1Superconvergence of a Nonconforming Finite Element Approximation to Viscoelasticity Type Equations on Anisotropic Meshes显示文摘The main aim of this paper is to study the approximation to viscoelasticity type equations with a Crouzeix-Raviart type nonconforming finite element on the anisotropic meshes. The superclose property of the exact solution and the optimal error estimate of its derivative with respect to time are derived by using some novel techniques. 3ACCURACY ANALYSIS OF 12-PARAMETER RECTANGULAR PLATE ELEMENTS WITH GEOMETRIC SYMMETRY显示文摘In this paper, it is proved that the double set parameter rectangular plate elements with geometric symmetry possess a very special convergence property, i.e., the consistency error due to nonconformity is of order O(h2) which is one order higher than that of ACM element and rectangular generalized conforming element proposed by Y. Q. Long, although all these elements have the same asympotical rate of convergence O(h) in the energy norm. 9Turning ZrTe_5 into a semiconductor through atom intercalation显示文摘In this study we successfully intercalated potassium(K) atoms into single ZrTe_5 crystals by liquid ammonia method, and found a semimetal-to-semiconductor transition at low temperatures in K-intercalated ZrTe_5. As the K concentration increased, the resistance anomalous peak was gradually suppressed until finally disappearing. Whilst, the corresponding Hall resistance measurements consistently showed a sign reversal. 15Network pharmacology-based screening of the active ingredients and potential targets of the genus of Croton for application to lung cancer显示文摘Lung cancer has been the most common cancer in the world for several decades,and it was also the most common cause of death from cancer.Despite the several advances in the last few years into treatment of lung cancer,the survival remains extremely low.There is an urgent need to discover viable leads that can be developed into new clinically therapeutic drugs with good treatment effects.The analysis of current reported literatures suggest that natural products possess strong inhibitory efficacy against lung cancer.The plants of Croton genus belonging to Euphorbiaceae family,are widely used as herbal medicine in the folk.Which are reported to have abilities to treat several cancer cell lines especially lung cancer,a successive study was carried out to identify selective anticancer agents from these plants specie.Herein we employed a network pharmacological approach to understand its multi-therapeutics potentiality in Croton genus against lung cancer.In total,the database of the compound was established based on the methods of network pharmacology prediction and the compound-disease target network was constructed.We believed that our study would provide important clues for finding novel drug inhibitors for lung cancer.Shaochun Shi Yeqing Du Chunxin Zou Qingbo Liu Shaojiang Song 2019Asian Journal of Traditional Medicines2019,14,5:0
16A comprehensive construction of the domain ontology for stratigraphy显示文摘Stratigraphic knowledge,the cornerstone of geoscience,needs to be represented by the Knowledge Graph based upon ontology,in order to apply the state-of-the-art big-data techniques.This study aims to comprehensively construct the ontologies for the stratigraphic domain.This has been achieved by a federated,crowd intelligence-based collaboration among domain experts of major stratigraphic subdisciplines.The initial step is to enumerate key terms from authoritative references and incorporate them into the Geoscience Professional Knowledge Graphs(GPKGs)of Deep-time Digital Earth Project.During this process,semantic heterogeneities were meticulously addressed by professional judgement aided by an automatic detection of Homonyms at the GPKGs platform.Afterwards,these terms were further differentiated as either classes or properties and arranged in a hierarchical framework in a top-down process.Consequently,seven ontologies are constructed for major stratigraphic branches,i.e.,Lithostratigraphy,Biostratigraphy,Chronostratigraphy,Chemostratigraphy,Magnetostratigraphy,Cyclostratigraphy and Sequence Stratigraphy.The ontology of Biostratigraphy,among them,is elaborated here,as no biostratigraphic ontology has been attempted before to our knowledge.The constructed biostratigraphic ontology comprises following major root classes:Fossil,Biostratigraphic unit,Biostratigraphic horizon.Altogether,they contribute to the eventual dating and correlating of strata in another root class:Biostratigraphic correlation.In summary,the achievements of this study are probably heretofore the most comprehensive ontologies for the stratigraphic domain.Moreover,a proto model of semantic search engine was conceived to discuss potential application of our work for better querying stratigraphic references,utilizing the semantic liaison of the classes in the constructed ontologies.Huiqing Xu Yingying Zhao Hao Huang Shaochun Dong Yukun Shi Chunju Huang Huaichun Wu Zhiqi Qian Qiang Fang Huaguo Wen Zhongtang Su Shuang Dai Ronghua Wang Chao Li Chao Sun Junxuan Fan 2023Geoscience Frontiers2023,14,5:0
17Application of FLUPD-DD-PCR to the study of mRNA expression of glioma cells cultured under the condition of serum starvation显示文摘Fluorescently labeled universal primer directed differential display polymerase chain reaction technique (FLUPD-DD-PCR), an improved DD-PCR, is reported for the study of mRNA expression of glioma cells cultured with the serum starvation. The fluorescently labeled universal primer (FLUP) facilitates analysis of PCR products on an auto-sequencer. Compared with the traditional DD-PCR, FLUPD-DD-PCR has advantages of separation of target bands and measurement of mRNA expression quantitatively by adopting Cy5-labeled universal primer. And then the silver staining method has been used to recover the bands for use as template in re-pcr. in this study, 4 differential ESTs, of which 3 are novel ESTs, have been obtained. 18Research on data pre-deployment in information service flow of digital ocean cloud computing显示文摘Data pre-deployment in the HDFS(Hadoop distributed file systems) is more complicated than that in traditional file systems. There are many key issues need to be addressed, such as determining the target location of the data prefetching, the amount of data to be prefetched, the balance between data prefetching services and normal data accesses. Aiming to solve these problems, we employ the characteristics of digital ocean information service flows and propose a deployment scheme which combines input data prefetching with output data oriented storage strategies. The method achieves the parallelism of data preparation and data processing, thereby massively reducing I/O time cost of digital ocean cloud computing platforms when processing multi-source information synergistic tasks. 19Formation of hierarchically 3D cactus-like architecture as efficient Mott-Schottky electrocatalyst for long-life Li-S batteries显示文摘Searching for new promising electrocatalysts with favorable architectures allowing abundant active sites and remarkable structure stability is an urgent task for the practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,inspired by the structure of natural cactus,a new efficient and robust electrocatalyst with three-dimensional(3D)hierarchical cactus-like architecture constructed by functional zero-dimensional(0D),one-dimensional(1D),and two-dimensional(2D)components is developed.The cactus-inspired catalyst(denoted as Co@NCNT/NCNS)consists of N-doped carbon nanosheets(NCNS)and standing Ndoped carbon nanotubes(NCNT)forest with embedded Co nanoparticles on the top of NCNT,which was achieved by an in situ catalytic growth technique.The unique structure design integrates the advantages of 0D Co accelerating catalytic redox reactions,1D NCNT providing a fast electron pathway,and 2D NCNS assuring strong structure stability.Especially,the rich Mott-Schottky heterointerfaces between metallic Co and semiconductive NCNT can further facilitate the electron transfer,thus improving the electrocatalyst activity.Consequently,a Li-S battery with the Co@NCNT/NCNS modified separator achieves ultralong cycle life over 4000 cycles at 2 C with ultralow capacity decay of 0.016%per cycle,much superior over that of recently reported batteries.This work provides a new strategy for developing ultra-stable catalysts towards long-life Li-S batteries.Biao Wang Yilun Ren Shaowei Chen Qingxi Zhai Yuxuan Shi Yujie Ma Shaochun Tang Xiangkang Meng 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
