE To summarize the regular pattern and state oflymph node metastasis of patients with esophageal and cardiaccarcinomas,so as to analyze factors influencing lymph nodemetastasis.METHODS Clinical data collected from 1,526 thoracicesophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients who were admitted inthe Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University during a periodfrom January 1996 to December 2004,were randomly selectedand an Access Database of the patient's information was set up.Eight clinico-pathologic factors,including the patient's age,tumorlocation and size,pathological classification,the depth of tumorinvasion,vascular tumor embolus (VTE),the state of surroundingorgan encroachment and the status of tumor residues,wereidentified.A correlation between these factors and metastases wasstatistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 software.RESULTS Lymph node metastatic sites from esophagealcarcinomas included the thoracic and abdominal cavity.Lymphnode metastasis from the superior esophageal carcinomasmainly occurred in the neck and thoracic cavity.There was atwo-way lymph node metastasis in the patients with the middleesophageal carcinoma.The inferior esophageal carcinomas mainlymetastasized to the paraesophageal,paragastric cardia,and leftgastric artery lymph nodes.The rate and degree of the metastasisfrom the inferior esophageal carcinomas were significantly highercompared to those of the superior and the middle esophagealcarcinomas (P<0.0125).The degree of abdominal lymph node metastasis fromcarcinomas of the gastric cardia was significantly higher comparedwith that of esophageal carcinomas.In the group with carcinomaof the gastric cardia,the rate and degree of the lymph nodemetastases in the paragastric cardia and left gastric artery weresignificantly higher compared to the group with esophagealcarcinoma (P<0.05).Paraesophageal lymph node metastasis fromcarcinomas of the gastric cardia in the thoracic cavity frequentlyoccurred,too,and the degree of the metastasis was similar to thatof esophageal carcinoma.There was no significant difference inthe rate and degree of the paraesophageal lymph-node metastasisbetween the group with carcinoma of the gastric cardia comparedto those with esophageal carcinoma (P>0.05).Multifactoriallogistic regression analysis showed that the tumor size,depth oftumor encroachment,VTE,and tumor residues could all bringabout obvious impact on lymph-node metastases (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Lymph node metastasis from superioresophageal carcinomas mainly occurs in the neck and thoraciccavity.The middle esophageal carcinomas presented a two-waylymph-node metastasis (both the upwards and the downwards),and the lymph node metastasis from inferior esophagealcarcinomas mainly occurred in the thoracic and abdominal cavities.The metastases of carcinoma of the gastriccardia were most commonly found in the abdominalcavity,with frequent paraesophageal lymph-nodemetastasis.The sufficient attention should be paidto neck lymph node clearance in cases of esophagealcarcinoma.What is of the greatest concern is theclearance of the left gastric artery lymph nodes,andalso in cases of gastric cardia carcinoma,clearance,the paraesophageal lymph nodes.With an increasein the tumor size and depth of tumor encroachment,and occurrence of VTE and tumor residual cells,therisk of lymph node metastasis is significantly raised (P<0.05).Wei Liu Xishan Hao Yong Chen Haixin Li Shijie Wang Peizhong Wang Hng Jin Liyun Guan Qian Fan Linan Song Yumin Ping Xianli Meng Rui Wang Junfeng Liu Xiaoling Wang 2008Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology2008,5,6:1

15Advances of manganese-oxides-based catalysts for indoor formaldehyde removal显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO)has been identified as one of the most common indoor pollutions nowadays.Manganese oxides(MnO_(x))are considered to be a promising catalytic material used in indoor HCHO oxidation removal due to their high catalytic activity,low-cost,and environmentally friendly.In this paper,the progress in developing MnO_(x)-based catalysts for HCHO removal is comprehensively reviewed for exploring the mechanisms of catalytic oxidation and catalytic deactivation.The catalytic oxidation mechanisms based on three typical theory models(Mars-van-Krevelen,Eley-Rideal and Langmuir-Hinshelwood)are discussed and summarized.Furthermore,the research status of catalytic deactivation,catalysts’regeneration and integrated application of MnO_(x)-based catalysts for indoor HCHO removal are detailed in the review.Finally,the technical challenges in developing MnO_(x)-based catalysts for indoor HCHO removal are analyzed and the possible research direction is also proposed for overcoming the challenges toward practical application of such catalysts.Jiayu Zheng Wenkang Zhao Liyun Song Hao Wang Hui Yan Ge Chen Changbao Han Jiujun Zhang 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,3:0
16Analysis of Clinicopathologic Features of Esophageal Carcinoma Patients Undergoing Surgery-a Report of 4,329 Cases显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinicopathological features of esophageal carcinoma(EC)patients,and to analyze epidemiologic characteristics and the current situation of esophageal cancioma in the southern area of Hebei Province. METHODS A total of 4329 patients with esophageal cancinoma, undergoing surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University during a period from January 1996 to December 2005, were selected.Collection and statistical analysis of the pathologic data were performed using a SAS 6.0 so ware package. RESULTS Over the past ten years,there has been a tendency for an increase in the mean age of EC onset(P<0.05),a downtrend in the percentage of squamous cancer(SqCa)(P<0.05)and an uptrend in the frequency of small cell carcinoma(P<0.05).In clinical stages,there was a drop in the percentage of Stage-II squamous EC patients(P<0.05),and an increase in that of Stage- IV patients(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in sex,age, pathologic types,depth of infiltration,ratio of stages and lymph node metastasis,etc.among the superior,middle and inferior segments of the EC diseased region(P<0.05). 18In-situ DRIFT assessment on strengthening effect of cerium over FeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) with NH_(3)显示文摘Fe-based catalysts have a great potential to be used for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO_(x)with NH3 reaction due to their low cost,nontoxicity and excellent catalytic activity.The aim of this paper is to investigate Ce doping effect on activity of NH_(3)-SCR over the FeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst.In-situ diffuse reflectance infrared fourier transform(DRIFT)technology was utilized to verity the adsorbed species on the surface of FeO_(x)/TiO_(2)and FeO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)catalysts.With respect to the obtained results,among the four catalysts studied,the FeO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)with the FeO_(x)/CeO_(2)ratio of 3/8 shows the best NO conversion more than 98%in the temperature range of 230—350℃,The active centers for NH_(3)adsorption and activation are assigned to Lewis acid sites over the FeO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)and monodentate nitrates can act as the key intermediate in the NH3-SCR.Moreover,both of Langmuir-Hinshelwood and Eley-Rideal mechanisms are observed over the FeO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)catalysts in the SCR.Hossein Chitsazi Ningqiang Zhang Lingcong Li Xiaojun Liu Rui Wu Junda He Liyun Song Hong He 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:0

20Transcriptome Analysis and Genes Function Verification of Root Development of Paeonia suffruticosa under Sandy Loam Cultivation显示文摘Relatively poor in vitro rooting has limited the large-scale commercial production of tree peony.In this study,on the basis of transcriptome sequencing,differentially expressed genes and the associated metabolic pathways were identified in tree peony roots at different stages of root formation under sandy loam cultivation.A total of 31.63 Gb raw data were generated and 120,188 unigenes(mean length of 911.98 bp)were annotated according to six databases(NR,NT,GO,KEGG,COG,and Swiss-Prot).Analyses of the ungerminated root primordium period,induced root primordium period,and root formation period detected 8,232,6,907,and 10,687 differentially expressed genes related to 133,132,and 133 metabolic pathways,respectively.Two significantly differentially expressed genes(Unigene13430_All and CL10096.Contig1_All)were associated with the auxin pathway.The full-length Unigene13430_All coding sequence(843 bp)encoded 280 amino acids,whereas the full-length CL10096.Contig1_All coding sequence(1,470 bp)encoded 489 amino acids.Unigene13430_All and CL10096.Contig1_All were identified as IAA gene family members and were respectively named PsIAA27 and PsARF19.The qRT-PCR analysis and functional verification indicated that the expressions of PsARF19 and PsIAA27 in tree peony seedlings,cuttings and grafted seedlings were significant different.PsARF19 promoted root development,it might be a regulatory gene related to the formation of tree peony roots,while PsIAA27 inhibited lateral root development,and it might be involved in controlling auxin sensitivity during root formation.The results of this study may form the basis of future investigations on the mechanism mediating peony root formation.The transcriptome data will be an excellent resource for researchers interested in characterizing the rooting-related tree peony genes.Yinglong Song Wenqian Shang Zheng Wang Songlin He Xinya Meng Liyun Shi Yuxiao Shen Dan He Xueyuan Lou Yuke Sun 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,12:0
