| 4 | Optimizing soil dissolved organic matter extraction by grey relational analysis显示文摘Dissolved organic matter(DOM)in soil plays an important role in the fate and transport o f contaminants.It is typically composed of many compounds,but the effect of different extraction factors on the abundance of different DOM components is unknown.In this study,DOM was extracted from three soils(paddy field,vegetable field and forest soils)with various extraction time,liquid to solid ratios(LSRs).extractant types,and extractant concentrations.The LSR had a significant effect on DOM content,which increased by 0.5-4.0 times among the three soils when LSR increased from 2:1 to 10:1(P<0.05).Dissolved organic matter content increased by 4%-53%when extraction time increased from 10 to 300 min(P<0.05).Extractant concentration had different effects on DOM content depending on the extractant.Higher concentrations of KC1 promoted DOM extraction,while higher concentrations o f KH2PO4 inhibited DOM extraction.Therefore,grey relational analysis was used to further quantitatively evaluate the effect of extraction time,LSR,and extractant concentration on DOM,using KC1 as an extractant.For the paddy field and forest soils,the impact of these three factors on DOM extraction efficiency was in the following order:KC1 concentration>LSR>extraction time.However,the effect was different for the vegetable field soil:LSR>extraction time>KCI concentration.Taking all these factors into account,1.50 mol L^-1 KC1 and an LSR of 10:1 with a shaking time of 300 min was recommended as the most appropriate method for soil DOM extraction. | Wenming XIE You MA Shijun LI Shanshan ZHANG Lin RUAN Mingyue YANG Weiming SHI Hailin ZHANG Limin ZHANG | 2020 | Pedosphere2020,30,5: | 1 |

| 7 | Application of StrucGP in medical immunology:site-specific N-glycoproteomic analysis of macrophages显示文摘The structure of N-glycans on specific proteins can regulate innate and adaptive immunity via sensing environmental signals.Meanwhile,the structural diversity of N-glycans poses analytical challenges that limit the exploration of specific glycosylation functions.In this work,we used THP-1-derived macrophages as examples to show the vast potential of a N-glycan structural interpretation tool StrucGP in N-glycoproteomic analysis.The intact glycopeptides of macrophages were enriched and analyzed using mass spectrometry(MS)-based glycoproteomic approaches,followed by the large-scale mapping of site-specific glycan structures via StrucGP.Results revealed that bisected GlcNAc,core fucosylated,and sialylated glycans(e.g.,HexNAc4Hex5Fuc1Neu5Ac1,N4H5F1S1)were increased in M1 and M2 macrophages,especially in the latter.The findings indicated that these structures may be closely related to macrophage polarization.In addition,a high level of glycosylated PD-L1 was observed in M1 macrophages,and the LacNAc moiety was detected at Asn-192 and Asn-200 of PD-L1,and Asn-200 contained Lewis epitopes.The precision structural interpretation of site-specific glycans and subsequent intervention of target glycoproteins and related glycosyltransferases are of great value for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for different diseases. | Pengfei Li Zexuan Chen Shanshan You Yintai Xu Zhifang Hao Didi Liu Jiechen Shen Bojing Zhu Wei Dan Shisheng Sun | 2023 | Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,2: | 0 |

| 9 | Influence of Ag substitution on thermoelectric properties of the quaternary diamond-like compound Zn_(2)Cu_(3)In_(3)Te_(8)显示文摘The quaternary diamond-like compounds,A_(2)Cu_(3)In_(3)Te_(8)(A=Cd,Zn,Mn,Mg),are a new class of thermoelectric materials recently proposed by complex structure design.Among them,the Zn_(2)Cu_(3)In_(3)Te_(8) compound possesses reasonable electrical transport properties but relatively high lattice thermal conductivity.Herein,the effects of Ag substitution on the phase stability and thermoelectric properties of Zn_(2)Cu_(3)In_(3)Te_(8) compound are reported.It is revealed that only the In sites show an appreciable tolerance for Ag doping.Ag substitution at the In sites introduces extra holes and thus results in improved electrical transport properties.Furthermore,the introducing of Ag lowers the sound velocities and enhances the phonon scattering of the Zn_(2)Cu_(3)In_(3)Te_(8) compound,which leads to a substantially reduction in lattice thermal conductivity.Finally,in virtue of the optimization in both electrical and thermal transport properties,the maximal zT value of Zn_(2)Cu_(3)In_(2.8)Ag_(0.2)Te_(8) sample reaches 0.62 at 823 K,which is 43%higher than the pristine sample. | Qidong Zhang Lili Xi Jiye Zhang Chenyang Wang Li You Shanshan Pan Kai Guo Zhili Li Jun Luo | 2021 | Journal of Materiomics2021,7,2: | 0 |

However, the first-generation antivirals eithershow limited clinical efficacy and/or have some defects in pharmacokinetic (PK) properties. Moreover, with increased use of thesedrugs across the globe, they face great pressure of drug resistance. We herein present the discovery and characterization of a newgeneration antiviral drug candidate (SY110), which is a potent and selective inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro). Thiscompound displayed potent in vitro antiviral activity against not only the predominant SARS-CoV-2 Omicron sublineage BA.5, butalso other highly pathogenic human coronaviruses including SARS-CoV-1 and MERS-CoV. In the Omicron-infected K18-hACE2mouse model, oral treatment with SY110 significantly lowered the viral burdens in lung and alleviated the virus-induced pathology.Importantly, SY110 possesses favorable PK properties with high oral drug exposure and oral bioavailability, and also an outstandingsafety profile. Furthermore, SY110 exhibited sensitivity to several drug-resistance Mpro mutations.
