| 3 | Shale oil enrichment evaluation and production law in Gulong Sag,Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘Based on the results of drilling,tests and simulation experiments,the shales of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Gulong Sag of the Songliao Basin are discussed with respect to hydrocarbon generation evolution,shale oil occurrence,and pore/fracture evolution mechanism.In conjunction with a substantial amount of oil testing and production data,the Gulong shale oil enrichment layers are evaluated and the production behaviors and decline law are analyzed.The results are drawn in four aspects.First,the Gulong shales are in the stage of extensive hydrocarbon expulsion when R_(0) is 1.0%-1.2%,with the peak hydrocarbon expulsion efficiency of 49.5%approximately.In the low-medium maturity stage,shale oil migrates from kerogen to rocks and organic pores/fractures.In the medium-high maturity stage,shale oil transforms from adsorbed state to free state.Second,the clay mineral intergranular pores/fractures,dissolution pores,and organic pores make up the majority of the pore structure.During the transformation,clay minerals undergo significant intergranular pore/fracture development between the minerals such as illite and illite/smectite mixed layer.A network of pores/fractures is formed by organic matter cracking.Third,free hydrocarbon content,effective porosity,total porosity,and brittle mineral content are the core indicators for the evaluation of shale oil enrichment layers.Class-I layers are defined as free hydrocarbon content equal or greater than 6.0 mg/g,effective porosity equal or greater than 3.5%,total porosity equal or greater than 8.0%,and brittle mineral content equal or greater than 50%.It is believed that the favourable oil layers are Q2-Q3 and Q8-Q9.Fourth,the horizontal wells in the core area of the light oil zone exhibit a high cumulative production in the first year,and present a hyperbolic production decline pattern,with the decline index of 0.85-0.95,the first-year decline rate of 14.5%-26.5%,and the single-well estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)greater than 2.0×10^(4)t.In practical exploration and production,more efforts will be devoted to the clarification of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion mechanisms,accurate testing of porosity and hydrocarbon content/phase of shale under formation conditions,precise delineation of the boundary of enrichment area,relationship between mechanical properties and stimulated reservoir volume,and enhanced oil recovery,in order to improve the EUR and achieve a large-scale,efficient development of shale oil. | SUN Longde CUI Baowen ZHU Rukai WANG Rui FENG Zihui LI Binhui ZHANG Jingya GAO Bo WANG Qingzhen ZENG Huasen LIAO Yuanhui JIANG Hangl | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3: | 1 |

| 6 | RIN enhances plant disease resistance via root exudate-mediated assembly of diseasesuppressive rhizosphere microbiota显示文摘The RIPENING-INHIBITOR(RIN)transcriptional factor is a key regulator governing fruit ripening.While RIN also affects other physiological processes,its potential roles in triggering interactions with the rhizosphere microbiome and plant health are unknown.Here we show that RIN affects microbiome-mediated disease resistance via root exudation,leading to recruitment of microbiota that suppress the soil-borne,phytopathogenic Ralstonia solanacearum bacterium.Compared with the wild-type(WT)plant,RIN mutants had different root exudate profiles,which were associated with distinct changes in microbiome composition and diversity.Specifically,the relative abundances of antibiosis-associated genes and pathogensuppressing Actinobacteria(Streptomyces)were clearly lower in the rhizosphere of rin mutants.The composition,diversity,and suppressiveness of rin plant microbiomes could be restored by the application of 3-hydroxyflavone and riboflavin,which were exuded in much lower concentrations by the rin mutant.Interestingly,RIN-mediated effects on root exudates,Actinobacteria,and disease suppression were evident from the seedling stage,indicating that RIN plays a dual role in the early assembly of diseasesuppressive microbiota and late fruit development.Collectively,our work suggests that,while plant disease resistance is a complex trait driven by interactions between the plant,rhizosphere microbiome,and the pathogen,it can be indirectly manipulated using'prebiotic'compounds that promote the recruitment of disease-suppressive microbiota. | Keming Yang Ruixin Fu Haichao Feng Gaofei Jiang Omri Finkel Tianyu Sun Mingchun Liu Baowen Huang Shan Li Xiaofang Wang Tianjie Yang Yikui Wang Shimei Wang Yangchun Xu Qirong Shen Ville-Petri Friman Alexandre Jousset Zhong Wei | 2023 | Molecular Plant2023,16,9: | 0 |

| 13 | Modeling and Evaluating Telecommunication Industry's “Internet-and-Digitized” Development显示文摘This paper systematically investigates telecommunication industry's 'internet-and-digitization' development situation. Based on existing literature and the unique characteristics of telecommunication industry, we build a comprehensive model to depict the level of 'internet-and-digitization' development by five key dimensions: market size, informational investment, technological innovation, internet application, and internet penetration. We propose that this five-dimensional model can capture the key components of 'internet-and-digitization' development in this digital era. By using Beijing's telecommunication data, we empirically test our conceptual model and explore the current development level of telecommunication industry's 'internet-and-digitization' progress. Results show that Beijing's telecommunication industry has great potential in expanding online market size as well as activating technological innovation. We also suggest that bigger telecommunication firms should pay more attention to 'internet-and-digitization' development, especially on internet application and penetration dimensions. Methods : Motion perceptions of B,G and R cones were isolated by blue , green and red vertical line stimulus displayed on the yellow , purple and blue background respectively, then measured the displacement threshold and flicking threshold of motion perception from each cones in POAG, and compared it with the age-match normals.Results:The displacement threshold and flicking threshold of motion perception from B,G and R cones were all damaged in POAG compared with the normals, and the motion perception of G and B cones was deficits more obviously than the R cones.Conclusion: These findings support the suggestion that color provides an input to human motion perception.
