1Threshold pressure gradient of fluid flow through multi-porous media in low and extra-low permeability reservoirs显示文摘After analyzing many studies of fluid flow theory of multi-porous media in low and extra-low permeability reservoirs and the numerical simulation of non-Darcy flow, we found that a negative flow rate occurs in the existing non-Darcy flow equation, which is unreasonable. We believe that the existing equation can only be considered as a discriminant to judging Darcy flow or non-Darcy flow, and cannot be taken as a fluid flow governing equation of multi-porous media. Our analysis of the experimental results shows that the threshold pressure gradient(TPG) of low and extra-low permeability reservoirs is excessively high, and does not conform to fluid flow through multi-porous media in the actual reservoir situation. Therefore, we present a reasonable TPG ranging from 0.006 to 0.04 MPa/m at the well depth of 1500 m and oil drainage distance of 500 m. The results of our study also indicate that the non-Darcy flow phenomenon will disappear when the TPG reaches a certain value. In addition, the TPG or non-Darcy flow in low and extra-low permeability reservoirs does not need to be considered in the productivity prediction and reservoir numerical simulation. 2Magnetic field characteristics analysis of a single assembled magnetic medium using ANSYS software显示文摘The section shape of an assembled magnetic medium is the most important structural parameter of a high gradient magnetic separator, which directly affects the induction distribution and magnetic field gradient of the magnetic separator. In this study, equilateral triangle, square, hexagonal, octagon, dodecagon, and round shape sections of the assembled magnetic medium are chosen to study their influence on magnetic field distribution characteristics using the ANSYS analysis. This paper utilizes a single assembled magnetic medium to understand the relationship between the geometry of the assembled magnetic medium and its magnetic field distribution characteristics. The results show that high magnetic field,regional field, magnetic field gradient, and magnetic force formed by the different sections of the assembled magnetic medium in the same background magnetic field reduce in turn based on the triangle,square, hexagonal, octagon, dodecagon, and round. Based on the magnetic field characteristics analytic results, the magnetic separation tests of the ilmenite are carried out. The results indicate that the section shape of the toothed plate compared with the section shape of cylinder can improve the recovery of ilmenite up to 45% in the same magnetizing current condition of 2A, which is consistent with magnetic field characteristics analysis of different assembled magnetic medium section shapes.Ren Liuyi Zeng Shanglin Zhang Yimin 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,3:5
3Effect of rotationally accelerated shot peening on the microstructure and mechanical behavior of a metastableβtitanium alloy显示文摘Microstructural evolution and deformation mechanism of a metastableβalloy(Ti-10 V-2 Fe-3 Al)processed by rotationally accelerated shot peening(RASP)were systematically investigated with optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction,electron backscatter diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.Different gradient hierarchical microstructures(gradients inα″martensite andβphase,and hierarchical twins range from the nanoscale to microscale)can be fabricated by RASP via changing the shot peening time.The hardening behavior and tensile mechanical properties of gradient hierarchical microstructure were systematically explored.Novel deformation twinning systems of{112}α″and{130}<310>α″in the kinkedα″martensite were revealed during the tensile deformation.It was found that stress-induced martensitic transformation,twinnedα″martensite and the related dynamic grain refinement contribute to hardness and work hardening ability.Simultaneous improvement of strength and ductility of the metastableα″titanium alloy can be achieved by introducing a gradient hierarchical microstructure.Xinkai Ma Zhuo Chen Dongling Zhong SNLuo Lei Xiao Wenjie Lu Shanglin Zhang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16:4
4Electrical and magnetic properties of electrodeposited Fe-based alloys used for thin film transformer显示文摘Three electrodeposited Fe-Ni,Fe-Co,and Fe-Ni-Co cores of thin film transformer are prepared on silicon(100) substrates,which are sputtered a 90 nm thick film of Cu acting as the seed layer.The core films consisting of Fe-Ni 20:80,Fe-Co 60:40 and Fe-Ni-Co 10:60:30,respectively,are deposited using direct current electrodeposition.The surface texture,electrical and magnetic properties are surveyed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),superconducting quantum interference device(SQUID),etc.The wave transmission ability and efficiency of thin film transformer with these cores,inputting the sine wave,are compared.All the analyses indicate that FeNi alloy films display the optimal magnetic properties and excellent transformer performance.HOU XiaoWei LIU ShiBin YANG ShangLin LI JuPing GUO Bo 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1:2

8Analysis and design for the comprehensive ballistic and blast resistance of polyurea-coated steel plate显示文摘Fragments and blast waves generated by explosions pose a serious threat to protective structures.In this paper,the impact resistance of polyurea-coated steel plate under complex dynamic loading is analyzed and designed for improving comprehensive ballistic and blast resistance using the newly established computational evaluating model.Firstly,according to the thickness and placement effects of the coating on the impact resistance,the steel-core sandwich plates are designed,which are proved to own outstanding comprehensive ballistic and blast resistance.Besides,the distribution diagram of ballistic and blast resistance for different polyurea-coated steel plates is given to guide the design of protective structures applying in different explosion scenarios.Furthermore,the dynamic response of designed plates under two scenarios with combined fragments and blast loading is studied.The results show that the synergistic effect of the combined loading reduces both the ballistic and blast resistance of the polyurea-coated steel plate.Besides,the acting sequence of the fragments and blast affects the structural protective performance heavily.It is found that the first loading inducing structural large deformation or damage is dominant.When fragments impact first,the excellent unit-thickness ballistic performance of the structural front part is strongly needed for improving the comprehensive ballistic and blast resistance.Dongyang Chu Yigang Wang Shanglin Yang Zhijie Li Zhuo Zhuang Zhanli Liu 2023Defence Technology(防务技术)2023,19,1:1

15Anti-corrosion and electrically conductive inorganic conversion coatings based on aligned graphene derivatives by electrodeposition显示文摘Ultrathin conversion coatings, made from aligned graphene derivatives and ammonium zirconium carbonate(AZC), were fabricated on stainless steel by electrodeposition. Sulfonated graphene oxide (SGO) provided electronpathways and physical barriers to corrosive molecules. Electrodeposition ensured the alignment of SGO and thefacile fabrication of the coatings. AZC is an environmental-friendly crosslinking agent, water-repellent andcorrosion inhibitor. Upon dehydration reactions, AZC improved the cohesion between SGO layers and anchoredthe conversion coatings on metal substrates. When the mass ratio of SGO to AZC was 2:1, the corrosion currentdensity of the composite coatings reached 0.098 μA cm^(-2), while that of the bared stainless steel was1.04 μA cm ^(-2), given a coating thickness of only 500 nm.
