3骨性强直的髋关节转换人工全髋关节置换术显示文摘目的评估人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)治疗髋关节骨性强直的效果。方法自1987年8月~1998年2月,36例(38髋)行转换THA,平均术前融合时间20年1个月;平均随访8年11个月。结果Harris评分由(68.7±7.2)分提高到(87±6.1)分;髋关节总活动度增加180.7°±14.5°。关节疼痛缓解率为93.3%;平均肢体短缩由4.1cm降到1.6cm;人工关节存活率为86.8%。X线片示髋臼骨溶解6例,髋臼杯松动2例,股骨骨溶解4例,股骨柄松动1例。结论骨性强直的髋关节转换THA,可以缓解周围关节疼痛、增加髋关节的活动度、改善双下肢不等长和矫正髋关节畸形,提高生活质量。髋关节功能与臀中肌力量的恢复直接关联。廉永云 Yoo Myungchul 裴福兴 冯卫 Chun Sungwook 2006中国骨与关节损伤杂志2006,21,8:9
4有限负压下熔体硅中磷的挥发去除(英文)显示文摘对有限负压下熔体硅中磷的挥发去除进行研究。采用电子级硅配制Si-P合金,并采用GD-MS来检测实验前后硅中的磷含量。理论计算结果表明:在有限负压下,硅中的磷以P和P2的气体形式从熔体硅中挥发。实验结果显示:在温度1873K、真空度0.6-0.8Pa、熔炼3600s的条件下,熔体硅中的磷从0.046%(460ppmw)下降到0.001%(10ppmw)。实验结果与理论结果一致表明:当熔体硅中磷的含量大且炉腔内气压相对较高时,磷的去除与气压高度相关;而当炉腔气压很低时,磷的去除基本与气压无关。原因是在相对高磷含量的熔体硅中,磷主要以P2气体的形式挥发;在磷含量较低时,磷主要以单原子气体P的形式挥发。郑淞生 Jafar SAFARIAN Seongho SEOK Sungwook KIM Merete TANGSTAD 罗学涛 2011Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2011,21,3:5
5Multiobjective genetic training and uncertainty quantification of reactive force fields显示文摘The ReaxFF reactive force-field approach has significantly extended the applicability of reactive molecular dynamics simulations to a wide range of material properties and processes.ReaxFF parameters are commonly trained to fit a predefined set of quantummechanical data,but it remains uncertain how accurately the quantities of interest are described when applied to complex chemical reactions.Here,we present a dynamic approach based on multiobjective genetic algorithm for the training of ReaxFF parameters and uncertainty quantification of simulated quantities of interest.ReaxFF parameters are trained by directly fitting reactive molecular dynamics trajectories against quantum molecular dynamics trajectories on the fly,where the Pareto optimal front for the multiple quantities of interest provides an ensemble of ReaxFF models for uncertainty quantification.Our in situ multiobjective genetic algorithm workflow achieves scalability by eliminating the file I/O bottleneck using interprocess communications.The in situ multiobjective genetic algorithm workflow has been applied to high-temperature sulfidation of MoO_(3) by H_(2)S precursor,which is an essential reaction step for chemical vapor deposition synthesis of MoS_(2) layers.Our work suggests a new reactive molecular dynamics simulation approach for far-from-equilibrium chemical processes,which quantitatively reproduces quantum molecular dynamics simulations while providing error bars.Ankit Mishra Sungwook Hong Pankaj Rajak Chunyang Sheng Ken-ichi Nomura Rajiv K.Kalia Aiichiro Nakano Priya Vashishta 2018npj Computational Materials2018,,1:3
