| 1 | 血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂减低大鼠体内脂肪显示文摘目的:探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂-Candesratan对大鼠脂肪细胞形态和功能的影响。方法:20只雄性W istarKyoto大鼠分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以口服Candesartan(10 mg.kg-1.d-1)和安慰剂,每周监测摄食量和体重变化。17周后处死大鼠,收集附睾和肾周围脂肪组织并称重;同时分离附睾脂肪细胞,测量细胞直径,抽提并测定脂肪组织甘油三酯;测定血浆生化、胰岛素、瘦素和脂联素;通过RT-PCR测定附睾脂肪瘦素、脂联素和前脂肪细胞因子-1mRNA基因表达。结果:Candesartan治疗组大鼠体重和体内脂肪含量较对照组明显减低,附睾脂肪细胞缩小,细胞构成升高,但总细胞数无明显表化;两组间血糖和胰岛素无显著差异,治疗组血瘦素水平和脂肪组织瘦素mRNA表达均降低,而血脂联素水平升高、脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达增加,前脂肪细胞因子-1mRNA表达则无变化。结论:血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂使脂肪细胞缩小,从而减少脂肪组织含量,同时增加脂联素的合成和分泌。 | 窦京涛 Steve Zorad Juan M Saavedra | 2006 | 军医进修学院学报2006，27，1： | 8 |
| 2 | Role of microbial dysbiosis in the pathogenesis of esophageal mucosal disease:A paradigm shift from acid to bacteria?显示文摘Genomic sequencing,bioinformatics,and initial speciation(e.g.,relative abundance)of the commensal microbiome have revolutionized the way we think about the“human”body in health and disease.The interactions between the gut bacteria and the immune system of the host play a key role in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal diseases,including those impacting the esophagus.Although relatively stable,there are a number of factors that may disrupt the delicate balance between the luminal esophageal microbiome(EM)and the host.These changes are thought to be a product of age,diet,antibiotic and other medication use,oral hygiene,smoking,and/or expression of antibiotic products(bacteriocins)by other flora.These effects may lead to persistent dysbiosis which in turn increases the risk of local inflammation,systemic inflammation,and ultimately disease progression.Research has suggested that the etiology of gastroesophageal reflux disease-related esophagitis includes a cytokine-mediated inflammatory component and is,therefore,not merely the result of esophageal mucosal exposure to corrosives(i.e.,acid).Emerging evidence also suggests that the EM plays a major role in the pathogenesis of disease by inciting an immunogenic response which ultimately propagates the inflammatory cascade.Here,we discuss the potential role for manipulating the EM as a therapeutic option for treating the root cause of various esophageal disease rather than just providing symptomatic relief(i.e.,acid suppression). | Steve M D'Souza Kevin Houston Lauren Keenan Byung Soo Yoo Parth J Parekh David A Johnson | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，18： | 8 |
| 3 | Shift current bulk photovoltaic effect in polar materials—hybrid and oxide perovskites and beyond显示文摘The bulk photovoltaic effect(BPVE)refers to the generation of a steady photocurrent and above-bandgap photovoltage in a single-phase homogeneous material lacking inversion symmetry.The mechanism of BPVE is decidedly different from the typical p-n junction-based photovoltaic mechanism in heterogeneous materials.Recently,there has been renewed interest in ferroelectric materials for solar energy conversion,inspired by the discovery of above-bandgap photovoltages in ferroelectrics,the invention of low bandgap ferroelectric materials and the rapidly improving power conversion efficiency of metal halide perovskites.However,as long as the nature of the BPVE and its dependence on composition and structure remain poorly understood,materials engineering and the realisation of its true potential will be hampered.In this review article,we survey the history,development and recent progress in understanding the mechanisms of BPVE,with a focus on the shift current mechanism,an intrinsic BPVE that is universal to all materials lacking inversion symmetry.In addition to explaining the theory of shift current,materials design opportunities and challenges will be discussed for future applications of the BPVE. | Liang Z Tan Fan Zheng Steve M Young Fenggong Wang Shi Liu Andrew M Rappe | 2016 | npj Computational Materials2016，，1： | 4 |
