| 1 | Electrical properties and luminescence properties of 0.96(K0.48Na0.52)(Nb0.95Sb0.05)–0.04Bi0.5(Na0.82K0.18)0.5ZrO3–xSm lead-free ceramics显示文摘In this paper,Sm-doped 0.96(K0.48 Na0.52)(Nb0.95 Sb0.05)–0.04 Bi0.5(Na0.82 K0.18)0.5 Zr O3(abbreviated as KNSN–0.04 BNKZ)lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state sintering method and the effects of Sm2 O3 on the phase structure,microstructure,electrical and luminescent properties of KNSN–0.04 BNKZ potteries were studied.Results revealed that a single solid solution phase with pseudo-cubic perovskite structure was formed between KNSN–0.04 BNKZ and Sm2 O3.Existence of weak dielectric/ferroelectric properties with a diffuse dielectric anomaly and slim P–E hysteresis loops of the Sm-doped KNSN–0.04 BNKZ demonstrated the ferroelectric relaxor behavior of the KNNS–0.04 BNKZ–x Sm ceramics.Accordingly,the temperature stability and fatigue behavior of the modified ceramics were significantly improved.It was found that the KNSN–0.04 BNKZ ceramics with 0.002 mol Sm addition exhibited nearly temperature independent properties and fatigue-free behavior.Moreover,Sm-modified KNSN–0.04 BNKZ exhibits a bright photoluminescence with a strong orange emission under visible light irradiation.As a material with both electrical and luminescent properties,it has good application prospect in future optoelectronic components by integrating its luminescent and electrical properties. | Wei LI Jigong HAO Wei LI Juan DU Peng FU Wenzhi SUN Chong CHEN Zhijun XU Ruiqing CHU | 2020 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Ecosystem service valuation of bays in East China Sea and its response to sea reclamation activities显示文摘Ecosystem service values(ESVs)of bays and their response to sea reclamation are of great practical importance for forming bay eco-compensation policy and extension of blue economic space.Based on land use information of bays collected during the period of 1990–2015,the spatiotemporal evolution of ESVs of 12 main bays in East China Sea and their response to sea reclamation activities over the past 25 years were quantitatively analyzed.The analysis results indicate that ESVs of bays in East China Sea showed a continuous downward trend and the whole ecosystem was continuously degraded,in which the degradation degree of ESV in the southern bays was higher than that in the northern bays.Spatial zoning of ESVs of bays in East China Sea was remarkable,showing a continuous downward trend from low-value to high-value zone.Spatial variation of ESVs of each bay was also significant,expanding from a city and from inland to the coast,which suggests that human activities,mainly reclamation,have become main agents for ESV evolution of bays in East China Sea.ESVs of bays have a significant response to sea reclamation,manifested as a significant negative correlation between ESV and reclamation intensity.The correlation in the southern bays was stronger than that in the northern bays,which was caused by different effects of sea reclamation modes on ESV evolution of muddy and bedrock bays.A negative effect of sea reclamation activities on bay ecosystem was hysteretic.Therefore,an attention should be paid to dynamic monitoring and early warning of development status in offshore areas,ecosystem-level reclamation control policy,and coastal wetland reserves planning.Moreover,the spatial coupling mechanism study between bay ecosystem service demand and its service supply capacity should be strengthened to realize systematic regulation of bay ecological security pattern. | LIU Ruiqing XU Hao LI Jialin PU Ruiliang SUN Chao CAO Luodan JIANG Yimei TIAN Peng WANG Lijia GONG Hongbo | 2020 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2020,30,7: | 2 |

| 4 | First Isolation and Characterization of Ochrobactrum anthropi from Pig显示文摘One Gram-negative Bacillus was isolated from a brain sample of a pig with neurological symptoms.Pathological examination showed meningitis at necropsy. Ochrobactrum anthropi (O. anthropi) was successfully isolated from the brain sample and was confirmed by biochemical reaction results (API 20 NE) and gene sequencing. The strain was highly resistant to b-lactam antibiotics. Mice were experimentally infected with O. anthropi and showed typical meningitis. | 5 | 肝细胞肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞后破裂:2例报告及系统回顾(英文)显示文摘Objective: Rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) following transarterial embolization/chemoembolization (TAE/TACE) is a rare but life-threatening complication. The aim of the study was to explore the incidence, risk factors, clinical characteristics, treatment, and outcomes of this complication. Methods: We described two cases and reviewed all cases of ruptured HCC after TAE/TACE reported in the literature. Results: Our search yielded 32 cases of ruptured HCC after TAE/TACE. The overall incidences were 0.45% per patient and 0.21% per session. The mean age of the patients was 57.4 years (range 28-90 years, n=26, No. of cases with available information). Males accounted for 81% of cases (21/26). The 50% of the cases had histories of primary hypertension, diabetes or peripheral artery disease (6/12). Mean diameter of the tumors was 11.4 cm (range 3-20 cm, n=27). The 100% of cases had superficial or exophytic tumors (23/23). Portal vein thrombosis was presented in 61.5% of patients (8/13). The median interval between TAE/TACE and rupture was 2 days (range 0 hour-30 days, n=31). Management choices included emergency TAE, surgery, and conservative treatment. The overall median survival time was 7 days (n=19). Conclusion: Rupture of HCC following TAE/TACE is relatively rare but potentially life-threatening. The management is difficult and prognosis is poor. | 6 | Effect of nocistatin in pain modulation显示文摘Using tail-flick latency as the nociceptive index and von Frey hair to measure the mechanical allodynia, the aim of the present study is to determine whether nocistatin, injected intracerebroventricularly (i.c.v.), would reverse the anti-morphine effect of orphanin FQ (OFQ), and, injected i.c.v. or intrathecally (i.t.), would inhibit the mechanical allodynia in a L5 and L6 spinal nerve ligation model of neuropathic pain in rats. The results show that i.c.v. injection of nocistatin produces no significant changes in the TFL, nor does it affect morphine analgesia. in addition, i.c.v. or i.t. nocistatin produces no significant changes in withdrawal threshold of the nerve-lesioned hind paw. However, nocistatin significantly reverses the antagonistic effect of OFQ on morphine analgesia when it was coinjected i.c.v. with OFQ. | 7 | Joint Effects of Heat Stress and PM_(2.5) Exposure on Glucose Metabolism and Hepatic Insulin Signaling显示文摘Background:Heatwave events occur more frequently,accompanied by a significant increase in the ambient concentration of fine particulate matter(PM 2.5).Epidemiological and experimental studies have suggested that heat stress or PM 2.5 exposure would impair glucose homeostasis and insulin sensitivity.Objective:To explore the joint effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose metabolism and hepatic insulin pathway.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into filtered air(FA)group,fine particulate matter(PM)group,filtered air combined with heat stress(FH)group,and PM combined with heat stress(PH)group.Mice were exposed to PM for a total of 6 weeks,and heat stress combined with PM exposure was applied at the 5th and 6th weeks via a whole-body exposure system.Systemic glucose homeostasis,insulin sensitivity,and circulating inflammatory cytokines were examined.HSP72 expression and insulin signaling in the liver were measured.Results:Glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity were impaired in response to heat stress,accompanied by less-ened hepatic GLUT2 expression and inhibited insulin signaling pathway.No synergistic effects of heat stress and PM 2.5 exposure on glucose homeostasis were observed,while heat-upregulated HSP72 expression was attenuated with accumulated TNF��induced by further PM 2.5 exposure.Conclusion:Heat stress combined with PM 2.5 exposure induced TNF��,which could inhibit heat-elevated hepatic HSP72 expression.Elevated circulating TNF��impaired hepatic insulin signaling and GLUT2 expression.Then,glucose homeostasis was perturbed,and insulin action was impaired. | Weijia Gu Ziwei Cai Ruiqing Wang Mianhua Zhong Lung-Chi Chen Lu Zhang Rucheng Chen Ran Li Li Qin Qinghua Sun Cuiqing Liu | 2023 | Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2023,3,2: | 0 |

| 9 | Epidemiology and genetic characteristics of coxsackievirus A16 associated with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Yantai city,China in 2018-2021显示文摘In 2008,China launched a national surveillance system for hand‐foot‐and‐mouth disease(HFMD).Several million cases of HFMD are reported every year,coxsackievirus A16(CVA16)was the leading cause of HFMD epidemic in Yantai city,China in recent years,but the information of epidemiology and molecular characterization of CVA16 in Yantai is limited.The aim of this study is to investigate the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenic spectrum of HFMD,and most importantly,the molecular characterization of CVA16 in Yantai from 2018 to 2021.A total of 2,000 clinical samples were collected in Yantai city from 2018 to 2021 and the enterovirus typing was performed using real‐time reverse transcriptase–polymerase chain reaction(qRT‐PCR).VP1 coding regions of 41 CVA16 isolates were amplified and Sanger sequenced,and phylogenetic analysis was performed.During the study period,HFMD became prevalent from May to August each year.It peaked in June and declined in September.The incidence was highest in children aged 1 to 5 years,while more common in males than females.1,617 out of 2,000 clinical collection of samples were tested positive for enterovirus.Among them,614 were identified as CVA16,45 were enterovirus A71(EV A17),and 958 were other enterovirus serotypes.All 41 CVA16 strains belonged to the Bla and B1b genotypes.Homology analysis showed that 41 CVA16 isolates shared 83.2%–100%nucleotide and 93.7%–100%amino acid similarity among themselves.The results of this study update molecular epidemiology of CVA16 and provide a reference for HFMD prevention and control. | Zhenlu Sun Ji Wang Xin Chi Peihua Niu Ruiqing Zhang Qiao Gao Yong Zhang Xuejun Ma | 2023 | Biosafety and Health2023,5,3: | 0 |
