| Yu LIU Shenghao FENG Songfeng Yaxiong ZHANG Xiang ZHOU Yanbin CHEN Zhanming CHEN | 2013 | Frontiers of Earth Science2013,7,4: | 5
LncRNA MIR31HG controls the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer by c-CBL-mediated degradation of β-catenin显示文摘LncMIR31HG acts as a host gene for miR-31,also known as LncHIFCAR(long non-coding HIF-1 co-activating RNA),whose deregulation has been reported to promote the development of various human cancers, including lung cancer, colorectal cancer,etc.1,2 However, the biological functions and molecular mechanisms of MIR31HG in gastric cancer are unclear. | Wen Peng Jiayi Zhang Shenghao Wang Feng Wang a Kun Wang Rui Geng Xiangfei Ding Jingping Zhang Biao Li Xiaoxue Ke Muhan Lü Hongjuan Cui | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,3: | 1
Properties of PET/ITO Thin Films Deposited by DC Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘In_2O_3∶SnO_2(ITO) thin films were fabricated on the substrate of flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET) by DC magnetron sputtering from a ceramic target of In_2O_3/SnO_2(90∶10). Properties of the thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), four-point probe, Hall-effect measurement, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effects of sputtering pressure, oxygen partial pressure and deposition temperature on properties of microstructure and optoelectronics properties of PET/ITO thin films were investigated in detail. High-quality ITO thin films on PET substrates with the resistivity as low as 8.5×10-4 Ω·cm and the optical transmittance over 80% in the visible spectrum range were obtained. | ZHANG Xing ZHANG Jingquan WANG Bo WANG Shenghao FENG Lianghuan CAI Yaping WU Lili LI Wei LEI Zhi LI Bing ZENG Guanggen | 2010 | Semiconductor Photonics and Technology2010,16,1: | 1
Rebound effect and its decomposition-an analysis based on energy types in China显示文摘Rebound effect derived from energy efficiency improvement has been widely invested. However, most of studies focus on the rebound effect of the energy composite level and neither distinguish nor compare different energy types. We compare the differences in energy saving and energy rebound between primary and secondary energy sources, and further decompose the rebound effect into production rebound part and final demand component. To do so,we add a module for rebound into a comparative state China-CGE model. We design and test two simulation scenarios using the model. In Scenario 1,all production sectors' energy efficiency of using primary energy increases by 5%.In Scenario 2,all production sectors' energy efficiency of using secondary energy increases by 5%.The results show that Scenario 2 leads to more GDP growth and more energy saving. Our scenarios show rebound effects range between 9.6% and 27.9%,and in general are higher when energy efficiency of using primary energy sources is improved. Our decomposition analysis shows that improving energy efficiency in production sectors would stimulates energy use of final demand.Indeed, the consumption side has significant contribution to rebound in secondary energy use, especially in crude oil and gas. This study reveals that improving efficiency of using secondary energy is better than improving that of primary energy, both in terms of economic impact and energy rebound. And complementary policies that prevent energy services prices from falling too much can be adopted to reduce rebound.Controlling residential energy use could also be effective in reducing rebound, this has particular implication to economies in which residential energy consumption are far from saturation. | Yu Liu Meifang Zhou Shenghao Feng Yi Wang | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2016,16,4: | 1

Fast degree-distribution optimization for BATS codes显示文摘Batched sparse(BATS) codes have been proposed for communication through networks with packet loss. BATS codes include a matrix generalization of fountain codes as the outer code and random linear network coding at the intermediate network nodes as the inner code. BATS codes, however, do not possess a universal degree distribution that achieves an optimal rate for any distribution of the transfer matrix ranks. Therefore,it is important to have a fast degree-distribution optimization approach for finite-length BATS codes. In this paper, we propose the concept of batch release probability(BRP), and demonstrate some characteristics of BRPs from the degree distributions achieving nearly optimal performance. Based on these BRP characteristics,we propose a novel degree-distribution optimization approach that achieves the similar decoding performance with a much shorter optimization time, compared with the previous approach. Moreover, the universality of BRPs observed in this paper can further simplify the degree-distribution optimization of BATS codes. | Huakai ZHAO Shenghao YANG Guinian FENG | 2017 | Science China(Information Sciences)2017,60,10: | 0
Economic benefits of Northeast Asia energy interconnection:A quantitative analysis based on a computable general equilibrium model显示文摘There has been an intense discussion on the energy infrastructure cooperation in Northeast Asia. Most studies have focused on the technical feasibility of grid interconnection, deployment of renewable energy, and have ignored the quantitative analysis of social and economic benefits of these proposals. This study uses a computable general equilibrium model to evaluate the effects of energy interconnection in Northeast Asia.Key model development tasks include 1)constructing a new nesting structure,2)econometrically estimating the constant elasticities of substitution(CES)between fossil-and non-fossil-power generation bundles,3)developing a new base-case scenario, and 4)developing the policy scenario. We found that while Northeast Asia will benefit from energy interconnection development with higher GDP than in the base-case;there will be a trade-off between higher investment and lower consumption.Sector results and environmental implications in this region are also discussed. | Jian Wang Shenghao Feng Junyong Xiang | 2021 | Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,3: | 0
Cellular modulation by the mechanical cues from biomaterials for tissue engineering显示文摘Mechanical cues from the extracellular matrix(ECM)microenvironment are known to be significant in modulating the fate of stem cells to guide developmental processes and maintain bodily homeostasis.Tissue engineering has provided a promising approach to the repair or regeneration of damaged tissues.Scaffolds are fundamental in cell-based regenerative therapies.Developing artificial ECM that mimics the mechanical properties of native ECM would greatly help to guide cell functions and thus promote tissue regeneration. In this review,we introduce various mechanical cues provided by the ECM including elasticity, viscoelasticity, topography, and external stimuli, and their effects on cell behaviours.Meanwhile,we discuss the underlying principles and strategies to develop natural or synthetic biomaterials with different mechanical properties for cellular modulation, and explore the mechanism by which the mechanical cues from biomaterials regulate cell function toward tissue regeneration. We also discuss the challenges in multimodal mechanical modulation of cell behaviours and the interplay between mechanical cues and other microenvironmental factors. | Qiang Wei Shenghao Wang Feng Han Huan Wang Weidong Zhang Qifan Yu Changjiang Liu Luguang Ding Jiayuan Wang Lili Yu Caihong Zhu Bin Li | 2021 | Biomaterials Translational2021,2,4: | 0
